A beautiful and modern resort with a beautiful beach and infinity pool. At the beach there is a nice coral reef on the left side which is great for snorkelling, you can also borrow kayak and paddle board for free. Always available beach chairs and towels. The food was excellent!! - at all restaurants, from the breakfast buffet, the beach club azure and especially the mosaic restaurant. I still dream of the grouper fish, the sushi, the tender meat and all the excellent compositions of flavours. Mexican taco for breakfast was also a favourite. The staff was professional and attentive all over the resort. The room was really nice, but I wish they had separate shampoo and conditioner instead of a combination variant. Safe, bathrobes, free coffee and water. A nice touch with a free hat and beach bag at every room. Free shuttle bus to d’mall. Good wifi all over the hotel, including the beach.

The balcony was really small and not really meant for use. The beach “closed” at 6 pm, and the lifeguards was a bit strict when we tried to take pictures on the beach a few minutes past 6 pm - since the sun sets at 6 pm the light is so beautiful the next hour from 6-7 pm. Maybe the lifeguards could be a bit less strict?

Ideal cove beach sheltered from wind - less windy than Movenpick during our stay in November. Mosaic restaurant food and service was fabulous. Free use of kayak and paddle board was great fun.

Kids club play area was small and pirate ship playground is permanently out of service - no mention of this on website etc. Hotels like this should easily make enough money to fix such stuff.

The reception from the airport, via the hotel’s private port and speedboat was phenomenal! After a stressful journey I could have cried to be met with refreshments, a comfortable lounge and kind service. Musicians greeted us at the hotel and a welcoming drink. Our room was upgraded to a suite, with welcome gifts. The bathroom and bedroom were beautiful. Contrary to the hotel description of an infinity pool, the hotel has 3 infinity pools. The hotel is literally on the perfectly manicured beach. There were activities - water and otherwise or as we did, you could just relax in the beautiful romantic double sun loungers and take in the breathtaking view whilst sipping cocktails and watching the sun set. The food was excellent - wonderful breakfast and Areis accommodated by inability to eat spicy food in the evening. Mark the barman remembered our names which gave it a personal touch and Kirk the driver was courteous and helpful in getting us back to speedboat on our exit. We almost had to be dragged kicking and screaming from paradise.

Beautiful property. Exceptional staff. The staff truly made our stay a one of a kind memory. The smiles on their faces were so genuine. We traveled with our 3 little kids and everyone was so kind looking after our kids and making sure we were all taken care of. This is one of the best resorts we have ever stayed at. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The breakfast is amazing and there is something for everyone. The sunsets from the infinity pool are breathtaking. We loved it so much that we extended our stay. This is one property I would definitely return to. If you are on Boracay this property is a must.

It’s set on a beautiful private beach. We stayed in the most basic of their rooms which were standard we expected. Not overly large but the beds were fantastic as were the pillows. The hotel was spotless. Their WhatsApp group with us was brilliant- we were able to request things without going to reception and Ciara in particular was efficient and very effective at sorting out our many requests. The WI-FI was excellent even working on the beach. We were glad the hotel sorted out our transfers / seamless and avoided the stress of having to get tickets for the boat at what was a very busy place.

The location of our room was a trek to the main pool and beach - with two toddlers who still nap it was a trek. Location was quite isolated and although there is a complimentary bus to station 2 it didn’t really run enough for us to use. Their electric bikes are cheap though. Like all hotels the food and drink were on the expensive side and our experience was the pool bar in particular was very slow and did forget some of our orders. Through the WhatsApp group we did pre order some meals which was excellent and avoided the long wait for food with hungry toddlers.

I’ve had the privilege of staying at some of the finest resorts worldwide, but Crimson Boracay has truly redefined what a luxury experience should be. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this resort operates on a standard of excellence that is unmatched. The staff at Crimson Boracay deserve all the accolades. The facilities are world-class, from the stunning infinity pool overlooking the turquoise waters to the private beach that felt like our own little slice of heaven. The culinary offerings were diverse and exquisite, each meal becoming a highlight of our day. Azure had international cuisine. The tandoori grill is a must try. Mosaic stood out for the unique salts and high quality steaks.

We stayed as part of our honeymoon and we loved it. The hotel is beautiful and clean, the beach is private and there are always umbrellas around as they operate a 30mins rule. The food was exceptional and we highly recommend taking the boat transfer organised by the hotel. The room was cosy and modern, you felt away from everyone and it was clean and maintained well.

The service can be very slow, which isn’t ideal for a 5 star hotel. Because the staff are busy, it means that you’re often waiting 30/40mins for food and drinks, especially at the pool and beach. This problem would probably be sorted if they implemented and online ordering service.

Exceptional resort. Service was second to none. The team were so attentive, we were sad to say goodbye to them when we left!Food was amazing with three different restaurants with many different cuisines, all with huge menu’s and so many options. Buffet breakfast was delicious and had so much to offer. Rooms were new, clean and well fitted out. The resort was so Beautiful and clean, not overcrowded at all. Main pool right on private beach. Foam party was such a fun highlight. Can’t fault this place, transfers were seamless. Overall it was outstanding value. We can’t wait to come back.

Although set on a tropical beach there is not much tropical vibe. The outdoors looked more European than tropical. Almost no palms. Facilities are okay but a bit rundown and didn’t give much of a 5 star vibe, especially common areas. Tiles in shower were extremely slippery. Breakfast restaurant was super crowded and noisy, however service was great.

Staff were excellent, beach was amazing, buffet breakfast was very good and many options, communication with resort was via whatsapp which is a very good idea and all resorts and hotels should follow this process, location was good, around $6 aud to get a tuktuk into the middle of the island where the bars and main restaurants are located. I take responsibility obviously and this shouldn't deter you from staying here, just annoying. Now onto the exceptional, the restaurants for lunch and dinner were 9.9/10, the seafood was fresh and cooked to perfection, the steak also amazing, and the price considering its 5 star is acceptable and I feel very fair to guests. I did not drink a great deal of alcohol on this trip but the pool bars and beach bar were a nice touch and service always around when people needed a drink. I would not pay full price for high end rooms at the resort but when it's 30% off or more its a perfect choice. I had the sea view which was amazing at $1700 for 4 nights, with buffet included, which would be my limit for 5 star Philippines resort. Highly recommend.

I lost 4 items of clothing/ personal belongings, I left my slides at the pool, and our boat transfer misplaced the jackets and plane pillow. They were clearly stolen, but staff or other guests I'm not sure, we flagged it with the resort quite a few times and no one knew anything which was strange.
