Breakfast was oustanding both its quantity and its quality and definetely surpasses what five-star hotels offer. The hotel location was at the same point central and quiet, the room was spacious, quiet and well decorated and equipped, bed was very comfortable, the cleaning was very satisfactory, the politeness of the personel, especially the ladies who served during breakfast is very commendable. The decoration of the reception and the restaurant (where the brekfast was also served) has historical and romantic aura.

Lack of offering of small travelling maps of the city and the important sights (though a print of the city center is provided on request).

Very nice room with charm, not like 99% of the hotels these days that all look the same and like rubbish. The room was very quiet (No. 404). Location is great, right in the center of the town. Very friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant is superb. And also the spa downstairs is wonderful. Excellent value for money.

Everything great, nothing to complain.

The hotel was wonderful and very accommodating. We had 3 rooms booked with breakfast. The mattresses weren’t amazing, but we all still sleep fine. The location was ideal to walk to the center square and easy to get around the city. Rooms were comfortable for 2 people, clean and equipped. Staff all spoke English and extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast spread was lovely and service was fantastic.

Nice place in the city center. Room was really clean and about average size for what you would expect from budget options in 4 star hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised by breakfast within the hotel, choice options really exceeded our expectations.

The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are very cozy and quiet. A kind of party happened at some point, but it didn't bother me. Also, the hotel clearly notified me in advance about it. They have a restaurant in the hotel for dinner. That was quite useful. The food there is quite nice and I have nothing to complain about.

Very good location if you come for some business. Not far from the crossroad with a various bus lines and pedestrian touristic street. Bed was so comfortable as well as a fresh white cosy bed linen. I like interior design of my room and it was a bit sad that I had only one night there. Bathroom with a liquid soap and shower gel in a bottle, hairdryer, 3 towels. Helpful staff at the reception and in the restaurant. Buffet breakfast was full and nice: omelette, sausages, vegetables, some kind of cheeses and salami, salads, bread and so on.

Very central location to shops, bars etc. Lovely shower! Really hot, hot water and a lot of pressure! Clean and tidy hotel throughout.

We’d booked a double room but only seemed to have one large towel and a very small duvet.

Extensive breakfast, friendly staff and great location. Gluten-free options for other meals available too. Great. Plus, a great selection of background music at mealtimes. Bonus - the lift is made by Schindler, spot the pun :-)

There could have been a few more English TV channels, or at least Polish subtitles

The room was large and extremely clean. The heating in the room was excellent. The bathroom is large and warm. Internet connection is excellent. The location of the hotel is excellent. Reception staff extremely professional.

During breakfast, a waitress came over and asked me which dishes were empty so she could take them. At the same time, she saw that I had not finished breakfast and that not a single dish on my table was empty.

The first great thing to mention is 24/7 reception - we arrived late at night and the possibility to check in at that time was crucified for us. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was quite spacious and tidy, and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom in a regular room had both shower cabin and a bathtub. Also there was everything you could possibly need in the bathroom - from shampoo to the body lotion and cotton pads. The location of the hotel is great - just a four minute walk to the main street. I would say this is a great value for this money.
