As an organisation trying to support people with mental health, the politeness and helpfulness of the staff was more than excellent, very professional, and staff was happy yo speak English tung when met by our British players

Cold weather but that's nit the hotels fault one recommendation would be to add some English signs in the hotel to assist with British travellers who will be planning to return in the near future

We liked the restaurant. Was open for free breakfast buffet.. and open for lunch and dinner..fairly late. Good food, pleasant staff..plenty selection. On arrival two free mineral waters, one voucher for two free drinks during the stay. Large free parking area. Good central air conditioning with thermostat. Good bar fridge. Facility was clean and comfortable, except for mentioned issue by one side of bed. Elevator was convenient. One oddity.. restaurant was on top (6th) floor. Although the highway was next to the facility, with the windows closed and climate control on, the room was dead quiet.

The space between one side of the bed was cramped due to a large wardrobe closet. Two people had difficulty passing in the room walkway by the bed. Shower door knob fell off, and it looked like it was glued before. Toilet bowl was slightly loose from the wall. (Staff was notified and cordially agreed to look into it.) Desk lamp bulb kept going on and off. Initially the electric hot water kettle did not work, but they replaced it with a working one promptly.

Everything was clean, staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfasts were good and there was a good selection of foods.

Our room was on the side of the road and it was little noisy at night. We were sleeping with open window though. Closing it mitigates the problem, but we'll, we like fresh air.

We have a lot of guests and they all were very satisfied with the rooms and also the breakfast. Some of us also travel on Monday early morning and the stuff prepared the lunch box insted of th breakfast which was very nice. Also communication with reception was very nice and professional.

Everything was fine. Maybe in the rooms we can hear when someone in the other room had shower (the wall are thin) but it was fine.

Hotel is ca. 20 min by foot from the main train station. There is a shop nearby. Free water in the room and free water in the corridor. Room and bathroom was clean,

Bed was strange - mattress on one side was completely uneven. Hair dryer was switching off after each 10 seconds. Too little TV station choose.

I didn't get the breakfast so I can't comment, but for the regular meal I had, it was not so good and quite overpriced. The hotel is in the middle of a business park with absolutely no convenience stores around; that said, if you get a taxi from the front desk to the other Diamant hotel in the city center, it's only 15 PLN. The key cards weren't working for a while.

Hotel is real 4 star Hotel. Rooms are comfortable, breakfast is reach and good. Cleanness is on high level. Rooms are comfortable.

Gym could be better as well as stuff is a bit slow. Little bit far away from center but good value for money.

relatively easy to reach from the highway as I used is only as a sleep over. For such purposes it was perfect. I did not have any breakfast, co am only commenting on quality of room

i did not like paying for parking as it was just next to the hotel, the area does not look dangerous, but it is just convenient...

The best place to stay. I couldn't dream about such a place, especially a sauna, after 10 hours of driving. This place is fair about money for staying, location, and service. Thank the staff for helping with all questions

place, breafast, rooms are really nice ;)

last night some guest was very noisy at arround 1 a.m, was shouting, singing and listening music very load, nobody asked them to be in silence.
