Very central. Receptionist is very kind. The cleaning lady is very detail oriented and did a really good job. She even found an earring I lost! Thank you. Bed is very soft and comfortable. Zabka and carrefour is close in case you want drinks or snacks. Outside is also a cute bunny cafe which you can take your date or partner :) I booked this cause my airbnb scammed me and the receptionist answered very fast and my room was already ready. It made my day.

Because it's an old building the piping has issues. The warm water takes a long time to work. Or sometimes runs out when using the jacuzzi. The plumbing is also slow but it works. All in all, to be expected since its such an old building. So it's understandable.

Very nice and friendly staff, arranged everything we needed in to the smallest details, they will give you a very comfortable feeling. The room was neat, clean, good smelling and the bathroom with whirl pool was just top notch. Location is very good too, next to the old town.

since the location is very central, you will hear the traffic with trams quite good, we had too choose between either having a very warm room (closed windows) in the evening, or some air but noise from traffic.

we upgraded our room to the luxury king room , the bath in the luxury king room was amazing and the television in the bathroom to watch a film whilst relaxing was an added bonus . great location about a 5/10 minute walk from bars/restaurants and the square with a bunny cafe on the same street .

the only things to note is that there wasn’t a wide selection of breakfasts so we chose to eat out , due to the location there was many places to get nice breakfasts . also the pillows were on the smaller side and slightly thin but isn’t a deal breaker and still had a great sleep every night .

Perfect location, couple of minutes walk to the main square. The room is perfect for couples. Big jacuzzi bath, double shower, tv in each room. It was a great place to relax after enjoying Kraków. The hotel staff can provide special requests if arrange before, I didn't arrange anything but they left matches for the candles which was a nice touch. Staff were very friendly and professional, and helpful 😊 We would definatley stay again and recommend to others. Thankyou

Toilet too close to bed as was not in seperate room and only seperated by sliding doors.Also when doors were slid open this left the metal brackets sticking up out of floor which we kicked a couple of times. Beds were also a bit uncomfortable

Very local, 24 hour supermarket down the street close to main square, our TV in the bathroom wasn't working and the woman tried so hard to fix it as she couldn't she gave us a fresh fruit platter as an apology and to change rooms but it wasn't that big of a deal, I only have videos of the room but I would definitely recommend staying here for that little bit of luxury at such a cheap price

Our stay was quite extraordinary and we enjoyed it with a steer of extra romantic package! The staff were very kind and accommodated us providing earlier than expected breakfast on time and providing a unique experience for our stay! They have also arranged a really nice 2 trips during our stay and everything went smoothly!

The only thing that could have been nicer would be addition of wardrobe or clothes closet in the room, but since we had a short stay it worked well anyway!

Clean and nice room in good location. Also we did not get the room we reserved but it was so hot weather during our visit that perhaps the room we got was better, since it was on the shadow side of the building. But in exchange we got the sound of the tram instead

Air condition in the bathroom (fan in the ceiling) did not work. After a hot bath the whole room was filled with steam and bathroom was a warm steamroom for hours. I mentioned it to the staff, but nothing happened.

this hotel is perfect for anyone going for a couples geataway it’s close to the square and all the restraunts and bars the bed was comfy and the rooms had everything thing you need Netflix on the tv and a two person hot tub a stocked mini fridge which you do have to pay for but it’s pennies I also paid to have the candles and rose petals spread about the room it really set the room off

Location for the old town was brilliant, 2 mins to the city walls. Jacuzzi bath was perfect after a long day of sightseeing. Hotel stay were helpful when needed. Continental breakfast was tasty with a good selection. Netflix pre loaded in the room was a nice touch.

Everything was as expected (no negatives from our stay)
