Everything was great. Apartment is amazing- very specious , rooms are big, you have all staff you can need in the kitchen(a lot of dishes, cups and enough tea bags, water), a lot of cute things (teeth kit, shoes napkin, etc.). Each room has bathroom inside( in one room shower, another one with bathtub).If you travelling take in consideration ,since tehre is no seperate washroom you need to use one of those in the room. You have hair dryer, dishwasher, washing machin, kettler, electric cooker, iron that is really convinient. And was really cool you have free parking and its 14 minutes fron old center and 17 minutes from airport.

The only thing that really dissapoint us that we werent able to take supper. We dont understand such attitude even if there were big group , we were only 5 of us and it was 20.00 , so we have to find another place , plus staff wasnt be able to advice other place or give any suggastions. Honestly is wasnt nice at all plus we have children with us.

The room was good. Excellent sleeping quarters. A lot of little things in the bathroom. Great cafe at the ground floor. Top1 reception desk - they are ready to help and to solve any trouble.

The room with kitchen facility doesn't have enough kitchen utensils. E.g. for 6 guests we have only 1 big and 3 small plates, 4 glasses and etc. Looks strange. I expect to have at least one per person. This is the only thing makes me unconfy.

Underground parking was very useful. Big shopping center (and small stores as well) are very near. Public transportation (bus stop) also close enough from hotel. Hotel has a good trattoria on the first floor, with great pizza's choices.

Construction works (building of new house probably) were right behind the window, with all relevant noises from very morning.

Great place to stay for longer time. Has proper conditioning and nice shower. Great parking outside and under the hotel. Good commuting capabilities for tourists, meaning you can leave your vehicle and use public transport easily to explore Krakow proper.

I would like to have Smart TV in a facility that calls itself a hotel.

Staff were really nice, no issue with parking either. Shopping centre across the road which is good to get any essentials. Bus ride from Krakow town centre is around 30-40min. Staff at the reception desk were really helpful when it came to giving us some help to get bus tickets and how to get somewhere. Will stay here again when I visit Krakow.

great hotel, friendly staff! room is clean and tidy! I liked everything) if anyone stays in the hotel, I advise you to go to the restaurant, which is located on the first level of the hotel)) the food is very tasty, and the desserts are just from God) I advise you 100% you won’t regret it)) the prices are good, they don’t bite at all

Fresh looking, modern room. liked the electronic controller withe bell and rest on the door. lights switchers working perfectly.

The water in a shower was coming off so slowly, that every time was making a swimming pool in a bathroom. was no slippers, which were also said to be. also soap dispenser was broken.

We looked for a place to stay somewhere near the airport and the Aqua Park. We found Konrad Comford which was situated just in between. Over the street was Krakows biggest shopping center. There was no traffic noise, as there was a building between the hotel and the road. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. It was perfect for my family of four people :) You could eat in the restaurant next to the reseption.

Great rooms, good attention to detail, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.

Location - nothing to write home about but good for overnight if not planning to explore surroundings on foot.

Everything was great.Big size room,clean,coffe ,kittle, microwave. I have probablem with fridge, and service man was send to help me straight away.Highly recommended
