A hotel-type room in a well-renovated student hostel where the there is a floor designated for visiting professors, permanent residents and outside bookers. Surprisingly quiet regardless of being in a student hostel and next to a busy road. 24-hour reception, luggage can be stored after check-out. A communal kitchen on every other floor with a microwave but no utensils or pots. Daily cleaning and change of towels.

A bit farther out of the city center but easily reachable by busses that stop right next to the building.

Worth the money, easy check-in, 24h reception. Bus station right outside - around 20min to center. Room was clean, everything worked just fine. Could use better pillow, one towel per person. Perfectly fine for weekend visit of Krakow.

Receptionist spoke English only little bit, be prepared to use translator or your hands if you have questions that require different than yes/no answer 😅

The room was clean and spacious, fresh towels and toiletries were provided regularly. Service was excellent! I reported late in the evening that the minibar was not working and it was replaced the next day. The private bathroom inside the room is a plus. The location is convenient both by car and by public transport, the bus stop for buses heading downtown is right nearby. Had no issues with parking.

The bathroom was slightly cramped in regards to the toilet, couldn't easily reach the toilet paper holder for instance. I also didn't like that it was difficult to enter from street level during check in and check out, as I think the stairs can be problematic for heavy luggage or people who struggle carrying luggage up almost two flights of stairs.

Very convenient, clean place. Free parking on the premises.

Don't bother with the breakfast (offered by a separate company in the same building). For 30 PLN there was very little choice and what was available, was of a poor quality (cheapest sausages and bread, melted butter). Better eat at the gas station across the road.

The room was very, very clean, nothing I would ever expect from a student dorm. And precisely because it's a dorm, you get a lot of desk and shelf space for all your stuff, no other place we stayed at had so much. The room is actually pretty spacious, it has a kettle and glasses, but you gotta bring your own tea. Some tiny soaps are provided in the bathroom. The shower is quite spacious. The bus stop is right outside the building, a 15 min ride takes you to Krakow Main Station. The staff will keep the key for you when you go out, they got a 24hr reception too. There are no restaurants etc. in the immediate vicinity except for a gas station, but you can walk 7min to a nearby AGH campus to get a kebap and a really delicious ice cream at good prize, An under 10 min walk takes you to a Biedronka supermarket.

No hand towel and no towel for getting out of shower. Had to use kitchen towels and a T-shirt for that.

My stay was pleasant. The staff was very helpful. Easy checking in. The room was clean, a new towel was left everyday. There was a large wardrobe fit for hanging clothes, big mirrors and a stable desk suitable for using pc. Public transport stop is just outside the hotel so reaching the heart of the city is very easy.

The matress was great, but pillows could be renewed.

The hotel location was closed to the bus stop, reach the old town just 15 min by public traffic. The staff was nice and helpful.

We stayed 3 nights at the weekend, and as we realized the hotel a student hostel as well, so night time was a bit loud because of the drunk youngsters. No air condition in the room.

We arrived late in the evening and got to park cars in inner courtyard, that was a big plus!!:) The receptionist was welcoming and check in was fast. Rooms were just like in pictures - clean, perfect for one night :) We got kettle, glasses, mini fridge, shampoo/shower gel in the bathroom. At first sight we thought that beds wont be comfortable but we slept very good! It was really comfy:) On the first floor you can find shared kitchen for making food. Overall - it was a pleasant one night stay!

Excellent value and friendly and helpful staff. More specifically: PRO: easy to get into the city center by bus, decent canteen for breakfast and lunch, fast wifi (70-80mbps), plenty of hot water, washing machines, fairly quiet, Biedronka within walking distance

CON: not many dining options within walking distance, basic TV channels (nothing in English) I had some issues with the TV cable and fridge temperature, but I think those are isolated issues.
