Very basic accomodation but excellent value for the price paid. Quiet and rooms were relatively large. Excellent and helpful staff at the front counter.

A little far away from the city center but still easily accessible by tram.

My room at the Hotel Felix was a single one but with a comfy bed , very clean sheets , bathroom and shower immaculate. There was a TV too. The door locks seemed secure enough . The view of Nowa Huta with the steelworks on the far horizon was great. There were bus stops nearby the hotel . The staff at reception were kind and arranged a taxi for me when I checked out. The very nice restaurant and included breakfast at the Hotel Grand Felix were very good too. I would praise the hard working girls who worked very efficiently there.

Sometimes I could not get a TV signal . Some of the carpets in the room and on stairs are stained. But otherwise clean. But I would certainly recommend a stay at this hotel which is very good value for a stay in Nowa Huta or Krakow.

The staff was very, very, very helpful! They were willing to help us with everything we asked. We will definitely recommend or revisit. It is a good example of what service minded working people can contribute to a working place. We were in 103, and the bathroom was very clean and newly renovated. Value for money.

Boring design, floor carpets. In my opinion, the floor carpets are the worst thing to point out. Anything else would be better than that.

The room was clean and tidy. The single beds were comfortable. The shower was hot and reasonably powerful.

Bed pillows could have been a little better . But I paid £24 for myself and my son to stay here for one night, I wasn't expecting the Ritz. I was pleasantly surprised, for the price I thought it would have been a dump. I would stay again. Well done and thank you.

This room on the first floor was much better than the room on the third floor. It was clean, spacious, beds and pillows were comfortable, the bathroom was modern and clean

There were no power outlets in the room with 3 beds (except behind the beds, but the beds couldn't move,so we couldn't use them), the only free one was under the TV (far from beds and just one). The room with one bed had multiple which didn't seem logical

Everything was nice and completely corresponds to description. Personal was very friendly and the room was clean.

The only one thing that I didn't like is that there was no soap in the bathroom. I find it a bit strange. I can imagine hotel without shampoo or shower gel available. However without soap...it is quite uncomfortable. Especially when I arrive in the evening and have no possibility to look for a soap in shops nearby. This is the only one disadvantage. The rest was indeed very nice and comfortable. I would anyway recommend this hotel for a stay.
