Good location- quite and green nabourhood with free parking. Good wide choice of breakfast. Room very clean, beautiful interior, comfortable bed, good soundproof.

TV with only local channels. We would prefer the Netflix app or screen mirror function. Staff at the reception could not help us with this either, but she was trying atleast :)

Absolutely loved this Hotel, my son and I spent 7 nights here (June 2022) and truly I can’t recommend this Hotel enough. Breakfast was as much as you can eat, huge choice. Staff were amazing. Book with the utmost confidence. We visited Auschwitz, the Salt Mine, Energerland (Rollercoasters), Oscar Schindler’s factory, Hard Rock Cafe. Lovely evening meal, very cheap. Lidl superstore within walking distance. My wife Nicky booked this hence her name, this review was written by Michael In Surrey.

My only very slight gripe would be the shower 🚿 just not powerful enough but really not that important.

A good quality/price offer if you're aiming for a comfortable transit stop during a trip. Although the street itself doesn't seem really welcoming, the location is actually great as the hotel is basically surrounded by forest and a great looking park. We were there with dogs, they enjoyed everyone's attention and the nature just as much as we did. The team of the hotel is great: pleasant, smiling, creating comfortable and cheerful atmosphere. Totally recommended.

The outside of the hotel may seem discomfiting: the street is not well-kept, without curbs, sidewalks, etc., one side is overgrown with tall grass. the hotel itself from the outside looks like a gray box with red awnings next to it. However, the exterior is compensated by comfy interior and friendly team.

Very clean and still fresh. Someone put a thought in rooms design. The restaurant was busy every evening, so must be good, although I haven't managed to dine in there.

Shower water pressure is very low; longhaired peeps might experience difficulties washing head. On top of that, the bathroom was chilly. Tapping the access card in the lift is very annoying, especially when you have some luggage and a sleepy child on hands. Instant orange juice is a reason to hate hotels.

Room and bathroom have a decent size and are clean. Breakfast is good. Free Parking and ability to charge electric vehicles (the Hotel Mechanic was very helpful and able to explain well in English how the charging station works). Employees do speak english and are willing to help.

Wifi in the hotel room is very poor. Goof Wifi access only at the frontdoor of your room by the hallway. Control (distrust): administration (paperwork at checkin), roomtemperature (high), volume tv (low) and even what and how much you choose at breakfast is controlled and limited by hotel management / employees. Parking at chargestation is disrespected by non-electric cars blocking access. In general focussed on local Polish tourists since a lot of info is in Polish and not translated.

Everything. The breakfast was really delicious. The room was really fresh and tidy, we find water and coffee-making facilities in our room. The bed was so comfortable, the room was really silent. That was maybe 3rd time in this hotel, and next time when we will visit Krakow we definitely will choose this hotel. Recommend for all travellers stay in this hotel!

Good breakfast with variety of food collection. The restaurant at the evening was a good option if you don’t want to go outside. the room was clean and the staff was very kind and helpful.

the pillows were very stiff and not comfortable. the location was very close to the sport center but 20 minutes drive from the old city and the city center.

Room was stylish and very comfortable, it had decorations on walls, comfortable chair and working area for remote work to be done. Overall our stay was pleasant. We had dinner in the restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel and it was enjoyable.

I wouldn't advice ibis with this location, if you are travelling to see Krakow old town and city center, because it is quite far away, but in our case we just passed by Krakow and the location was on our way to get to the south part of Poland. Breakfast was overall good, but with weird limitations - hot food, cheese and meat was handed out by hotel staff, but salads, croissants and other things were available for each guest to get that by themselves. Didn't experience something like that at other hotels while traveling in Poland.

Brand new and stylish, extremely comfortable and clean. Great breakfast and 3 min walk to city park with lake and number of summer time activities

This was our second time staying at the Ibis Styles East. The hotel was clean, the room was spotless. It is modern and was convenient for the event we were attending. It is not in the centre of Krakow if its the tourist area you want. The staff were all Friendly and smiled. The food was good and portions of a good size.
