A great economy hotel that surpasses the standards of big-brand economy hotels. The staff is wonderful and extremely helpful—special thanks to Mrs. Beata for her kindness and cultural awareness. She immediately recognized that I am a foreigner speaking Polish and adjusted her communication, speaking calmly and clearly, which I truly appreciated. The breakfast was better than what most big-brand economy hotels offer, and the homemade-style lunch was both delicious and convenient. Additionally, the room was spacious and well-maintained. Another great advantage is the hotel's monitored car parking, located just about 10 meters away, available at an affordable price. The hotel is also just a few meters from a supermarket, which is very convenient for any grocery needs. I was on a short, practical visit to the city, and all these thoughtful touches made my stay smooth and hassle-free

Hotel Grand Felix *** is a true/genuine three-star hotel - nice room, good breakfast, easy parking, everything OK, but w/o any extras. I.e. good price for the quality. Recommended! Hotel restaurant serves a very delicious dishes, however selection is quite limited (chicken, pork, 2 soups, some salad). Extensive breakfast - the only thing I missed were baked beans :-)

The second night of our stay (Sat-Sun), there arrived a collective package tour mainly of pensioners. They occupied virtually the whole hotel as if it belonged to them, and expecially the breakfast room in the Sunday morning. Normal guests (paying normal price...) were unable to sit and have their breakfast, We had to wait for a waitress to gently kick them out. However, there was still enough of everything to eat and drink left. Sorry, but hotels not specifically equipped for such collective package tours should better not to invite them...

Awesome breakfast, great value for money. Staff was helpful and very professional and friendly. Easy to reach the city center by tram. Also a lot of parking spaces.

No balconies availible, but it was not that big of a problem as the elevator was fast. (So I could smoke)

Staff is very friendly. Room was simple but nice and cosy with everything you might need.

Fireworks around the hotel almost all day ant night

- the hotel location for my puroses. - serives nearby. - comfort. - ability to have a breakfast, a lunch, and a dinner in the hotel in sundays. - a good room for a reasonable price.

Decent sized rooms, very friendly staff

No fans even in peak summer, breakfast is average. Far from centre.

It was nice to stay there. The room was clean and big. We had a good time!

The shower cabine needs to be repaired because one of the doors is not fixing.

Everything was 10/10. Very lovely stuff, the bed was super comfy and the restaurant food was good. Breakfast was so good and coffee even too!
