The staff were very friendly, helpful, super efficient, and followed all COVID-related regulations. The rooms were very spacious, extremely clean and nicely decorated. Location was perfect, in the vicinity of Rynek Główny, with restaurants, cafes, bars and shops within short walking distance. The breakfast was exceptional. Will be returning in the future for sure.

Very luxury well designed hotel. The rooms were very spacious, breakfast was excellent. Nice swimming pool and spa center, staff was very friendly and helpful (Especially matheus). Located In the middle of the old town. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

This was my second year to stay in these accommodations. From the moment I walked into the hotel, I was welcomed by Yana and David. The friendliness of the staff continued through my three days here. I needed a doctor - Yana arranged a doctor. I wanted to go to the theater - Aga worked to get me tickets. David, a porter who is an excellent tour guide, gave me a tour of the original items left from when the hotel was a palace. He really enjoys his job and coworkers. The WiFi was stable the entire stay. The spa amenities are clean and beautiful. The food in the bistro is original and creative.

I’m afraid the hotel is going to get so well known that I will have to book months in advance instead of days in advance.

Absolutely amazing stay at the H15 Hotel! So luxurious yet modern and comfortable and has everything and more. Best hotel me and my husband stayed so far and we love to stay in a lovely place and this one exceeded all our expectations. The location is amazing, right in the old town and it’s so nice to just walk into a beautiful surrounding of Krakow. We well enjoyed amazing Spa facilities that included swimming pool, jacuzzi and 2 different steam rooms and it was so relaxing. Highly recommend H15 for anyone who loves to treat themselves to something amazing!

The hotel itself is absolutely stunning and the staff are super friendly and helpful. We came for our first wedding anniversary and the hotel made our stay so special. Our room was absolutely stunning - we were in a room facing the road and it was so peaceful. The spa facilities are also fantastic and being able to enjoy them until 10pm is incredible as it meant we could maximise our stay in Krakow with sight seeing by day and then making the most of the spa in the evening and great way to unwind after walking all day. I also treated myself to a massage which was lovely.

Our bedroom was large with an enormous marble-tiled bathroom including a free-standing bath and excellent walk-in shower. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The bed, duvet and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Top marks!! The location was amazing, with only a 5 minute stroll to the main square and a 2 minute walk to the best small museum ever, the Czartoryski Museum, housing 'Lady with an Ermine' by Leonardo da Vinci. The Spa has recently been upgraded and is absolutely top-notch with all the facilities one would expect at a superior hotel.

Although large, the room was darkly decorated and furnished which may suit some. The breakfast was beautifully laid out and there was a huge choice but a bit too fussy for my taste.

A stylish and very well designed hotel in a perfect location. We all loved it. Our rooms were great - spacious, comfortable and with ample supplies of everything you could possibly need. We were a group of four friends, so The Hours bistro and bar was perfect to meet up every night before venturing out into the Old Town. We also ate there on three nights - some very good food from an imaginative menu. And thanks especially to Irena and Agatha who looked after us so well. New Years Eve in the hotel’s own Artesse restaurant was excellent - again, a great menu from a very good chef and top class service, together with live music well chosen to match the elegance of the night. Breakfasts were very good as well - every morning was an unhurried pleasure. We didn’t use the pool or spa facilities, but our friends did and they had nothing but good things to say about them. Also, communications with the hotel were prompt and straightforward and the airport pick up they arranged was seamless. All of us said that we have to come back, which says it all really.

Their service orientation was exemplary, making our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and of excellent quality, and the staff was always on hand to attend to any requests. Our hotel room was on the ground floor with a beautiful view overlooking the inner patio. The decor was tasteful and elegant, adding to the luxurious experience. The room was also equipped with all the amenities one could ask for, making our stay even more comfortable. One of the best things about this hotel was its location. It was just a few minutes walk from the main square in the old town, which made exploring more convenient. The hotel was surrounded by a plethora of shops, restaurants, and cafes, giving us plenty of options to choose from. Overall, our stay at this 5-star hotel in Krakow was outstanding. The staff was friendly and attentive, the breakfast was delicious, the room was lovely, and the location was excellent. The tasteful European decor added to the luxurious experience. We recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Krakow.

WOW! this hotel was perfect, the location was just a couple minutes walk from the main square, it was close to everything. If you wanted to visit something further away the staff were more than happy to book a taxi which was always very low cost and prompt. we booked breakfast at the hotel for the 3 nights we stayed and this was amazing, there was a chef ready to cook you whatever you chose from the menu provided (egg based invariably) - omelettes, scrambled, poached etc etc, apart from this there was a whole host of things to choose from, fresh salads and meats, biscuits, sweet dishes, cheeses, hams, just too much to mention - you won't go hungry as its food for all tastes and cultures. The room was spotless, the beds so comfortable and room although overlooking the street was quiet - the best nights sleeps we had in ages! Very warm rooms, underfloor heating in the larger than average bathroom meant we kept cosy all the time we were in the room. A couple of points, we could only get a couple of British channels on the tv, sky news was one, and the pool was too cold for us to go into - although we loved the sauna, steam room and jacuuzi. Everything really was perfect and we wouldn't stay anywhere else when we definitely return to Krakow. Fabulous experience, hotel and staff - nothing too much trouble, what more can I say!

just the couple of points, swimming pool needs to be warmer and it would be lovely to get some british channels on the tv for when you are unwinding.

Staff are unbelievable, treat you like a king, if this hotel was in London you would pay more for one night than we did for a week, food/ breakfast was 5* cooked to perfection, when we arrived rules of covid changed hotel sorted out tests, Exceptional hotel !!!!
