- Excellent location, a 5 min stroll to the main square - Very quiet road - Very close to other 5 start hotels and many restaurants - lovely decor - nice pool, . Spa with Sauna, Steam room , jacuzzi - Excellent cafe across the road - Gossip. - Right next to museum - Close to Florian’s gate - Heated bathroom floor is great for ensuring costumes hung in the bathroom are dry the next day - We had a superior room which had plenty of seating - 2 chairs, sofa, and 2 coffee tables. And plenty of room to move around - They can arrange drivers to tourist attractions or airport. Obviously you will pay a premium as it’s a Mercedes limo and driver - so coast to airport is £30 compared to £10 that I have seen people quote for a Bolt

- their charging policy stinks. They take the whole cost of the hotel stay in advance plus a 1000zl charge for any extras These charges take 7-14 to reverse. - No face cloths available in bathrooms. On asking cleaning staff they offered tissues. - Only one bath and one hand towel are provided per person - £30 each for continental breakfast - the hotel does in show prices for breakfast anywhere on their website - Only one English breakfast tea bag in room, and 3 other fruit ones. Most 5* hotels have a selection box of various tea and at least 2 of each - UHT Cream not milk in the fridge - No pillow menu - There is no spinner in the spa for wet costumes. - cleaning was hap- hazard. Some times they took the old towels. Some times they didn’t.

The location was superb, just a short walk to the main square and a stones throw away from all the main attractions and museums etc. The breakfast is is very good both buffet and freshly prepared hot food make for a delicious start to the day. The room as amazing and well equipped with modern furnishings throughout and it was all exceptionally clean. The staff are friendly and helpful as well.

I personally found check in and check out exhausting. Sit down, have a drink, let me explain everything to you etc. In most places its 'welcome' a quick check of your ID and you are done. This all took too long and was overly complicated I thought especially after a late arriving flight. The hotel bar is very disappointing, for the cost of the drinks I would absolutely expect fresh ingredients, but a quick look at the bottles on the front of the bar told a different story - all pre-made cocktail components you could find in a supermarket. Save your money and go to one of the many cocktail bars in the city to get fresh, delicious (and cheaper) drinks.

. Hotel is in a great location. It was pure luxury once we stepped inside. The staff were super friendly & extremely helpful. Spa was fab!

The pillows were very poor, better quality, luxury pillows would have allowed us a better quality sleep. Breakfast was very overpriced.

A beautiful hotel with exceptional, personable customer service. Complimentary welcome drink at reception, then a porter took our bags up to the room and gave us a very detailed tour which showed us how all electrics and features work in the room. The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. They even provided a private driver from the hotel to take us to the airport. The room was exquisite and the stay was perfect from start to finish. You must stay here if you are visiting Krakow.

The swimming pool and wellness area were closed for refurbishment during our stay which was a shame but we were offered to use the facilities at their sister hotel.

Brilliantly located and a wonderfully old property that has done its best to keep as much of the features of the original house as possible in turning it into a modern hotel. Our room had the most beautiful paintings preserved on the beams and ceiling (assuming they were the originals) - it was spacious and quite luxurious - although the lighting controls were a total anomaly and we never quite mastered which switch direction turned on overhead or bedside! In the lead up to our visit, the concierges were extremely helpful regarding booking our trip to the Salt Mine and Auschwitz. Not the cheapest way to do it - and our personal guide for Auschwitz was more used to talking to teenage American high school students than two adults who knew a reasonable amount about the history and tragedy of the place - but that wasn't necessarily the fault of the concierges. Our driver for the day was excellent (if expensive!)

Breakfast is very expensive if not pre-booked - so we only tried it once. There is much on offer in the main square a stones throw away. The picture of the room on the site shows a bath in the bathroom - highly prized in hotel accommodation it appears these days - but on arrival our beautiful room only had a shower. On asking to see an equivalent room with a bath in it with the prospect of changing - we appear to have blotted our copybook and the radiant smiles somewhat disappeared from our reception host - akin to "how dare we turn down such an amazing room for a mere bath!" We didn't change rooms in the end - but I'm not sure relationships ever recovered!

Breakfast was really good with a variety of options. The spa facilities were of a high standard and lovely to come back to after a day out in Krakow.

A couple of issues in the room were immediately put right and we received an apology for a computer glitch which meant 2 members of the housekeeping staff entered our room when we were in bed. As I have said the breakfast was really good but the way the staff were utilised could be improved. The manager/superviser was everywhere and very proactive. Many of the other staff were more laid back and reactive rather than proactive which was not helped by some being responsible for coffee/ drinks and others for food. A zonal system would be more effective and efficient with one member of staff being responsible for a set number of tables.

Perfect choice if you want to explore the old town and nearby sites - a new boutique hotel in a building with centuries of history to tell (staff can be asked to give you a short tour!). Sauna area is well equipped, comfortable but can be a little crowdy during evening hours; for us, occasional runners, it was a real gem after our early morning routine runs in and around old town. The hotel staff is responsive, speaks perfect english and as an overall impression, each and everyone of them knows what makes a hotel truly 5star resort (service!!). We hoz assistance with whatever we asked for: valet parking (as we went by car), half day tour to Auschwitz with hotel pick up&drop off, other recommendations etc. Breakfast bufet is superb, the sortiment and choices are on a par (if not better) with our other boutique hotel experiences mainly in western Europe.

Our superior room was more than perfect, only one remark - our A/C automatically set itself back to 21C each morning from the 23C we set it during evening/night - this is presumably part of an energy saving scheme during colder months to avoid overheating during the day when guests are likely not in their rooms), but what ours did was that it cooled the room by actively flowing freezing cold air each morning to get to 21C as soon as it could. Not the best feeling to return to from breakfast/morning run/sauna. Maybe what would work better is that A/C could just turn itself off paralelly to setting itself to lower temp. Probably just a software issue, and not necessarily indicative to all A/C units.

Staff were very friendly, rooms are big, bathrooms are huge and great lighting Pool area was small but nice and great to have sauna and steam. Building itself is stunning and lovely location just off the old town square.

No proper bar area. Staff there were not properly trained with how to make drinks so cocktails weren’t great. No real atmosphere. Gym was tiny. One treadmill, one bike, one cross trainer, one set of adjustable dumbells and no room for body weight exercises. May as well not have one. No wardrobe or hanging space. No draws- quite unacceptable really.

H15 Luxury Palace is a true gem We have been to 12 hotels over the years, nothing less than a 4* hotel, but mostly so called 5* hotels. Our experience at H15 Luxury Palace was absolutely amazing all the staff are well experienced at what they do, very helpful polite and treat you with respect, absolutely nothing is a problem for them this is truly a brilliant hotel. We stayed 4 days in a super deluxe room and 4 days in the presidential suite. Our rooms were cleaned every day, to the very high standards that they do, Absolutely Spotless . The pool and spa area are excellent, the staff here are also very nice to you, very professional The food here is fantastic, the breakfast is cooked from the menu scrambled eggs ,poached eggs, bacon, omelette etc, all cooked for you personally. The restaurant and bar food is high quality, not to mention how tasty the dishes are "brilliant." The staff on the front reception are very helpful friendly and welcoming they get you off to a good start, but it only gets better . I can truly say all the staff at this hotel put in the effort to make your stay enjoyable ,also the maids who cleaned our rooms will take the time to talk to you. Sorry H15 Luxury Palace I don't think there is anything you could do to improve on what you're doing. A truly wonderful experience and a big big thanks to all of you! Will definitely be back that's for sure

Absolutely Nothing

Our stay at H15 Hotel in Kraków was truly wonderful from start to finish. The hotel is impeccably designed, blending luxury with cozy comfort. The rooms were spotless, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully equipped. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and catered to every detail. The location is perfect—close enough to explore the city’s highlights, yet peaceful for a restful retreat. We loved every moment of our stay and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kraków!!
