We have just returned from this hotel after a 6 night stay and I can honestly say that it was absolutely excellent. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The room was large and very well equipped and well designed. It was cleaned to a high standard and things such as a plug to use for the hairdryer in the bathroom and a mini bar and safe made our stay very comfortable. The bed was large and comfortable too. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and it included something for everyone, all well cooked and delicious especially the fresh pastries. The hotel is very well situated- about a 10 minute walk from the Jewish Quarter and 15 minutes to the Old Town. However there are plenty of coffee shops, bars and convenience stores in very close proximity. We have had the most amazing time in Krakow and will certainly be returning to this beautiful city and the Queen Boutique Hotel as soon as possible.

Nothing it was perfect

Great location in between Old Town & Jewish quarter, so all local sites very close to walk to. We had a balcony overlooking a small park, nice. Quiet a night. Area felt very safe. Large rooms, comfortable beds, small fridge & tea/coffee making faculties. Staff were excellent, all spoke good English and very helpful. Nice breakfast, excellent local bacon

No Bar at the hotel, would be useful as a meeting place, or a drink when you return home.

Absolutely everything !From beginning to the end of our stay -everything was perfect !Very spacious rooms ,tasty and various breakfast choice. Staff young and the same time very experienced and helpful. 10 minutes walk to City center.Sauna -huge bonus for relaxation. Use Bolt or Uber for transfers -cost about £9 one way, easy to book on app.I Already recommended to my friends this hotel and definitely will stay next time when visit Krakow.

The location is nice and hotel is clean and rooms are comfortable. There was just one thing I need to bring to whoever is reading this comment. Our reservation was for two nights but for some reason I thought it’s for one night! At the end of first night I went to reception area and asked the guy to check and see if we can have a late check out! He checked for a few seconds and said sorry there is another guest checking in the room right after you!!! But obviously there was not! We found out in the morning that we are actually staying one more night! Maybe next time actually check the reservation before answering a guest!

I didn’t like windows in the ceiling! Light came inside early in the morning and woke us up.

The hotel was well located, all attractions and areas were really easy to access. The hotel was lovely, staff were very friendly and professional. Our room was a good size and well equipped with complimentary toiletries and a selection of pillows. We found the bed really comfy and slept well each night. The breakfast at the hotel was good and had plenty of variety. We were going on an excursion early on one morning, the hotel happily arranged a packed breakfast that we could take with us - this had plenty of choice and provided us with enough for breakfast and a few snacks throughout our trip.

The hotel is perfectly located right next to the Jewish quarter of Kazimierz, with a lot of restaurants located a few steps from the hotel's entrance. We had a rental car, and had no problem to find a free public parking space right next to the hotel (the cost is 6 zloti per hour, and during the night it is free). The rooms are very spacious, with a large closet and a nicely sized bathroom. On the last morning in the hotel we had to check out very early in the morning, and the hotel staff prepared a bag with sandwiches, fruits and drinks for each one of us.

The shower stall in our room was on the smaller size (though the one in our friends' room was much larger and much more comfortable), thus a bit uncomfortable.

Excellent location, Staff were really friendly nothing was ever too much. Made us lovely pack lunches when we want on a trip to Auschwitz which was free as we chose not have to breakfast. Rooms were cleaned daily and smelt like fresh linen. Free items that we forgot like toothbrush and charger. Sauna was lovely and I enjoyed the peppermint tea Would definitely come back again

Water pressure in shower very low Bar does not open until 3pm but waiter was happy to make me and my partner a drink at 1.30pm as we didn’t realise.

Liked the location near the castle and river. Decor was modern. Really appreciated the upgrade which provided a lovely balcony area overlooking the orchard of adjoining property, ideal for a coffee and reading my book in the morning sun. Reception staff helped with directions to train station and booked a taxi for our return journey to the airport. Breakfast had something for everyone and the staff were helpful & friendly as were the cleaning staff who took good care of our room during the stay. A big thank you to Anna. Very quiet at night so easy to sleep.

The two single duvets. Water pressure in the shower wasn't very strong and bath towels a little small. Pillows very small and soft.

Just wow! I have travelled around the world and been to some beautiful hotels and I have to say this is one of my favourites! The staff are so helpful, the room I had was stunning, the breakfast was fab and what's more the value for money was beyond compare! They even booked my transfer for me and that ran very smoothly. I am already planning on coming back with my husband next year!

honestly there wasn't anything I didn't like. The evening food wasn't what I was looking for as it was a 4-course or 6-course taster menu but that didn't matter as there was loads of different restaurant within a 5 minute walk for all different budgets.

The tasting menu option at the restaurant was featured as a promotional dining option by the front desk staff when we asked if they had a restaurant and it turned out to be very extravagant, tasty but tiny portions of hors d’oeuvres that were perhaps more suitable for a Hollywood dinner party than a couple hungry travellers looking to fill empty stomachs. The wine pairing doubled what was already an extravagant price and perhaps it was our naïveté, but not good value in our opinion!
