Location was excellent. Very clean, comfy bed and safe for a solo female traveller.

I arrived at night and when I got there had no instructions on how to enter the property/room. It would have been better for the instructions to be sent to me on the day of my arrival so that I understood how to gain access. I messaged the property half way through my stay to ask if there was an iron and how to check out and was replied to after I checked out, this would have been handy to know in advance of staying. I also had 3 conflicting check out times, 1 on the booking.com page, another on the photo that was sent to me in a text message and then another provided in a text by the person I was speaking with.

Location is excellent between the old town and Jewish quarter. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean

My only issue was that when booking as it was for myself and wife it came up with one choice of room which we booked, however all the pictures I viewed online had pictures of a kitchen so I presumed that it was I was getting. I only realised when we got there, that there were a choice of apartment and rooms and we had booked the single hotel style room. It should be made clear on the photos that the kitchen pictures belong to the apartments and not the single double rooms

We stayed in 2-bedroom flat and it was fantastic, very well equipped. The location is very centric close to sightseeing places and nice restaurants. I appreaciate a lot the help of the responsible person. Although we haven't met face to face, he solved all our problems. I needed diaper for my daughter and couldn't find the appropriate size. He sent it to the flat purchasing online from his account and we left the money in the flat. Thanks for trusting us :) Also, we had a problem with the sink in the bathroom and he sent us someone to fix it on a Sunday evening. Wonderful!

Location was very good! Large shower area and bright bathroom. Kitchen was good size. TVs had Netflix included. Tall ceilings. Balcony. Thick walls - you can't hear any neighbors. Overall good property.

There was only 1 A/C in the bedroom/living room area. The 2nd bedroom (master) didn't have A/C, we had to keep the door opened all night, couldn't watch TV in our bedroom because it kept kids up. Small old fridge (needs updating). Parking is in the back of the building with small gate/passage. Only small and medium cars can fit through it. I had large SUV, couldn't fit pass the gate. Squawky floors.

This is a great room, with everything needed for a pleasant stay in Krakow. The room is comfortable, very clean, bathroom with a good size. The room also had glasses, coffee/tea sachets, and a kettle. Also, a smart TV is available, which we could connect to YouTube and choose what to watch. The staff provided us all the information for the check in (the room was available before the planned check in), and also they assisted us in everything we need (e.g., providing us information about restaurants). The location of the room is amazing, close to several touristic attractions, and transportation (just a few minutes walking to get the Bus 300 from/to the airport). If I am back to Krakow, I would definitely like to stay in this place again.

The accommodation was beautiful, clean and well decorated. I liked how spacious the flats were. We were a group of 9 and rented 2 flats just next to each others. The check in and out was easy. The accommodation is well located next to the tram and reasonable waking distance to old town and main museums. Also there are lots of amenities around the flat (groceries, breakfast places, food market, restaurants, etc.) The owner was super responsive to our needs which is a big plus. The building and surroundings felt safe. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and book again when coming to Krakow!

The location and safety was great I would be happy to stay here solo. The room was very modern and clean on arrival and a nice large bathroom. We didn't see any staff at all during our 3 night 4 day stay. The local area was a little run down looking in parts but great restaurants and bars in the area. Tip for anyone booking this apartment for a longer stay there is a laundrette about 3 or 4 doors up so you could travel a little lighter.

Thought we had booked an apartment and we had a room which was fine but a little different to what we thought we booked. Some information in the room to advise who to contact in an emergency, some information on area in the room would be helpful. Could also do with housekeeping checking the room and replacing towels replenishing toilet rolls etc once there more 2 days. Otherwise for a 1 or 2 night stay it would be great.

Great location( beside Kazimierz, cool Jewish quarter), despite central location( close to the Market Square, tram station, trams, buses, food shops, restaurant) it was quiet& comfortable.

There was a bit of miscommunication between a person managing the place and myself. I asked in advance if it's possible to leave bags before checking in( my partner was at 12 in Krakow on the checking- in day) , was told they have baggage locker and was promissed info how to access on the arrival day. Did not receive the info on the arrival day, e-mailed them, texted and then rang and the manager was very surprised I was a bit upset about having to ask so many times for the info I was promissed. The rest was perfect.

We stayed in apartment 18. 2 large bedrooms, spacious kitchen, large bathroom with washing machine. The apartment was exactly as in the pictures, clean and cozy. Close to the Jewish quarter, about a fifteen-minute walk to the city center or to Wawel Castle. There are lots of small supermarkets around, and a bigger supermarket about 10 minutes walk.

In the kitchen there are no basic products like oil etc. The apartment is on the 4th floor without an elevator. Old and noisy wooden stairs. It would have been nice if there was a laundry basket to take things out of the washing machine.

Modern and clean hotel room style. Great location. Great shower. Nice balcony.

In found communication with the owner/operator pretty poor. They required prompting to reply to simple questions and took a long time to respond. I didn't get information on how to access the property until just before arrival - I would have preferred the day before.
