The location is just 10 minutes walk from the centre. At the reception area there is always a nice smell of cinnamon. We had a family room. The main bedroom is very big and central heating was always on. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is not very big but is fine. In the room we had a fridge, a kettle, tea and coffee. You can fill the bottles of water whenever you want at the dispenser near the restaurant.

The other room was a bit small and the windows were up high without curtains so in the morning the light will wake you up. In the main bedroom there is not a wardrobe. We had a round table with chairs. The table was cleaned only after five days of our stay. We did not opt for breakfast as we thought 69 PLN was a bit expensive considering we were four people.

The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The shower was great. Air-con was amazing for a break from the 30 degree heat outside! The staff were very friendly. I felt safe in the location and the hotel was only about a 15-20 minute walk to the centre. Breakfast was fairly standard but still could find some things to keep me full although I would’ve loved more fresh fruit. Definitely would stay again and will recommend to friends and family :)

Our room didn’t seem to have a blind in the bedroom (or maybe we couldn’t figure out how to use it) which meant that the light came into the room early in the morning. This was ok with me but could be a problem for those woken by sunlight.

The rooms were lovely and spacious, the location was perfect. Literally in the middle of the main square and the Jewish quarter. Absolutely everything we wanted to see and do was walkable. The breakfast was nice with a good selection.

The only tiny thing I could fault was the bathroom did have a bit of a smell. It wasn't awful, or really overbearing but it was just always there and seemed worse after we'd been away for the day and it hadn't been used but again tiny details, it didn't really bother us too much.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, especially after a disappointing stay at another property earlier the same day. The location is fantastic, and the room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. They provided tea, coffee, water, and sugar—everything I needed was already in the room. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, accommodating me with a lovely room even though I arrived like 10 minutes after my booking. This was a refreshing change after my earlier negative experience, and I truly appreciated the warm welcome and professionalism. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

did not opt for breakfast as we found the 65 złoty/person quite expensive - went to a restaurant across the street and had a feast for 2 people with coffee, pastries and breakfast meals for under 100

I didn't like that the water bottles weren't fresh in the rooms. It was obvious the waters were just refilled with tap water as they were all different levels and the seals were broken. Gave a gross first impression to the room - I also didn't like there was only 1 key

We stayed couple of nights with my husband and son in a small one bed room apartment. The apartment was clean with a nice bath room and comfortable beds. Breakfast was fantastic, great choice. Staff was very helpful. They recommended restaurants for dinner and the restaurants were good. The hotel is a bit far away from the heart of Krakow, but everything else was fantastic.

We liked everything

The hotel was in a very good location, it is located at the edge of the Jewish Quarter. It took us around 5 minutes to walk to Wawel Castle and was about 10 minutes to walk to the Main Square. We cannot believe that the hotel was so cheap compared to other options. The room was extremely spacious with all of the facilities we needed (towels, safe, fridge, kettle, hair dryer). The hotel was extremely clean and our room was cleaned with fresh towels every day. Check-in and check out was very quick, it took less than one minute! This was the only time we interacted with staff as we were out and about all day. But, they were extremely friendly. Our room was the first room on the ground floor, we thought this may be a problem due to noise inside of the hotel and outside but it was not. The hotel was very quiet and we didn’t hear any noise from outside. I would definitely stay here again if I was to come to Krakow and would recommend to anyone. The location was great. The room was kept extremely clean with fresh towels and the rooms were spacious.

Super clean stay (6 days). Amazing location right in the Jewish District. We had a room facing another building (which we liked, because we were secluded from road noises. Props to the cleaners, our room looked and felt really clean during our stay.

The road can be noisy, but we luckely didnt have any problems with this, as we where situated facing the corridor. Other than that there where absolutely no negatives! Amazing value for your money and definitely recommended

Tidy warm room and -12 degrees outside. Good hot water. Spacious room with nice tea making facilities. Beds made everyday and towels renewed. Hotel good location. Nice spacious shower and selection of shower heads.

The main front door would not lock. Breakfast too expensive and no one using. Reception locked up at 3am when we needed to check out and no one about. Bottom sheets did not fit beds. Dirty mattress protector with old human hairs on it. Towels stained and grey in colour (discoloured), not white. Very expensive hotel to book tours so Tour operators were much cheaper. Banging from floor above and noise from workmen nextdoor which did stop at 5.30pm.
