This is by far the best hotel currently available in Krakow area. Excellent stuff, wonderful spa, unique architecture. Spacious rooms and bathrooms equipped with all the necessary amenities. Hotel perfectly located right in the middle of all Krakow's attractions - Main Square, Wawel Castle, Kazimierz Jewish District - all within walking distance. Highly recommended for private and business stays.

The staff, the pool, the fitness room, the breakfast, the aircondition, the bathroom, the shampoo & that absolutely everything was rock solid and in working condition. Also, our small Cocker Spaniel dog was welcome everywhere.

A minor detail really - at first I couldn't find the pool and I didn't know the opening hours. The staff helped me out.

Attention to detail, decor, ambience, food was fantastic - the breakfast was incredible! The staff couldn’t have been better - I broke my leg during my stay, they provided a wheelchair, translated important medical information and gave us a room modified for those with limited mobility. The location is so central and The spa is an oasis of calm and sophistication. I loved his hotel and would be back next time we’re in Krakow

Could be a few more options on the spa menu - pedicures, manicures etc. John Dory restaurant was closed the whole time we were there.

It is amazing, you will not be disappointed here at all! All the extras like combs and shavers etc, spa facilities were great! Cocktail bar was really posh. All the staff were brilliant and helpful. Honestly the best hotel for price we've stayed in and we've stayed in some very nice hotels

The breakfast pricing was high considering it isn't fully continental or cooked breakfasts, and the parking was fairly expensive .... maybe include the options at a discount when booking

Absolutely fantastic in every way, from check in to leaving the whole experience was absolutely brilliant! The hotel is perfectly located right by the castle, and 10 mins walk into the main square.it has a couple of restaurants, bars on site with a really beautiful cocktail bar and a spa, gym and sauna facility. The room facilities were just outstanding and very well thought about, spotlessly clean and they really have thought about everything from lights to beautiful floor length windows, huge TV, walk in power shower, bathroom speakers, modern but lovely feel with the cupboards with loads of space, the most comfortable bed I've stayed in ages with unbelievable pillows. The pool and sauna area was relaxing, modern and very easy to unwind, with a pool, sound relaxation room, steam room and two different types of sauna - my particular favourite was the essential oil one absolutely superb! My partner had a spa treatment - she was very impressed! Great staff, great location and unbelievably brilliant facilities, definitely consider this place while in Krakow, it's a real treat that really made our holiday!
