The staff was extremely nice, they accommodated my special request, which made my stay way more convenient. There was a small fridge and a kettle in the room, and a box containing a couple of tea bags. The room and the bathroom were very clean, I felt very comfortable there. The hotel is located right off the old town main square, a minute away from a convenience store - Żabka - and a couple of minutes away from a supermarket - Biedronka. It also wasn't particularly far from the tram station.

The internal walls were very thin. My room was next to the entrance and I could hear people coming in at night, talking, opening their door etc. I think I once heard someone in the room next door flush their toilet.

The location was superb. This place is in the middle of the city's old town and so good to walk around and get back to the place as often as you want. The room was small but okay.

There is no staff after 8:00 pm on weekdays and 9:00 pm on weekends. So you have to remember the key code to unlock the front door. One of the nights I stayed there a guest could not unlock the door and kept banging the door, so I had to wake up and open the door.

the apartment was excellent far more than i expected for the price paid. the staff were pleasant and helpfully, the location couldn't have been better easy walking distance of all the attraction and a good variety of bars and restaurants. Highly recommend to everyone.

maybe one critism would be tha lack of a heater in the room but nothing serious.

The location is very good, right near the Old City. The room has a good size, it was very clean. I had complementary coffee, tea and water. The bathroom was spotless clean. The lady from the reception was very nice. There are a lot of restaurants around and there is a supermarket close by also.

The unit I received was on the second level and there is no elevator. I had to carry the luggage up the stairs.

Nice beds, good wifi, perfect location almost at the Main Square. Good value for money. I easily solved all my issues, doubts and questions with nice ladies at the reception.

I had an issue with the fridge and air-conditioning, but I guess it was just bad luck due to the fact of large temperatures in Poznan on the days of my stay. Anyhow, personnel reacted really fast and communication regarding problem-solving was easy. They offered me a new room in less than a couple of hours.

Had everything it needed: a boiler, tee coffee, toiletries, a wardrobe, lots of space, and a great location! was also very clean and comfy!

The only thing to improve is to put more than one roll of toilet paper in the rooms (it’s always a little awkward to ask for more). maybe it was an exception, though, because when I asked for one (i received the last) they told me they were waiting for an order to arrive. Also didn’t quite get the air con to cool the room (but this could well be on me)

Loved the location, next door to so many great restaurants/bars and close to many must-see tourist locations. Liked that we could get in a night with a key code.

Reception closes at 8pm and could hear guests not being able to get spare cards to get into rooms.

Nice small hotel very near the main old city square. Very convenient location for tourism around, while still maintaining very good price. The room was reasonably spaced and the furnishing was good. The bed was comfortable. It had a modern bathroom.

It didn't have a big cabinet so longer stay might be challenging. I haven't found control for the A/C. For some people the location might be unsuitable as the city centers tends to be noisy until the late night/early morning hours.

Superb location. Right next to the main square. I've stayed in Poznan before and the location is perfect

A few minor things about the room. Toilet seat broken, strange bed set set up where your head is next to boxed in pipes so noisy at times. Tricky to close and lock room to door 1 . Not the hotels fault, but please note that the main square ( Stary Rynek) , which is a HUGE selling point for the location is a building site and is currently an absolute mess (and will be for several months)

Central location. You can reach most places by foot. Lovely staff, cute cosy rooms. They have a kettle and a small fridge, plus a desk you can easily work from. Code for door and instructions were sent ahead of time. Was quite an easy and pleasant stay. Restaurants everywhere, and most important attractions within a few meters. They also have a Żabka near by (Like a SPAR), a minute away that is open until quite late.

Didn't receive the pin for the wi-fi and only saw it on the last day in the reception. Would have been nice to receive it with the welcome message. But I want's there to spend time in my room on the internet anyway, so honestly made no difference. No cons, only pros for this stay
