Our one night stay was great. The hotel is located 20 mins from Warsaw Chopin Airport, so it is convenient to get there if you have an early flight. And if you want to go to the center, the hotel is conveniently connected to the center by tram (about 25-30 mins). As for the room, we were quite satisfied. Quite spacious room with comfortable bed, TV, table and tea/coffee making facilities. Since the airport is nearby, with the window open, you can hear the noise from the planes. But it absolutely did not prevent us from sleeping at night. Also, the staff was very friendly. So the hotel is definitelly recommended if you are looking for accommodation near the airport.

1. Location (15 minutes by car to Warsaw city center), shopping centers not very far from the hotel. 2. Not expensive parking on site, motorist friendly hotel. 3. Sound-proof outer walls. Even though I could see planes taking off behind my window, it was very quiet in the room. 4. Functional roomy bathroom. 5. Perfect for stopover travelers.

1. Rather insufficient inner wall sound insulation (I could hear everything in the neighbor room) but after people in the neighbor room were gone, everything was good. 2. Rather empty looking room interior but still comfortable enough and functional. 3. Towels were in a pretty bad condition (but clean).

Overall it’s a good value and the location is good. A tram stop is right in front of the hotel making easy access to the city. Bed was comfortable. WiFi worked great. Close proximity to the airport (about 6-10 minutes by taxi which cost about 48zl on a Saturday night) Breakfast was good with the selection having some small variety changes each day (but felt it was slightly over priced.. 35-40zl would be more appropriate). Staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s obvious the front desk and restaurant staff takes pride in the property and their job. I would probably stay here again. I didn’t use the parking, but it looked ample with plenty of spaces available. (Being so close to the airport and with the tram located right out front, I didn’t need a car)

Housekeeping could pay a little better attention to small details. Nothing major but it was obvious that some small details were missed and some places in the room were not as clean as they could have been. Overall the cleanliness was acceptable. Just maybe take a couple extra minutes to make sure all areas are clean. There was a disturbance in the hall/adjacent room at 4:45-5:00am on my last night. However the staff seemed to react very quickly and properly.

Hotel quite close to the airport. Good for people that have a flight early in the morning. There was kettle, tea, coffee in the room so we could drink something warm before going for a trip. I liked it. There is also possibility to buy some drinks and snacks at the reception if needed. We asked for extra bassinet as we travelled with small child and we get it.

The room was a bit small. I also think the hotel charges too much for a night. The standard of the rooms is not worth that money.

Room was very clean, everything that was needed was in the room, really good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff - I could definitely recommend the place especially if you fly/land at Okecie Airport

Staff serving the breakfast could be more polite to all guests. It is not peoples fault that they dont speak polish, more effort or better english speaking personal could be appreciated. (Reception staff was great ! )

Excellent breakfast, comfortable bed, good design room, easy to go to old town by public transport and tram stop was just in front of the hotel.

Desk was small, shower pan was slippery. Bathroom's ventilation fan was not working in room 316 and had overheating electric appliances smelling in the shower room. Air conditioning was no heating in chilly nights. Small electric kettle, that you had to boil hot water many times.

Well-located and comfortable hotel. Booked one night only before an early flight and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable. Corridor that my room was located at was very quiet and allowed me to catch few hours of comfortable sleep. Spacious and fully equipped bathroom (towels, shower gel, hand soap, hair dryer). TV worked well. There were plug sockets near the bed and a coffee making station in the room. Window had a black-out blind. Very easy check-in and check-out. There were small shops nearby, Mcdonald’s, petrol station. Everything was very clean on arrival. Would happily stay again.

The decor of the room and the bathroom was a bit dated. There was some marks on the walls and in general the rooms were less modern than the reception for example. Didn’t impact the comfort of my stay though.

The staff was so good. Everything was managed professionally. The rooms were warm, a perfect option for foreigners coming first time in the cold weather. I think there should be one basket in the room for garbage but it doesn't matter I passed it when I heard that some room cleaner was outside. From my personal flight experience, the flights used the fresh scent to attract people. I think if we use it in the corridors then it would be more good.

The hotel is located close to the Chopin airport. Very comfortable bed. Quite large room. Clean bed sheets and towels - that was the most important for me. Breakfast - amazing! really tasty!

it was quite dark in the room. Since the room was located on the ground floor, the window faced the parking lot and even with curtains opened it was still dark. ground floor rooms need central light, not just side lamps

Good business hotel with own parking lot. The rooms are small, but new and convenient. The settlement procedure took several minutes. The lobby has a pleasant modern atmosphere. On the contrary - McDonald's, in 10 minutes - several good restaurants. To the airport 10 minutes by taxi.

We left very early in the morning and found our car in the hotel parking blocked by minibus. The hotel employee tried to be fast and woke the driver, but in any case it took about 10 minutes of our time. A huge wish of the hotel employees - do not put cars so that they block each other - different situations can be.
