Very nice and kind staff - thank you for arranging late check-out that I asked for (60 PLN). Very good public transport connection to the PGE stadium - just take a tram in front of the hotel and it takes about 30mins. Single room quite spacious for 1 person (but small bathroom), there is a desk with chair, mirror, open closet and kettle. Complimentary water bottle and some small biscuits. I did not take breakfast but you can pay for it on spot if you change your mind. A/C and wifi worked well in my room. Windows can be fully opened, which is rare and appreciated.

Even though it says "airport hotel", it is nowhere close to the airport and there is no hotel shuttle - big minus. I took bolt and drove for about 15 minutes from the airport. The room was pretty cold even in August and A/C did not really heat. No foreign channels available on TV. No toiletries provided except liquid soap. 4* hotel could provide at least bathrobe and slippers for guests to use and some basic toiletries like cotton pads, toothbrush, lotion, earplugs, etc. Hotel is on busy road (cars, trams, you can hear planes too) so not very suitable for light sleepers. No shop in the vicinity, just a gas station and McDonald's across the street. A bit too expensive for the level of service they offer.

The hotel is nice, pleasant, clean and the room is well furnished and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful, and the food was tasty. Overall, it's great quality and price ratio, and we would recommend this hotel to others.

It's a little bit far from the city center, but it's close to the airport. The hotel could organize some shuttle service in the future, since a lot of guests came for the concert and could use a service like that to get back to the hotel.

The location is perfect if you're going to fly out of Chopin airport, only about 5-10 minutes away via taxi. If you have a few days to spend in the city, you can take a tram to downtown/old city. The tram stop is right in front of the hotel. Overall, the hotel is decent and good value for money.

Not a big problem, but the staff could perhaps be a bit more friendly. They look quite serious and sometimes I felt intimidated to approach them to ask some questions, but once you start talking - they warm up to you and are very helpful :)

Perfect public transport stop location, trams go every 5 minutes. Room cleaned daily. Reception works 24h.

No fridge (expected at least small for 2 bottles). Airport nearby and you hear planes. But the same noise gives tram. So actually not a big problem.

Very far from the city center. My room had a single bed. I was not happy about that.

The room was situated in a quiet location of the hotel. The air conditioning unit was nice and quiet and did not disturb sleeping. The corridor areas are all carpeted so there is hardly any noise when other guests are are entering or leaving their rooms.

The provision of coffee and tea bags for each room was somewhat frugal for a 4 star hotel. the hotel could provide more items of tea & coffee.

The location, next to Cochin airport really made things easy for me as it was important I be next to the airport. Also, it's very important to mention that the staff are helpful, I thank them for quick communications before and during check in. Finally, the breakfast was also good.

Nothing comes to my mind. It was a good stay and we felt relaxed. It ticks all the boxes for us so no complaints. You would find what you expect from a similar rating hotel.

Breakfast was excellent and dinner too.

I had a broken arm and needed little help, but nobody offered. It was my first time, nevertheless I will book again Lord if I need to stay couple of days.

There are reasonable price, comfortable room,friendly staff,excellent food in the restaurant and short distance to the Chopin airport.

A bit frustration the ants were in the room. Good point is hey weren't in bed.

Everything is ok. Personal is polite and professional. Breakfast left as full. Room is very clean.
