The location is perfect if you're going to fly out of Chopin airport, only about 5-10 minutes away via taxi. If you have a few days to spend in the city, you can take a tram to downtown/old city. The tram stop is right in front of the hotel. Overall, the hotel is decent and good value for money.

Not a big problem, but the staff could perhaps be a bit more friendly. They look quite serious and sometimes I felt intimidated to approach them to ask some questions, but once you start talking - they warm up to you and are very helpful :)

The room was situated in a quiet location of the hotel. The air conditioning unit was nice and quiet and did not disturb sleeping. The corridor areas are all carpeted so there is hardly any noise when other guests are are entering or leaving their rooms.

The provision of coffee and tea bags for each room was somewhat frugal for a 4 star hotel. the hotel could provide more items of tea & coffee.

The location, next to Cochin airport really made things easy for me as it was important I be next to the airport. Also, it's very important to mention that the staff are helpful, I thank them for quick communications before and during check in. Finally, the breakfast was also good.

Nothing comes to my mind. It was a good stay and we felt relaxed. It ticks all the boxes for us so no complaints. You would find what you expect from a similar rating hotel.

Breakfast was excellent and dinner too.

I had a broken arm and needed little help, but nobody offered. It was my first time, nevertheless I will book again Lord if I need to stay couple of days.

There are reasonable price, comfortable room,friendly staff,excellent food in the restaurant and short distance to the Chopin airport.

A bit frustration the ants were in the room. Good point is hey weren't in bed.

Clean, comfortable, and just about everything one needs for an overnight near the airport but not a full afternoon stay.

Would have been a bit better if there had been a fridge in the room and more water available in the room (even for purchase) but it was not a big deal.

I believe I was overcharged for the taxi rides to the airport. Maybe a hotel shuttle to the airport would be a good idea.

I know that at any time even last moment decision I have a home to go to always available. No increase in prices just because it's a last minute booking. And if something I do not like in a room they always try to find a solution including giving me a superior room at no extra cost.

single bed - nowadays rarely seen too soft mattress for 4* expected the bathroom to be cleaned more thoroughly

Everything was great!! Amazing room with lovely decoration and very spacious! The bed was very comfortable. The view was nice too! We chose this room to be close to the airport for our early departure and it helped!

Hmmm... maybe the fact that there was no fridge.. but didn't miss it that much (in the cold Warsaw weather)
