Lovely room, amazing breakfast

1)view from our room, 2) when we arrived at hotel I was asked for my debit card but nobody informed me about 200.00 zl deposit to secure payment if we would use restaurant or the bar and 5 days after check out from hotel my debit card has been charged again for reservation plus deposit so I paid twice for my 1 day stay in this lovely hotel what caused unnecessary stress and waiste of time for calls and emails

Very spacious room, comfortable bed, splendid breakfast, 12-noon check-out, helpful and friendly staff. Very quiet. Probably the best hotel I have stayed in.

The shower was in the bath tub. This might sound ridiculous but it was so counter-intuitive that I ended up having a bath instead. I therefore recommend you check how to use the shower before you get in, and if necessary ask at reception. The other problem was that the tub was high with a wide ledge, which made it very difficult for me, 1.57m (5'2"), to get out without slipping, even though I am relatively agile. We did not ask if there were any rooms with accessible showers though. If we had, I suspect the problem would have been resolved.

Everything was good. The staff was polite and helpful. There were no issues. The breakfast was excellent. A lot of variety. Coffee could have been better but it seldom is. So no complaints.

Next time I won't pay for dinner because there was not enough choice for people who had a longer stay. The waiter in the restaurant told me that the dinner menu for guests of the hotel had been unchanged for the last 3 months. So for example I ate the same dessert and salad for 3 nights. Also, the bathroom had no ventilation. So after each use the door had to be kept open to let the air rotate a little.

I liked the fact that everything was spotless, we had slippers which weirdly i did not have in some of the high end hotels. I like that we had refills of all the toiletries daily, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The fact that you can listen to the tv in the bathroom is great. Also other details were appreciated:a scale in the bathroom, the coat brush, the option fir decaf coffee

I was expecting to have a coffee machine in the room but the coffee was unexpectedly great and also with the option for tea it made more sense for a water boiler so not really a complaint, more like a note:)

The hotel is lovely and clean. Beds are so comfy, pity it was an early morning flight. If you get a taxi, use the hotel taxi, as the street taxis at the station ripped us off travelling to the hotel, the hotel taxi drove us to the airport, we did have a mix up with airports but that all got sorted, as we were flying from Modlin, an hour away.

You need to walk a fair distance to see anything and street restaurants. It is bang in the middle in all directions to go sight seeing, but probably about half a mile from the old town.

The hotel's location was convenient, making it easy for sightseeing and dining out. The food at the in-house restaurant was delectable and catered to a range of tastes. Every staff member we encountered seemed genuinely interested in ensuring we had a pleasant stay. Common areas, like the lobby and hallways, were kept tidy and aesthetically pleasing. The Wi-Fi connection was strong and consistent throughout my stay, which was great for both work and relaxation.

I’ve stayed at a few other premium hotels in Warsaw and I must say that every time, Sheraton was the best. Good location, best beds and most importantly great staff. I’d especially like to say big thanks to the reception team of Hanna, Pani Kawa and pan Michael. Also to mr Robert from the gastro team. I’m coming back again in a week and a half and I know my stay will be amazing again, as time and time again this team and this hotel deliver the ultimate luxury travel experience with a personal touch.

Room was really spacious, bed was extremely comfortable. Location is good, next to the Lazenki Parc, maybe a bit far away from the old town (if you plan to go by foot) but only a few minutes in taxi/uber. The location is super quiet. We also profited from the Thursday afterwork at the bar. Nice music with apero plate. Super nice service from both the bar and the Italian restaurant. Heads up to Francisco from the reception who was super nice and helpful to us (he gave us good tips and was always in a good mood :)

All aspects of this hotel were really good. Room was spacious, quiet, with all necessary facilities including sofa, desk and coffee machine. Breakfast buffet was excellent with hot and cold foods and egg dishes prepared to order. Staff were very helpful, including arranging a hotel car for transport to the airport at 5.30 am at a very reasonable price, and preparing a boxed takeaway breakfast because of the early departure. I really cannot fault this hotel, and I would certainly return

Excellent hotel. Beautifully decorated. Very clean. Rooms very big and comfortable. Fantastic bed and pillows. Great location - close to everything in lovely area. Bar and restaurant very good. Fabulous breakfast.

Had a bit of confusion on check out regarding payment of breakfast ( I had forgotten to pre-book) We had 2 rooms so paid separately- sorted in the end but not impressed with the lad at reception- didn't deal well with it well. A lot of sighing and not a great attitude, particularly as it was not our error. Found him a bit petulant. Otherwise excellent stay. Would have been a 9
