I selected how many persons and select that i have a children (12 years &7 years ) in application _but when i arrived they said that they thought my children (0 year, 1 year 🙄) any way i have paid about 40 EUR more .... In the last day the recipient was a girl . she didn't help me good to find a car for us to railway's station....and said that we should get two taxis ..it was so expensive for me ... Although in the first day in recipient was a young man..he really was so good ...very cool .. speaking very will ... hospitality good ..and helped me to find one car in two minutes...and in evening i have asked him to help me to make an order...we were very hungry..and he organised all the matter perfect he was super recipient...but second day every thing have changed..many thanks

There was friendly and helpful male receptionist. He explained clearly and told me where my room and breakfast are. I would definitely recommend the place because all the facilities were comfortable, spacious and my room was immaculately clean. The telly was provided. Moreover there was the desk with chair too that you could sit by and read your book. Breakfast was as a buffet, suitable for vegetarians too.

Location was good near to airport and railway station

Well the breakfast was good but it was the same every day scrambled eggs and hotdogs cold meat and cheese yes I know it’s the continental breakfast but I am sure they could change things around every other day

I have a very clean and bright room, full of the sun in the first part of the day. Bedlinen was fresh, the pillow and blanket were cosy. Full set of the towels. Comfortable table for not so long work on the computer. The breakfast was good including omelette with boiled vegetable and 2 sausages. Also the table was served for me alone and there was a lot of food like 2-3 kinds of bread, 2 kinds of cheese, some kinds of cold cuts. It was so much for me and not really economical. Good location if you need to be close to the airport. Welcoming staff.

As the hotel located near the airports, it is a bit noisy here. Very loud and hard to open the room's door. It is awful if someone slams the door. And it is loud if your neighbours have a little kid. I like your ecological principles of the Hotel. But bathroom taps not so fit for the hotel, more for WC in the fitness gym or the airport. So difficult to wash the hair and take a shower. Also plastic single-use glasses not really good idea if you take care about ecology. It's better to change it for the real glasses. As a single-use packs with the shampoo/shower gel. Better to use a dispenser.

Breakfast was just incredibly amazing! Lots of choices and everything was very tasty! Anastasia at the front desk was incredibly helpful and simply amazing!

The hotel could get an airport shuttle going back and forth at designated times or per request. However uber works just fine.

The room was booked for our Ukranian guest to stay whilst waiting for his visa. The staff were extremely helpful despite the fact I was in the UK and trying to organise it from here. When the visa was delayed and were needed to extend the stay they were very helpful to managed everything on my behalf.

Stuff is really friendly. Nothing what I asked for was a problem. At the front desk very hard working friendly people and a breakfast lady makes delicious omelette, pancakes and homemade bread.

Location is a little bit of a downer. But if you are by car or need to be close to the airport or you just don’t care about it, it’s manageable.

I like the fact that the hotel mentions to don't use unneeded water. It really does have an influence on how I used the water. Props to that. The fitness in the hotel is also a huge plus!

As mentioned above, i'm a huge fan of mentioning not to use unneeded water, however, the auto stop of the water while brushing my teeth or taking a shower was quite frustrating.

Exceptional customer service at the reception, early check in, smooth and stress free. SPECIAL THANKS to Cook Lena- food is very tasty, fresh and of great variety!

Cut my finger using toilet brush. Little thing but might require a bit of attention to make sure the end of the handle is safer

When i booked i confused between "Hotel airport okecie" and "waw hotel airport okecie" But also waw hotel i near the airport (14 min by car)
