Very good offer for us with my 12 years old daughter was transfer from Modlin airport by taxifor free and the driver was waiting for us at the terminal. The hotel is new (all inside the room is new and modern even a tropical shower cabin) with the restaurant with open air tables. Good choice of dishes and drinks. For two star hotel breakfast is perfect -enough and fresh and quite a lot to choose what you want - three salads, for example. I asked for an iron and got it. It was also possible to ask for an ironing desk - very important for me because of preparing clothes for our Symposium - it was my business trip. The room cleaning lady Elena is very good. She made everithing in our rrom we just neede to ask. In general, the personnel is very friendly.

I don't mind what was a bit unconvinient -the lady at reception could explain us better how to reach the city center. We took the tram in a wrong direction. It would be better to provide ity transport map with locationof the hotel. But it was not a problem.

This place is better than 99% 4 star hotels i spend time in. Booking here with so small price was like winning in lottery. Staff is amazing and i have not found any dust in my room even when i looked at lamp. Calling this place 2 star is a scam. Hotel haves top of the line restraunt and a bar. I even met the cheff to thank and tip him for the food. Also location is amazing as you are not too close to city centre so you can have peace and calm. Do not be fooled for 2 star rating. This is 4 star exprience by any standart.

No minibar but you can buy food or drinks downstares very cheap.

The hotel was close to the airport, a 20-30 min ride away. We also had a direct connection to the city centre that took us there in about 30-40 min. The hotel was clean, from the hallway to the room itself. The bed were cosy and spacious, we had enough space for our clothes and belongings. We chose to have breakfast each morning and it was the best decision. The food was delicious and we had many options to choose from.

It was incredibly hot inside the room, even if outside were 16 degrees. We had to sleep with the window open, and that close to the airport was not ideal because of the loud noise from the planes. We heard the planes only during the first night, so maybe we got lucky. Another thing we didn't like was that no one cleaned our room for the duration of our stay (we stayed for 5 days). Even though we left the sign on the door that we want it to be cleaned, no one came. By the end of our stay, we ran out of toilet paper and an empty trashcan. Sometimes it smelled weird, a smell resembling a chemical or as if we were close to a construction site. It smelled stronger in the bathroom.

Comfortable stay again on my way back home, and I was given this time even better and bigger room, comparing with one I´ve got 2 weeks ago. I really appreciated it, and can 100% recommend this hotel with no reserves whatsoever, especially for those who are having over night stays, been this place very close to Chopin airport. This is a simple, but clean, well maintained accommodation and I didn't feel lacking anything. Fair price-quality relation. Thank you and hope to see you soon again.

I needed something simple, not too expensive and close to the airport. Gordon did the trick. The place seems new on the inside and the room was clean and comfortable. The café/restaurant on the ground floor is actually quite nice and I enjoyed refreshments there while getting some work done using a good stable internet connection. The location is of course fantastic for the airport but a taxi to town did not take very long and wasn't very expensive.

I left luggage there for a few hours and I would have preferred a locked and controlled storage rather than self serve.

Perfect location for those who travel by plane - airport is so close that you can see them taking off and etc. Underground parking was a plus (paid). Easy to reach the center of the city - tram stop is very close.

Staff wasn't speaking English very well, it took time for me to setup public transport app and understand the transportation zones - the staff wasn't able to explain me this. Those travellers who seek quite night - this place is not for you: planes, busy street and tram line are in front of the hotel.

Room was quiet and a good size.

I thought the breakfast price was too high in relation to what was offered hence I only bought a coffee. Didn't have a kettle in the room to make my own coffee. I arrived at the hotel shortly after 22 had to park my rented car on the street which did not look very safe. The hotel has its own parking but the street is so narrow that it was very difficult if not impossible to stop without blocking other cars from passing and go to the reception in order to ask to be let into the parking. Too much bother with that.

In general, I had everything necessary in my room: beds, a closet, a table and a chair. There's also a shower gel in the bathroom and a heating radiator near the window. WiFi works great.

The price/QoL ratio. At the centre of Lublin I can rent a good studio with a fridge, an induction furnace and all other regular household appliances useful for tourists for a lower price, than in Warsaw. Nevertheless, I didn't expect much from the cheapest appartment available in the city.

The room seemed like it was renovated recently, had a modern look, was spacious, bathroom clean. There is underground garage which is great. The breakfast was very tasty and the offer even surprised me as some 3* hotels have less generous and good quality offer. Good coffee!

Room was a bit too warm so slept with open window. With open window it was very loud due to nearby trams and airport. The doors to the room are very "thin" as you hear people.talking in the corridor as if they were in your room.

The staff and restaurant were very nice. The location is great if you need the airport nearby. Otherwise, it's a bit far from the center, but there is a direct tram line (30 min to the center).

I m not sure if it just happened or if it's a regular issue but there was a bad smell coming out of the toilet. It didn't affect my rating because sometimes these things happen and my stay was very short so did not let anyone know. Definitely should be checked.
