Check-in and check-out was efficient. Room was large, as was the bathroom. Breakfast had a decent selection of both bread and warm dishes, not always the case outside of Nordic countries. Asked hotel to have our (three) rooms together, which they was able to work out. Will be perfect when tram stop is working again, after track renovation is completed.

Old-style AC didn't work, so a fan was put inside each of our rooms. Two of our rooms faced the big Legnicka street, so it was quite noicy as we had windows open during the night, to keep room temperature at a good level.

Spacious room with plenty of daylight, large clean bathroom with a hairdryer. Breakfast better than at Hilton (in terms of range, quality and food presentation). We appreciate especially helpfulness of night receptionist. Our late check-in was smooth and billing accurate. Technical problem with door lock was solved to our satisfaction. I pray for keeping human receptionists in hospitality industry - robots will never provide the same level of service!!!

Noise from the street. There is main road connecting airport with city center including quite busy tram line, right next to the hotel. However, it's nothing major.

The room was very clean and plenty of space as was the bathroom.Spotless infact..1 small tile by the bathroom door was chipped.To me it was no big deal.It was my second or third stay here.Still very high standard. Locked room for cases after checkout time.Handy for tram/bus into city . Will use again in the future I am sure .Breakfast was massive choice and not rushed,with veiw of tram bus route at rush hour a joy to watch .

Shelter for smokers would be a nice touch ,as the pavement was chilly in sub zero conditions. If this place a bar with beer garden for the summer .Think it will not happen ,not a huge problem.

We choose this place on our way from Germany to overnight. Therefore we can't comment on location because we needed a hotel close to the highway. We got last minute offer therefore it was great value for the money. It is possible to check in after midnight and for an additional 50PLN allowed to take the dog into the room. So perfect for us! We added also breakfast for an additional 50 PLN and it was a wide selection, which we really enjoy. So we had a wonderful overnight! Plus we were surprised how the big room was, so perfect for us!

Special gratitude to the lady I met at the reception. I don't know her name but she is very good and welcoming. She provided all the necessary information I needed to settle in and even provided me with things I needed to make me comfortable. I felt like home. God bless her. My visit was awesome and I really enjoyed my stay.

I did not really enjoy the WIFI. I used my network data connection throughout my stay.

Nice hotel very near tram stop. Good value. Comfy bed. Buffet breakfast. Very clean.

It was a bit warm in the room but the fan helped. The road was a bit loud until about 11pm. Boy racer types with obnoxious exhausts (just like in England). It didn't continue past about 11 though so not too bad.

The location of the hotel is comfortable: close transport connection to the central railway station and airport, good connection with public transport (tram station few minutes from the hotel). The room number was cozy with good space and comfortable beds. Availability of kettle, cups and welcome tea and water were a nice and very useful benefit. At reception It was possible to order a breakfast with discount. The breakfast is traditional and fine.

My request to the reception to fix the hair dryer, that was not working, was not reacted and fulfilled. Nobody came to resolve the issue. We faced rude behavior from the manager in the breakfast hall who requested to keep our bag with personal belongings on remote separate table from our breakfast table without explaining any grounds for that. It was unfriendly and unpleasant. We declined the request.

Huge room but small cramped bathroom. Bedroom was very sparsely furnished - a sofa or more chairs would have been nice. WiFi was unreliable and slow.

Exceptional value for money. I wish more hotels offer the facility of single beds rather than two singles with a bunk above.

Had difficulty trying to find English channels on TV.. Minor detail so don't take offence as not intended. Slept extremely well.

No English TV stations. Room layout could have worked better. Shower head fitting was loose.
