Room was spotlessly clean and the bed was a good size and comfortable .. Air conditioning was a god send as the temps were in the 30s when I was there (last week) .. Bathroom was beautiful and plenty wardrobe space .. kitchen was small but perfectly adequate .. Felt completely safe as a solo female traveller .. Highly recommended and I'll be back again in a few weeks .. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Kitchen was maybe missing a toaster or microwave but perfectly adequate otherwise ..

The size of the room was really good, the bathroom was a really good size too. Staff were friendly and helpful even when I was a dumb English person and grabbed someone else's Uber Eats order instead of my own! Rooms are clean and well presented. Hotel was quiet when I visited and you can't hear noise from outside so a peaceful night's sleep. Although no restaurant facilities except for breakfast my room had cutlery and plates as well as a fridge and sink so ordering food for delivery was easy and keeping drinks cold. Not much walking distance from the central square, main train station and tram network.

I didn't find the bed that comfortable but most places seem to be firm mattresses out here. The bathtub gets really slippy. I slipped and hit my knee on the corner tiles surrounding it. Could probably do with a handle for climbing in and out or a rubber antislip mat.

The room was quite spacious and it had private bathroom as well as a kitchenette that was very useful during our staying there. Staff was friendly and willing to help. There was an available room to iron clothes.

The television was not working properly due to lack of signal in the area. The room was not always serviced because of us leaving the hotel at a late time sometimes.

Good location. Ample parking in front of the hotel. Shopping mall nearby. The room is good: clean and has everything that was advertised here. Friendly stuff. Air conditioner - it was 30 outside and very comfortable inside.

The window is BOLTED to frame. There was no fresh air except opening the door to the corridor. Advice: Ask for a room with a working window - I've seen some of them open.

Quick check-in (booked and pre-paid over Booking.com). Helpful receptionist. Sufficient parking place right in front of the hotel - paid extra :( Good breakfast. Nice bedroom (be careful about the socket right next to the bathtub)... Within walking distance from the center.

The parking needs to be paid extra (35,- PLN), which is kind of OK, knew about this before arrival from reviews on booking.com. The breakfast area is rather limited and may get crowded at certain hours.

I was absolutely satisfied with the room: it was spacious, the bed was comfortable and so was the bathroom. The breakfast was great: the variety of choice was perfect. It took me about 20 min to get to the center on foot. Also, the supermarket was near the hotel and it is really convenient.

I would really appreciate it if the hotel could provide the guests with the pair of hotel slippers, at least to use them when it comes to taking a shower . Without them, it was not that comfortable.

Quite a spacious room with a kitchenette, which is not seen that often. The location is awesome in terms of grocery shops. Dead easy to get to the Business Garden for people on a business trip (2 tram stops).

Minor things like a tangling knob on a bathroom door and bath glass is not properly hydro insulated and is leaking a little in the middle. Though all light switches are next to you when you're in bed, there is no outlet to plug in your phone's charger which is annoying.

The hotel and location have fully fulfilled my expectations. Good value for money comparing to similar hotels I have visited before: clean, well organized, well connected to mass transit systems (practically you don’t need any taxi, best you take a tram).

Smoking area close to the hotel entry disrupting visitors and guests with odor and standing smokers. My advise: do relocate more out of the hotel building to the parking area.

Super helpful staff, comfy rooms, working aircon - the latter really appreciated during the heatwave in August 2023. Not far from the Old Town.

Oddly ( there were two of us), there was a third bed in the room blocking access to the other beds. But one call to reception and it was removed the following morning.

Girl at check-in managed to get us the (three) rooms ahead of time, which was highly appreciated. Rooms were big and modern, with efficient AC for these warm days and a fridge for keeping your own bottles. Breakfast was good, with hot and cold options. (Unfortunately no lunch/dinner service in the hotel) Bus stop (100 m) takes you straight to old town or airport, while tram stop "Smolecka" (400 m) also can take you to city center or the big shopping mall Magnolia Park.

We stayed Friday-Monday, but no towels were changed on Saturday and when asked, I got the feeling they wouldn't be changed during the weekend. Eventually, receptionist changed them themselves. Asked reception to call us a taxi to airport, but they didn't do that, instead gave us a phone number so I could call myself. Would've been easier if two Polish-speaking people would've solved that. Taxi company couldn't sort a taxi/minibus for us anyway, so I finally fixed it myself, since airport bus passed close to the hotel.
