It was the best stay I have ever have. Stylish room with everything which might need, even robes. Terrace with amazing view to mountains was the reason why I chose this hotel. But, in addition, there were so many advantages, like free spa zone (open hours: from 9 am till 6.30 pm), amazing breakfast with wide options. Personal is very polite and helpful. We are going to return soon.

Excellent location. 5min away from the main road but still in quiet area. Very spacious room with sitting area. Very clean, we loved it. Breakfast was also really nice with variety of food. I usually don’t like coffee from machine but it was really good. Staff was also helpful if we asked them to call taxi or to help us with anything we needed. Our friends stayed in top floor and view the of the mountain was gorgeous!

Jacuzzi didn’t had jets on if you go between 9:00-18:00 because it is included in price of the room. Only if you pay 100 zloty per room staff will prepare it for you. Only view we had was from construction site on one side and building on the other side of the room but obviously didn’t affect our holiday, it’s just always nice addition to have

The room was incredibly clean! The shower was lovely to use, the bed was comfortable, the hotel is so close to everything and is perfect location, we had breakfast included, and it was so so lovely! You had the option of ordering other things, too, but we were happy with what we had! The staff were very friendly and very professional! There was someone on the front desk at all times, we had to check out very late/early morning and there was someone at the desk and there was no hasselt. The rooms were lovely and warm at all times, but wasn't uncomfortably warm, so being out in the snow/hikeing and coming back to a warm room was fab, you were also able to reajust the heating/ cold air. brilliant service when I come back I will 100% staying again!

Rooms are lovely and clean with really nice decor. If you have a balcony its a great for families as you can connect the rooms and balcony. The staff were really nice and helpful and the breakfast was superb. Very traditional and delicious food and eggs and omelets are made to order if one desires.

The jacuzzi area could be bigger as its a smaller hotel there is only one sauna and a 6 man hot tub. If the hotel is full then I can see this being an issue but to be honest we didn't encounter any busy periods.

It’s not a 5 star, but it’s a good 4 star.

Staff that greeted me was so odd. Suggested I could park and maybe get towed, or pay and not get towed. I asked him 3 times and he consistently delivered this msg. Parking fee seems too high for such a hotel, just bad feeling. Also, the spa reservation for a fee is a disappointment. This hotel need to raise the price and include everything or just settle as a 3 star with extra fees.

Great location- 5 min to the main street but in a very quiet neighborhood. Lots of parking spaces and own car park. Modern and very clean building. Good quality finishing materials. Express check-in and friendly staff. Decent size room and well equipped.

Elevator button in the lobby didn't work and no info on that. Bathroom lacked towel/robe hangers as well as space for toiletries or cosmetic bags

Good breakfast. On the final day, one of the employees also made us aware of the opportunity to get pancakes, that was great. The Spa area was great, nice sauna as well. Very quiet, meaning we had it for ourselves, which is of course always nice, but maybe it is busier in season.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn't like. For a 5-star hotel, you may think the rooms would be slightly more luxurious, but we were more than happy with it, even if it was not extravagant. But this is the reason we are giving 9 out of 10 instead of 10 out of 10, but it is not really a criticism.

Perfect hotel, great location, super breakfast. We will definitelly return back.

Very nice hotel, overall great stay. Very good breakfast options and nice views & equipment at the top floor. Lovely and very helpful staff.

Top floor SPA place is great but the hot tub was a little bit dirty on the sides, leaving marks on my arms. Not sure how often it is cleaned. Wasn't sure how to start it either, going all the way down to find out is a bit annoying. Another thing is that the private hire in the evening is paid extra 100PLN (which I haven't seen being mentioned before), although if you pick your hours outside of these you may find it empty anyway. Once or twice we were walked in by staff, of course a genuine mistake and caused no issues but still a bit awkward. Not sure if there is a way to prevent it but never had it happen before in other hotels.

nice location, styled well, great breakfast lots of options, can not fault the service and staff. access to the SPA for free. nice gesture.

food served on the chipped plate(just one occasion) as you are expected to pay the price for the star rating and overall, that was a bit of the surprise. jacuzzi needs bit more attention, didn’t feel clean enough what was bit surprising also.
