Overall it is a decent budget hotel with friendly English-speaking personnel. I have stayed in similar hotels at tourist hotspots throughout Europe and basically everywhere you'll get the same standard (even in Switzerland), so you should have adequate hopes. I was pleasantly surprised that I got a big bathroom with a shower stall where I could actually turn around. It also had a big mirror. The room was basic, but clean and comfortable enough. You have to bring your own toiletries though (there is only hand soap in the bathroom). I am very pleased with the location - pleasant green street lined with tall trees, a beautiful small park is also nearby and some walking trails are not far at all. Also it is close to Krupówki, if you wish to go there. As I have some comparisions, I would say that the nights here were actually quiet. Only during weekend there were some very loud (and probably drunk) guests and also more noise from the street.

Only some small things: The carbage bin inside the room would be convenient. When you book the room via Booking.com, you are shown the information that the booking price already includes ALL the fees and taxes. As that is not completely true, you should maybe be more clear about the additional tax. It is not a huge expense, but I'd like to know such things beforehand. Usually it is marked in the description if and how much do you have to pay the city or tourism tax.

OK location, male reception staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Room OK.

No individual kettle, coffee, tea etc. First there were large kettles and tea/coffee on each floor. Then only kettle no tea or coffee, then large kettles also turned off. Very grumpy unhelpful female on reception when checking out.

Breakfast was amazing, rich choice of the local special dishes and usual meals, more than usual breakfast, with real coffee in beans. Location is great, 5 minutes from the very central part of the central street. Friendly approach to the guests. My small dog leaved for free,it was nice possibility to travel with him.

This is our favourite accomodation in Zakopane, always spent the nights here when we visit the city. Staff is kind, speaks English, check-in and check-out is quick. Room is clean, spaceus. Beds are comfortable. Location of the willa is excellent, near to Krupówki, but far enough to be quiet. We'll return as soon as possible! :)

Price of parking was quite expensive. But nothing negative.

We are frequenters here, we love the location of the accomodation, it is near to Krupówki, but in a silent street. The staff is friendly, checkin and checkout is quick. Size of room is totally enough, it is always clean. Spaceous parking lot is a big advantage.

Until our last visit the parking was free of charge, but now we had to pay for it. Not a huge amount, but it was a surprise. Another disadvantage is the lack of elevator, it is not easy to go upstairs to the 3rd floor.

If you are looking for the luxury of the Intercontinental, this is not your accommodation. But if you want a hotel in a quiet central location, feel free to choose this hotel. Clean, cosy rooms, large parking place. The Krupowky street is 1 min. by walk! Tea making facilities are available in the hallway on all floors. Very helpful staff, the employees at the reception speak perfect English. The breakfast is fantastic and we chose to have lunch here twice, which was very delicious. The hotel is highly recommended.

The parking place was very icy and it was slippery. There wasn't scattered with anti-slip. It was scattered only around the building.

We got a super cute room on the top floor with skylight windows, the views were great. The room was hudge with 2 toilets, one with shower. Clean and confy beds. It is close to mountain trails, grocery and centre. Not too far from train station.

It is missing a fridge and more dishes. There was a bad/weird smell in a small toilet.

We had a beautiful room (002), the bathroom had underfloor heating which was really great. The bathroom had soap, shower gel and towels as well. The breakfast is wide selection (scrambled eggs, bread, sausage, ham, cheese, pancake and sweet breakfast too.

There was no mini bar/fridge.

Very inconvenient to the tourists spot ,easy access to all locations and specially the restaurant and the staff of the hotel was si kind they let us check in earlier than our expected time check in, thank you
