Breakfast was fantastic, every choice available. The food in general was superb with a huge range and choice available, sometimes it was cold but given the amount of people being seved this is not surprising.

Cold food and crowded restaurants. This is a very busy hotel, surprisingly busy for May. I would not like to stay here in June or July since I think it would be unbearably crowded.

love lots of things! perfect for families. love the fact it’s now branded spirits and better food. And JC, the entertainer was excellent! outstanding even!

the fire door on level 2, outside room 2001 kept slamming as the magnetic door hold was broken. didn’t like the evening entertainment apart from the show by the staff. the music was not for our generation (age 40’s) it was more like for age 70, when there’s hardly any 70 year olds. get a magic show, an Abba tribute, a Michael Jackson, a buble singer, Madonna singer. a dance show. the karaoke got a bit tedious alternate nights. glad they now do fish fingers but only saw them one night.

The all inclusive deal, the friendliness of the staff, plethora of activities for the kids and the pool is awesome

The Air conditioning in the room was inadequate in the family room…. The ancillary bed was in a hot portion

Hotel facilities are pretty good. Restaurants and bars are available throughout the day and access to variety of very good food. Its a very busy hotels due these inclusive deals but its clean and tidy and well maintained. I have 7 and 3 year old's and they had loads of activities, kids clubs and entertainment was excellent. Loved the options for cocktails and drinks and night time shows and pool parties on weekends are excellent! Also Its a quite nice walk (15 mins) to the Albufeira beach, which is very beautiful.

1. Outdoor pools open at 9:00 and sunbeds by the pool are pretty much occupied early hours so make sure to get down there and mark your beds early as possible.

The pool area was fabulous, especially the swim up pool. We were there in August so it was very hot and the pool was a welcome break from the heat. The food was very good also, we were all inclusive and it was definitely worth it. The lobby of the hotel is very nice, gives a fabulous feeling when you check in.

The rooms could do with updating, but they were very clean and comfortable. The deck chairs were also very close together and you had to be out early to get a spot. This is expected in August but it was very crowded.

What a great place. Food was great. Very much the same most nights but nonetheless still very good and definitely worth the money. Having two pools was a great addition and most importantly our daughters loved the hotel. There is a games arcade with pool tables, air hockey etc. (which you must pay for). There is a small library of free to access reading books as well as an indoor pool (only accessible to children in the afternoon I believe) and a spa. Our room was above the entertainment which would be my only negative comment. the music can go on till near midnight and people chatting and laughing till gone midnight but this didn't happen every night and I don't think this would have been a problem if we weren't directly above the entertainment/bar, even though we were on the 4th floor. Overall - I would definitely recommend.

Very friendly and welcoming hotel, who was always making sure everything was ok during our 10 people booking! Amazing selection of food. beds comfy. showers were absolutely beautiful. Pool was stunning and loved the bar pool. entertainment was great and then we had archery , darts and bingo when it was raining. Slushies mixedd with a spirit was the best combination for drinks. Hotel Rep Victor gets a 5star! Overall, we had the best experience and absolutely loved our stay. We will be back! Obrigado. :)

I thought there would be toothpaste in rooms like most luxury hotels we stay with, but they had everything else we needed. The fridge wasn't keeping water cold. Evening entertainment is targeted at families and not young adults or couples, so we went into the main strip after pre-drinks at the bar. Froze in aircon the first night, as no blankets on bed, but also didnt realise throws* were left at the top of the wardrobe for us to use, might be worth leaving these on the edge of the bed for future guests.

Great allergy information during meal times, good food options, pool area was lovely, drinks options were great, pool towels included which was handy, decor in the lobby especially was gorgeous, friendly staff, close walk to a local beach.

Sunbeds were constantly reserved despite signs saying not to do this. This isn’t a fault of the hotel’s necessarily as I know this happens in many places but it’s something for future guests to be aware of. We went for an early breakfast one morning and came out and noticed most of the sunbeds were already reserved despite no one occupying them.

The hotel has great facilities. The pools are superb, the playground and kids club room are also great if travelling with smaller kids. We had some rainy days, so having the indoor pool was a life saviour with a 2 yo. The staff at the restaurants were outstanding, they knew my son by name and were super attentive.

The food was great, but after a week the menu felt a bit repetitive. But nothing that should spoiled the trip.

Facilities were very good, staff generally were good, hotel was clean and setting was very good.

No tea or coffee making facilities in rooms, food,cutlery, glasses etc wasn't kept well topped up, often empty in places meaning food went cold while we waited. Hot breakfast was luke warm. Lots of ques for pool bar and especially evening bar, more staff required very frustrating. I have a serious nut allergy and the allergens were not correctly labelled in the restaurant which meant what I could eat was very restricted, disappointing
