There are many reasons I liked about the property: 1. It catered so well for parents with young children-the pools, the entertainment, the space, 2. It was exceptionally clean; 3. The rooms were perfect to stay and live; 4. The food was exceptional; 5. The staff were tremendous.

The fact that smoking is permitted in the pool area, where there are predominantly children swimming. This was a poor decision of the hotel. There should perhaps be a designated section to smoke.

We loved our stay in this hotel. Firstly the staff are so friendly and nice. The food was great with a good selection every night and always something for the kids. The pool bar was always stocked with burgers , fries , hot dogs etc so kids never went hungry. Pools were fab, my son loved the slides and baby pool. They were cold but to be expected in may - our little man wore a wetsuit and was fine, baby even went swimming in the evening as pool warmed up. Place was clean and well kept and our cleaner was lovely too. The pool and bar were so close to us which was amazing as you don't want to go to far with kids! Place felt small and safe. Fantastic stay and would definitely go again.

The living room beds were so high My little boy feel off one of the sofa beds on to the tiles below within the first few mins and bruised his head! I would not trust him to sleep it and not roll off so we put mattress on floor. Beds were also quite hard but much better than sofa beds. No ice pops available- to buy even ...my son was disappointed!

We had a fantastic stay. The evening entertainment was great. You can see they really love their job. My children loved it, particularly the Harry Potter and Disney themed evenings. Good selection of food at mealtimes. The snack bar at the pool bar had pizza, chips, hot dogs, burgers etc. constantly replenished all afternoon. The staff are so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. They were very quick at serving drinks. Our room was light, airey and spacious. Beds very comfy. Very handy little kitchen with fridge and microwave too. 2 balconies, 1 off of the bedroom and 1 large one off of the lounge. Good range of pools to cover all ages. My children particularly loved the playground pool with slides etc. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance if you fancy a change of scene. We had a car and so drove to Vilamoura marina and Albufeira old town for dinners on a couple of evenings which were nice. Both about 10-15 mins drive away. We also walked to the beach one day, about 10 min walk from the hotel. Lovely beach with some nice little beach bars. We paid 20 euros for 2 sunbeds with some shade, but you have to arrive fairly early to get these before they fill up. Overall we had a great holiday here and will definitely be returning.

Couldn’t fault it

If you have kids. This is the resort for you. It has a kids waterpark, a kids pool and a kids club almost everyone there has kids , there will be kids of all ages so you will feel right at home and your little one will have a blast. The rooms are spacious and clean . They are like the photos 100 percent. The food is great and varied , they have different themes for different nights. Even at rush hour , you won't feel the place is crowded. The staff are so friendly and nice. Osvaldo , Ibrahim were great. There were so many others but I forget their names. The resort is a 10 minute walk to the beach. There are restaurants and bars near bar but we didn't feel the need to try those as the food and drinks in the resort were great. If you want to do tours. There's a lady next to he front desk every morning who will go above and beyond to help you. She even called another company for us so she can accomodate our schedule. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone going to the Algarve region.

Excellent facilities although the water slides were very cold. Extremely clean resort. Excellent choice of food although chips and pizza every night for children, More honey chicken would have been good. Very well maintained resort, excellent value. Food all day which was brilliant along with ice creams. No queues for food or any need to book - excellent. Really liked the BBQ lunch

Lifeguard on children's slides was on her phone the whole time Children's menu limited Noisy room (G80) - people running up and down late at night Not told that had to book the football pitch until another parent told me

The quality of service provided by all the staff (receptionists, restaurant staff, cleaners, entertainment staff and everyone else) is absolutely phenomenal. You can tell that a massive amount of work is put into making your holiday as amazing as it can be. The pools were great and not too cold. There are 3 pools: 1 for small children, 1 with slides and the big one. The food was good with lots to choose from and there was always a different theme running in the restaurant. The rooms are spacious and also impeccably clean. There is entertainment throughout all day and night and it is suitable for everyone. There is also a kids club that the little ones seem to love. Shame we didn't use it more often. I can honestly say this is one of the best hotels we have ever been to.

Travelled with a young family , 4 year old and 20 month old. We really enjoyed our stay. Easy transfer from the airport (with car seats) that the hotel booked for us. Spacious apartment, excellent facilities, tasty range of food that changed daily, cleaning staff and gardeners kept everything immaculate, the range of activities provided by entertainment staff for adults and children was wonderful, even if you were not partaking they brought a fun atmosphere to the hotel. All staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The staff at this hotel are what makes the place really special. We would definitely return! Also small clean beach only short 10min walk away.

- The cleaning was immaculate - Food variety was good, they had different themes throughout the week - Snacks and drinks available throughout the day - Entertainment was continuous, you really don't need to leave the resort - 5 minutes walk to the beach which - Staff were super friendly and the entertainers were always genuinly happy. This reason alone would make me come back - Everyone was genuinly happy - Rooms were so spacious Loved it and would highly recommend.

I have been back for 3 days and the music from the disco is still stuck in my head 😂 we have had to continue the discos at home every evening because everyone had so much fun

Exceptionally clean and constantly being maintained throughout the day. The staff were all wonderful, professional and friendly. The kids club staff were great with the children. The 3 different pool areas were perfect and entertained our 2.5 year old without fail, plus the little playground. The food was great everyday. Just perfect for a family with young kids.

We arrived past bedtime so our toddler was very tired and check in took a little longer than ideal. The meals were all great but for families with younger kids they could be 30-60 minutes earlier - it was a 7.30am breakfast, 12.30pm lunch and 6.30pm dinner. These timings can be tough on a toddler schedule.

Our stay was absolutely incredible, and I credit that to the staff at 3HB. As someone with severe food allergies, I have never felt safer eating in their dining space. Orlando and his staff checked in on me throughout my stay, and initially even gave me a full tour of their detailed allergy menu. They also have each food item labelled every day with an allergy card, indicating their 13 major allergens listed and which allergens may be found in that dish or have been cross contaminated. Aside from the food, which was amazing for every meal, the views, the pool, the lounge spaces, it was all more than we hoped for. I would stay there over and over again with a team of staff that attentive to guests needs.

The gym area left a little to be desired, but I think most people aren’t working out on vacation so it wasn’t a big concern.
