Great location in the centre of the old town

Having to pay to leave our bags in the hotel when we checked out

Amazing staff and location right above vegas bar so it’s loud until around 3/4am but we didn’t mind that as we were out anyways it was perfect for a girls holiday , clean and comfortable and good facilities given ear plugs , shower gel, shampoo etc and beach towels

Couldn’t fault it great value for money

The hotel was very clean and well kept and the staff were exceptional-very friendly and eager to help with your every need or want and to offer suggestions of restaurants, ice cream vendors etc.! During the day, I loved that we were in the center of “Old Town” with all its shops and restaurants, and always live music in several restaurants and the square. We had a room with a balcony which I would highly recommend. It was large and great for seating out when you needed a little break/rest in the afternoon!

As much as I loved being in the Old Town during the day, the evenings were loud.

Location was fab, hotel & room was spotless, loved the superior room, with the sunbeds on balcony 😍 Beds & pillows where excellent, slept very well 😴, couldn't here any noise 👍staff & cleaners were all fantastic...

No fridge or drink facility's (kettle & etc) So glad I took my own!

The room was clean and had everything you could need. They even supplied beach towels which was a pleasant surprise! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was right in the centre of everything, 1 minute walk to the beach and plenty of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels supplied during our stay. There is a bar downstairs that is open till the early hours of the morning which some might not like. I have to say that the windows are very well insulated and protect the noise fairly well so with earplugs I slept fine and I am a light sleeper! We were on the third floor which also helped.

Nothing, very good value for money.

Highly recommend this hotel. It was based in the middle of the old town city centre. Few meters away from beautiful beach and very close to pubs,bars, restaurants and shops. If anyone is looking for a well based hotel and is planning on going for nights out, it is designed perfectly for that! The area is pretty loud but from my own experience it was perfect. Close, affordable and short walks for all the nearest attractions. Room service cleans the room everyday and the view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking. The whole old town is presented from the window. If you're planning on going to the old town for nightlife, don't hesitate this hotel is definitely for you 10/10 !!!

A mini fridge would of been perfect in the room, just somewhere to keep drinks cool

The hotel was a good choice for easy access to all the restaurants and shops. The balcony was big with 2 sun loungers and table with 2 chairs, the view was not bad either. The room was cleaned daily if you requested and you are supplied with hair dryer, soap, shower gel, shampoo and ear plugs. There is a safe, tv, but no fridge. The staff are all super friendly (big up RUI) he was great asset to the hotel, very warm and welcoming from the start and every time he was on reception. There was a lift to all floors. The hotel felt very safe at all times. Beautiful shower *** Thank you to all your wonderful staff, and your amazing manageress. This is a 2-star hotel but should be at least a 3 STAR in my opinion.

The hotel is right near all the bars so evenings can get rather loud from say 8pm until 3-4am. But their is double glazed windows and it didnt really trouble me but might trouble others if you dont like noisy places. The first day we had discount on breakfast for 5 euros, it was the usual continental breakfast, thereafter it was 10 euros which was a bit expensive as you could go outside and get a full English breakfast for 4.50 euros - 6.50 euros (this also had coffee/juice included). There was no foyer so no where to sit just straight to your room. You can leave luggage at reception on departure day. If you wish to extend time on last day, it costs 30 euros extra and you must vacate room at 3pm.

We returned to this hotel having stayed in it previously. It is basic and has no pool. But the rooms are very good and the location is superb - especially if you like night life. Consider somewhere else for a quiet night - although sound proofing is pretty good But this hotel is fantastic value for money. The staff are all exceptional too. The hotel is located at the start of the very lively Old Town strip. So all bars are open until 4am. There are lots of surrounding bars and restaurants away from the manic strip, so location is superb all round

There was an issue with the air con this time. Bit of a nightmare in late June. The staff tried to help as much as possible. We did have one rather warm night where it didn't work. Once again, the staff offered us a complimentary breakfast by way of compensation. It seems a slightly complicated system. But this is about all all I can say. I would still return to this hotel again without hesitation.
