The reception staff and manager were all extremely helpful and always had a welcoming smile day and night. Room maids popped in every day to clean the apartment with fresh sheets and towels. Convenient reasonably peaceful location and yet only 10 minutes stroll downhill to Old Town. Some superb local restaurants and bars within 5 minutes walk. Taxi back to apartments was great value at only 3.25 Euros from Old Town. Good size pool with ample seating and sun loungers. Reception arranged our transport back to Faro airport. Appartment was a good size and clean but could do with a little freshen-up or modernising. Good balcony and great views over the pool and out to sea. Would stay here again.

Only minor disappointment was no bar open during our stay but really not an issue at all, due to the huge selection of local bars and restaurants just a few minutes away.

The location is unbeatable—just a few minutes’ walk from Pescadores Beach and the Old Town, surrounded by restaurants, shops, cafes, pharmacies, and grocery stores. Everything you need is right there. We absolutely love this place for its peaceful atmosphere. This time, we stayed in the Premium Suite, and the view was simply breathtaking. A special thanks to Soraia at the front desk—always so helpful and kind. Sofia, the Operations Director, was also lovely and took the time to show us other apartments, as we’re already planning to return with friends in the future. I truly can’t thank the staff enough for their support and friendliness. Unfortunately, on our last night, we experienced a bout of food poisoning (from outside the property). Andreia at the front desk and Helena, the Managing Director, were incredibly thoughtful and supportive during this time, helping us right up until our departure. We’re so grateful for the care and professionalism of the entire team—and we’ll definitely be back!

Me and my partner stayed for 8 nights, wish we had stayed longer.The accommodation was perfect, everything that you need on a self-catering hoilday. Kitchen well equipped, room cleaned daily, towels every other day. Staff very friendly and helpful. The views priceless. Local bars and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing to dislike.

The location of the property was great. It is in Old Town but wasn’t in a noisy area and just a short walk to the beach. Aircon in living area and bedroom was a godsend!! We chose a seaview apartment and were so glad we did, the view was lovely and we had the sun on our balcony for most of the day. Decor a wee bit dated but apartment was very clean and the kitchen fully equipped with everything we needed. The one thing I hate about going on holiday is having the maids in, we just want to be left in peace so we had our do not disturb sign on each day, the maids were great they left us toilet roll and fresh towels on towel day and didn’t bother us atall. Would definately stay here again

The pool area wasn’t very exciting, the bar in the pics wasn’t open

The hotels location was excellent. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was spacious, had all facilities you could need, the beds were comfortable and Aircon was very good.

The bathrooms in the apartments were dated and could do with an upgrade. The pool facilities were nice, great view but the loungers were dated and in need of replacement. Also, the baby pool section is very exposed to the sun and could be improved if it was covered.

Clean rooms, surrounding area clean too. Apartment had all we needed. Beds were very comfortable and location is PERFECT. Staff couldn’t be more helpful if they tried.

Pool area could do with a bit of TLC, pool bar wasn’t open the whole time we were there but it was very very quiet so could be why. The safety deposit is a bit of an inconvenience but we knew about it in advance so was fine. We did end up moving from the ground floor to the top floor just so we had a nicer view. Ground floor felt a bit like a basement.

Great location with a beautiful view. Big bedroom. The kitchen has everything you need. Walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants/bars. Big pool, which was never busy. Reception staff very friendly.

The building needs cosmetic work. Bathroom in need of a refurbishment. The pool area needs a good powerwash. There is no poolside bar due to no staff.

Superb pool, such friendly staff, they were all so helpful. New Air Conditioning and soundproof windows made a difference.

Kitchenette a bit dated (sink especially) and a very small hot water tank - only just provided enough for 2 showers. Also, a 'Smart' TV would have been nice.

The pool was great and the one bedroom apartment was just perfect for a couple and two teenage boys and the view was fabulous. The location was really handy and close to the Old Town and just far enough away fir peace and quiet. We had everything we needed and all of the staff were absolutely great and most helpful and made us feel most welcome.
