The complex was very nice ideal for family's but had hills so not great for people who struggle walking

It was a 25 minute walk to the old town with nothing in between. It was a lovely walk and taxis were very cheap ( 5-10 euro) dependant on day or night but very baron so take a bottle of water

Pools great. Restaurants very good and excellent staff, always friendly with a smile on their face. Food was good. They worked very hard. Location too far from other amenities outside the village. We used cabs to get to fishermans beach which is lovely. There a a great selection of bars and restaurants. Our apartment was a superior three bed. I didn't think it was superior. Needed updating. Three bed apartments are up a very steep hill. The reception advised I could get a lift up from reception to our apartment. Reception staff friendly. They called a cab every evening for us. Cab drivers were happy to take us to our apartment on our return. It does tell you its hilly but i thought it would be ok.

We used to go to the small pool restaurant in the evening which was excellent. Didnt like the walk back up the hill to our apartment. We had a few issues, both toilet seats were broken in the apartment, there was no iron but was resolved quickly, I would have preferred it dealt with before we got to our apartment as there is no phone in the apartment had to walk to reception to let them know about our issues. No information pack. For me thats a must.

- I loved the apartment is spacious, cozy, and very clean. - There are about four pools in this place, so there is room for everyone to be comfortable. I especially liked the pool with the bar in the middle, it was amazing! - Also, the staff were friendly and eager to help.

- I was disappointed that check-in it's only possible from 5 PM and the check-out by 10 AM. At least they allow you to use the pool meanwhile. - The kitchen could include things like napkins and a coffee machine. - Some bugs inside the apt. I'd advise you to take your own insecticide or, maybe, ask the staff if they can provide it for you.

Beautiful swimming pools, very convenient resort with grocery shop, restaurant and beautiful gardens.

Great complex with lots of facilities. The property was clean and right by the pool. The restaurants are well located with a good selection of good at reasonable prices. The staff are helpful and friendly.

If you’re used to hotels where everything is included in the price then be prepared to pay for pool towels and safe keys.

Friendly reception during the stay. Had a friendly check in on the arrival at the reception in the late evening. Good shower pressure and shower gel provided. Free WiFi provided in the room. Access to the gym. Friendly house keepers locked the door the next morning to see if we needed anything or refreshed the room. Check out is good. Just waiting an extra 10 mins to let the housekeeper check the room, then got back £100 cash deposits.

Bigger TV may be a great idea as it is too far away from the sofa. No lighting in the gym room so toilets are all dark 😅 gym facilities and tools are old, should be upgraded with some new tool like kettle bell, yoga mattress etc. Just bear in mind, £100 deposits would be paid in cash. Not sure if the deposit can be made in another way.

Lovely choice of pools, snack bars and restaurants, nice accommodation. Really nice complex. Snack bar by the pool was lovely and reasonably priced. The Casa Azul pool and restaurant was really lovely too. Highly recommend their salads.

Location is out of town can be walked if no mobility problem. However our accommodation was up a steep hill so my elderly mum couldn't walk the whole complex. We stuck to Ubers into old town, Marina & strip all under €5 so we the location wasn't too much of an issue.

Set in beautiful gardens, well kept and clean. Lovely choice of pools and beautiful scenery. Apartments are clean and high standard. Small market on the side and bigger across the street. Lovely restaurant. Very professional and friendly staff. Close to Albufeira town centre and the sea. One of the best places to stay in Albufeira.

None of the pools are heated which would be lovely out of season.

Receptionist was lovely, really helpful and gave us lots of information on arrival to the resort. Pools were all clean and tidy, lovely food at the restaurants. A big resort with 4 pools but can be hilly, we were near reception so this did not effect us, just walking to the pools we seen how hilly it can get. A massive apartment which slept 6 of us, Lovely for 4 people, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a living room, all air-conditioning, safe and towels. Would happily return

This place is great value for money. I recommend it especially when traveling with family. Great location 2min bus from Albufeira center. Pools are lovely and restaurants superb. You get best of both worlds - close to town, but lovely to stay home as well.

The self catering does not provide soaps for dishes. Beds can be improved but fair.
