It is very roomy, 2 balconies are great although the second one should have a cheap table and couple chairs as well, but still positive. The 3 pools are great, plus the jacuzzi is a great experience, but there is a queue due to the time the jacuzzi stops working, also the jacuzzi says it's for up to 5 people but then it's crowded and not a good experience, the best situation is just 2 adults because then you can properly enjoy the relaxing time. Overall a worthy experience, and if you aim to be in the city center and your focus is enjoying the beaches as well as the nightlife, it's the perfect option.

The bathroom bath and the curtains are really annoying, they should be replaced with the glass door for example (usually that plastic one) or if the bath was a bit wider they wouldn't be so close to you while showering, the water stream is very strong which is positive but maybe a better shower head could use that power better. Also I received a message from them regarding the need for a security deposit of 100 euros per person this wasn't needed when I arrived there, I had the annoyance of withdrawing the cash but then it wasn't required because it was a family, this is actually a positive thing however I would have liked to know this ahead of time, so it should be on their page something like, families with 1 kid and 2 adults don't need to pay the security deposit.

We were pleasantly surprised after reading some of the previous reviews Great apartments, spacious and within walking distance to both the old town and new town. Also plenty of nearby parking! 3 pools, 2 bars and plenty of outdoor space to chill. Staff were very friendly and helpful Rooms were cleaned everyday and towels changed every other. Public areas were well maintained despite the painters being there. We didnt have to pay a deposit, so had more spending money 😃 Would definately recomend this property to friends and family

The smoke alarm in our bedroom had a bright flashing green light throughout the night,which couldnt be turned off! No sockets by the bedside tables Wifi was poor in the bedroom The extractors in the rooms werent very effective. If someone in another apartment was cooking the smell travelled into the lifts and public areas, which wasnt very pleasant at all :(

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The pools and hotel entertainment/ bar facilities were great. If you are young it is great for socialising. I came with a big group of friends and it was perfect for us. The pools are brilliant. The staff were keen to help if there is an issue (security guard was scary but did his job very well, he deserves a raise). Excellent value for money we thought it was too good to be true but it wasn’t! and portugal is a beautiful place. we all agree we would come back here again if we could. i recommend going kayaking to benagil caves so beautiful and cheap.

the oven malfunctioned and a button came off so we couldn’t turn the oven off. luckily a maintenance man turned it off for us. the door handle also came off and the door sometimes didn’t unlock properly but it was fixable. not good for families due to loud parties but we weren’t a family so it was fine and the security guard sorts it out if it’s noisy past 10.30.

Very pleasant staff, very helpful as we had arrived here unexpectedly after leaving a different complex, within one hour we had a room ready. The staff are super friendly between the reception staff, bar staff and night staff. Great area, great bar food - Jorge & Vladimir nicest bar men! We had a brilliant view (from the 8th floor), apartment cleaned everyday, clean towels every day etc. Cleaning staff also super friendly. Lovely bar inside at night for a quiet drink. Any problem big or small is dealt with straight away also!

One thing we didn't like was the stag/hen party's. They were very loud at night but security tried to keep them under control.

The pool and pool cafe are excellent. The staff at the cafe are lovely and the food is freshly cooked and reasonably priced. The reception staff were helpful.

There is nothing in the vicinity but the taxis are really cheap. Only a few euros to the beach and the old town or the strip.

Enjoyed the use of the indoor pool and the pool table in the bar. The beds were really comfy and the outside patio area was a bonus.

The café closed so early, all we would be able to get was pizza from the bar. The jacuzzi really needs to have a handrail as my mum fell when trying to get in.

The apartment was extremely spacious and very well equipped. It was spotlessly clean. The beds were super comfy too.

The air conditioning system was very poor in all the rooms which lead to an uncomfortably warm night sleep. We were in a ground floor apartment so didn't feel comfortable having the windows open.

The place was quiet swimming pool really nice whit jacuzzi. Outdoor chairs to get some sun baiting. Really nice.

At arrival i noticed that the tv was not working and warned the reception and for the entire time I stayed in the hotel nobody was able to go check what the issue was.

the pool, the indoor pool was especially nice due to the bad weather it was nice to go inside and the hottub etc. The shop inside reception was also great and stocked up well!

Not much to not like, the outdoor pool was freezing but good size.

Rooms were clean and big. Staff were on the large part really good. The social areas (pool) were well kept.

Very unclear instructions on deposits and booking conditions on the website. I feel like they need to be updated.
