Vila and the restaurant staff was amazing. Also reception staff very helpful even while the time they looked really busy.

Main pool area really crowded. The closest Inatel beach in Albufeira wasn't so nice as we expected. But there are many nice beaches around if you have a car.

We had self-catering so I can't say much about food. 1. Spa treatment- great offers, very professional staff, we were spoiled by Lourenca and Hosana. 2. All the staff were very helpful and friendly 3. Free bus shuttle to town, very friendly bus driver 4. Indoor pool very warm, small but we could book a slot for swimming pool so it wasn't crowded 5. We had ground floor apartment, lots of space for sunbeds

The apartment needs lots of work done. The housekeeping should make more afford to clean our rooms.

We went for the all inclusive and it didn't disappoint. The food was excellent and the choice was great. The decor and the design of the resort was lovely, especially the common areas of the restaurant and lobby. The pools were great and all of the kids loved them.

The kids club was tailored more towards younger kids and our children (7 & 9) weren't too interested in taking part in most of the activities. The evening entertainment was more focused towards younger children also. Our apartment was lovely but was getting a little tired around the edges and could have done with a little maintenance. There was a serious ant infestation which would have bothered me more if we were cooking at home but because we were all inclusive it didn't bother us too much.

The staying was amazing. The level of hospitality was at its highest level, specially because of Domingas, She was very kind with our kids. We are very impressed, she stood out of the crowd with her impeccable good work and natural hospitality. We were also well served by Antonia. Hotel was just very nice! Food was fantastic, freshly prepared, refreshed on regular basis and very hygienic. We loved our staying at the Eden Resort!

The playground area was closed. I would hope that it would be opened. Also the indoor swimming pool was a bit too small and there were no kids area in the pool. Those two things could improve

Food was good, excellent selection and good options for kids. The entertainment was really good too, my kids loved the magic show and the reptile show! The pool areas were also great although obviously cold at this time of year. The staff were absolutely amazing, lovely to all the children, really friendly and polite. My kids are obsessed with the mini disco!!!

The location is a little far from the beach - my kids are generally happy to walk but for a lot of small kids I think it's a struggle to get there - even though there is a shuttle bus to the town its still a bit of a walk. I generally think the hotel is great for kids up to 6 (my eldest child's age) but above that I think they might get bored. Saying that, you might not need to go to the beach as the pools are really good.

We stayed here for new year with all inclusive for 4 nights. Staff is really nice and friendly here, they had entertainment in some nights like live music, games etc. for kids also a gala for new year which was super fun! There is a free shuttle to the city center and the food is also great and diverse- even vegan/vegetarian options. For new year evening dinner there was great sushi! We had great weather, great food and for the new year we had dinner in the hotel and then went down to the beach for the show at midnight. Coming back we took a bolt with only 5.50eur. The pools outside could be used but it was quite cold for this. We booked some time in the spa with indoor swimming pool which was ok.

As suggestions would be nice to have some hummus spreads or avocado spreads in the morning breakfast buffet.

The space in apartment for a family of 6 was great. All facilities of a home away from home. Kids loved pools, and the kids club and day and evening entertainment were excellent. Beyond expectations. Huge effort by all staff and fantastic customer service.

It was a 15 min walk to the old town. They do however offer a shuttle service. Would also prefer it closer to airport but that's outside their control. As it was October, it was cold in the evening so the entertainment was in the bar which was didn't have enough seating for everyone. Plenty of space outdoors but was too cold.

The villa was great, staff were fantastic, kids splash pool was great, food was very nice. We didn't get the all inclusive but we ate in the restaurant for one dinner and 2 lunches and it was enjoyable. Again, very helpful staff. The delivery of breakfast items to the villa was great and prompt and the delivery staff were very nice. The additional kids entertainment ( bouncy castles, cars etc) was nice to have but a bit expensive as an add on. Enjoyable for our 3 night stay.

Main pool was too busy ( but it was August!), the kids disco was very short and didn't have it's own area, might have been better located at kids club or by reception. On our last night there were a few upset people when kids/family entertainment was in the same place as the only bar showing football!!! It's a big resort and could do with a dedicated kids disco/entertainment area.

The entertainment was great to have every night. Kids club - so lovely as enabled me to get a break as my daughter was happy to be left for a few hours per day and she enjoyed the company/activities as an only child. Free shuttle to the local town. Helpful staff.

The food and drink quality is very poor and overpriced. Should be different options for those who are not all inclusive and more vegetarian choices. The shower really needs updating to a decent one. Accommodation was a bit basic and uninspiring. Air con didn’t work well but they kindly brought a fan which worked well in the room.

Staff where amazing and really understand children, food was great breakfast and lunch we felt where best for variety - the snack bar is amazing for kids - would like to see some more options for mash / gravy / veg for kids maybe a pesto pasta but all in all food was great and we are picky! kids splash park is great and feels very safe - I just wish people would close the gate behind them so little kids can't wonder out! A child lock might be a good option

Our bed was really uncomfortable, some large slides in the big pool would be great for old kids and there is no playground they need to introduce a bigger playground with slides / swings / climbing frame and a trampoline - for this reason we might not come back because there is little to do outside the pool.
