Aparment was a good size with everything you could need and in a good location. The Marina was a short walk away with the old town/beach just a 15/20 minute walk (although we did take Ubers which cost €3-€4)

For myself the bed was quite hard (although my partner did not find this) so it will suit some people, not others.

Brilliant apartment, so spacious, we stayed in a 3 bed for 7 people, 3 bathrooms numerous balconies 😃 pool was amazing with great choice of food at pool bar, Marina just a couple of min walk, excellent choice for family, 2 small shops to get your food/water etc, all you need for your stay without having to travel

Check in and out was quick and easy. Ana at the reception was great. Underground parking keeps your car cool. The kitchen is well equipped. It was awesome to have dinner at the patio. The grounds seemed nice, though we didn't use the pool.

The complex seems a bit tired (it feels like it has seen better days). The bed was quite uncomfortable. The kitchen lacked cleaning supplies. As a person coming for one night stay, I am not buying a dishwasher soap, scrubber, or kitchen towels. Some basics would be helpful.

We received an upgrade. Apartment was huge And equipped for long stay. Underground parking included. Only steps from marina and restaurants.

Should include starter package of kitchen supplies like soap, cleaning cloth, cooking oil etc. This would assist short stay clients.

the location is fantastic 3 minutes to Marina with bars entertainment and supermarket, there are a lot of steps but you can access lifts to underground car park and through to Marina. It is a 30 minute walk to Albufeira old town. But there are Tuck Tucks and taxis available at 10 euros or number 3 bus at 2 euros just outside resort also the courtesy bus run by resort which will take you to Aldi, Lidl and old town you just book it at reception. Our apartment was really roomy, beds comfortable and apartments spotless. I would highly recommend this resort they really look after you. The pools are kept really clean with plenty of sunbeds and a really good pool bar serving snacks and drinks from 10am.

I could not fault anything about resort and will definitely be back.

The apartment was a huge duplex which was completely unexpected. The living space and two bedrooms were enormous, with ensuites to both rooms and a downstairs toilet. I didn't expect it to be half as big as it was. Some of the decor is a little dated, but I couldn't fault the space. We didn't use the facilities as we were staying in Albufeira for a wedding, but the pool looked lovely and clean (and big) and the snack bar was a useful addition. Staff on reception were also incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the Marina, which offers lots of restaurants and bars. It's about a 5 minute Uber into the old town, so a good location overall.

Decor was a little dated.

Booked 3 rooms disappointed with the 3 bed in the sense that it looked over a car park with a skip in it!! There were other balconies but that was the main one, not a lot of outdoor furniture for a 3 bed either, having said that the fact there was a full kitchen in apartments with washing machine, cooker, fridge, dishwasher etc was a great bonus the other 2 rooms were fine.

Having to wait in a non air con reception area for 50mins after the check in time for 2 rooms wasn’t fun after initially arriving 4 hours beforehand, I understand that’s our problem but the late rooms were the hotels fault!! Only one key per room and 4swipe cards between 3 rooms of 13 people was a bit inadequate also.

the cleanliness of both apartments we stayed in was of a high standard. pool area and reception all so clean. felt super safe with the security cards as to how to get on to the complex. staff were all super friendly and helpful. charging a friends phone each day due to a missing lead. We were moving from a studio 2 bedroom which ws lovely to a bigger appt as our party was growing, we asked if there was an appt ready earlier. The receptionist was very honest and said there is but the apartment your moving to is one of the best. She was not kidding it was huge, beautiful and clean. Thank you for your honesty. Location is great 5 minute walk down to the marina good breakfast placed and some lovely dinners too plus a spa and a few bars. below the hotel are some simple shops etc. Old town is a short taxi ride away. which reception called a cab for. There is a shuttle and bus service but not in the evenings as such. location... perfect. staff.... helpful, smiley and kind. cleanliness... fab. apartment 10/10

The apartment was extremely spacious and well fitted out. The 8 I give it is a fair score for the apartments. Albufeira on the other hand is not a destination I will return to. I would normally holiday further along the south western Algarve which is so much nicer. Our stay was a short one so we didn't use cooking facilities but it looked like the kitchen had everything you would need. Air con was very good in the twin room, but not so effective in the master bedroom (possibly because the room was huge!). The location is good, close to the marina and very close to the tourist train, which we used several times to get to the old town. The pool side bar seemed to be okay, we used it for ice-creams only.

The pool area does not have enough loungers and definitely not enough shade umbrellas to cater for the crowds. The pool could also be cleaner. There was no hair dryer in the apartment although supposed to be, but not the end of the world. Nothing to do with the stay, but the colour scheme used on the apartment buildings is just not nice, completely at odds with the surroundings and not at all classy, could be so much nicer.

We stayed as family of 3 and were very surprised with the size of the apartments! Spacious and two floor, with several balconies and three bathrooms the apartments are ideal for a big family! Kitchen had all necessary kitchenware for cooking, including toaster. And separate shout out for the swimming pool, it was clean, not that cold and overall amazing value for money!

Would be good if there were some small amount of cleaning liquids and sponge, as buying the whole bottle is too much for short stay.
