Great location near the marina with taxis available to get into the old town. Good facilities for a group of ladies, 4 bathrooms! Loads of balconies, too. They needed more hangers, but they were provided on request. The pool area was fab with loads of sunbeds and a little cafe. I would book again and hope to see improvements in housekeeping.

Cleaning was promised on days 2, 4, and 6. We had to request this along with clean towels twice. 1 late afternoon, a cleaner appeared but didn't clean. She made 2 out of 6 beds. Floors were not cleaned once. I let reception know this as it needs sorting out. Our toilets and bathrooms were not cleaned at all so we had to clean them. Also, pillows were not a fair, never mind a good standard. All were lumpy and gave no support. Again, I'd say housekeeping are letting things down again by not reporting when they need changing.

great place , very clean , 5 min drive from old town and 20 min walk new town is a little further , staff were helpful as always and apartment was spacious. great for families and pool was fab , air con was great!! highly recommend! we were a group of 7 friends n they accommodated superb!

wasn’t enough towels provided or toilet papers , back sliding door wasn’t locking properly. no sissors equipped in kitchen or any cleaning products, overall fab

The apartments are very big. The 3 bedroom ones have 4 bathrooms, the two bedroom one had 3 bathrooms. Plenty of cups, plates, cutlery etc. The location is great for getting into Albufiera but there is plenty of places to eat and drink at the marina too. Pool area is very nice and not overcrowded.

They are starting to look a bit dated and ready for a fresh coat of paint and some furniture updates. The kitchen window and shutter is not secure. More keys, gate cards and garage fobs would have made things easier. We were a party of 9 aged between 21 and 76 so didn’t want to have to stick together.

I read reviews about the 3 bedroom apartments been big but I was very pleasantly surprised by the size of this property. There were 6 balconies 3 with a fantastic view of the pool and the hills of Albufeira. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to cook for families cooker fridge freezer microwave dishwasher washing machine utensils plates pots pans glasses etc. There was a tv in the sitting room with English speaking stations. There was a big room upstairs with a cot and a balcony out to the pool and the front with lots of wardrobe space and 2 bathrooms one with a shower and sink and one with a toilet and sink. Great for families lovely pool and safe complex. Aircon throughout the property. It’s close to the marina and about 8-10 euro in a taxi to old town.

The reception only opened until 12 and only 2 keys per property one of which had to be left at reception for a spare. There is no iron and ironing board.

I really loved how spacious the apartments were. Also how close the apartments are to the Marina is ideal. The air-con was fab but very loud.

The beds were very uncomfortable. We arrived on a Monday and were told cleaning would be every 2nd day but by thursday there were still no cleaners to be seen. I went to reception and brought back all our dirty towels and asked why the apartment hasn't been cleaned and I was simply told they must have been busy which to me is very unprofessional. On our last day sunday they came with clean towels but didn't take the rubbish or clean the bed sheets. Also the lift down to the ground floor access to the street was broke and was never repaired while we were there which would have greatly benefitted my mother as she has poor mobility.

We spent 2 nights here as part of a longer stay in the area. We were so impressed with it. We had awkward check in/out times which the staff accomodated with no issues at all. They were happy to store our luggage when we arrived prior to check in time and were generally very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was clean and had plenty of room for our family of 5. We really liked the pool area which had so much space and different zones which kept the us all occupied for the duration of our stay. It was never overcrowded. The proximity to the marina was also brilliant-we hadn't realised when booking that we would be so close. Plenty within walking distance.

The only very minor gripe was that we only had 5 pillows in total in the apartment-for 5 of us, and these were very flat. I'm sure had we asked, that the staff would have found us some more but as we were only there 1 full night and left in the middle of the next night, we didnt worry.

Great location, huge apartment, plenty of bars/restaurants down on the marina.

Our room was not cleaned for our entire stay, towels not changed. We washed them ourselves first time, then contacted customer service to change them.

We booked for six friends. . Bedrooms were very spacious . Five balconies and four bathrooms which we didn’t expect. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Quiet at night. Stayed for four days 29th June -3rd July. Plenty of sun loungers. Suitable for groups / couples or families. Wasn’t overcrowded or hectic with kids at pool. Right next to marina and shop. 15 minute scenic walk to old town which has lovely restaurants and bars. Marina also has a few restaurants and bar- much quieter there.

Check out was 12- asked for late check out but unavailable. Overall would recommend.

Fantastic location in the Marina area of Albufeira. Apartments are spacious and very well equipped. Reception helpful and available to assist guests 24/7. Secure entry into the complex and swimming pools are fenced off for safety. Great initiative which is environment friendly using color coded bags to sort plastics/paper/glass/metal for recycling.

Terrible television signal - could not view any channel for more than 4 minutes without the signal being lost. Same issue applied to the WiFi - even though it is meant to be available in the apartments it does not stay connected and did not have any strength of signal. In the end to complete work related tasks, I had to go to Reception and work from a meeting room there to be guaranteed a WiFi signal.

the space in this property was incredible. we were absolutely astounded that it only had two bedrooms as there is definitely room for more! 3 bathrooms and could easily have as many bedrooms! the staff were so friendly, I did not get the man on receptions name but after a long 36hrs of travelling he certainly brightened my day just by being so polite and friendly. thank you. the pool area wasn’t overcrowded at all, lots of sun loungers available perhaps down to the time of year though as we are just near the end of May.

again because of time of year not all pools were functioning. one of the small shallow pools although warm we did not use as it was covered in dead flies. we did see some maintenance guys though so perhaps they were dealing with the issue.
