Close to light rail stop which takes you to the ferry to go into the city. Transport comes often. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean as was the rest of the hotel. Air-conditioner worked well and a good view across the park. Supermarket right next door

Few things that we were not impressed about, small paper cups I'm room for coffee or tea, when asked reception for ceramic cups we were told they are not allowed in the room. Bottled water was not replaced by housekeeping everyday and on occasion would only leave one tea bag. Meals at the restaurant are quite expensive for what you get and they don't serve alcohol of any type but not many other options close for dinner

The hotel was close to a metro stop and convenient for getting into Lisbon and accessing local transport. The cleaners were fantastic and incredibly helpful. The rooms were comfortable.

The reception staff could be quite rude, simple questions were often met with sarcastic responses and they rarely looked up from their computers to greet visitors. We used the restaurant for one evening meal and it was disappointing. Again, staff were not very attentive and we found the food to be overpriced for the quality.

Room-9, Breakfast-8, Cleanliness-10, Parking-10, Comfort-10, Beds-10, Check in/Check out-10. At breakfast, the dining room staff constantly make sure to fill trays with groceries so that there is no situation where something is missing. Noise from outside if a window faces a busy road and is open. Excellent bed, comfortable pillow. Free closed underground parking. A large supermarket LIDL is located inside the hotel building. 30 minutes by car to the airport - not during rush hour.

Water splashes out on the floor while showering. Satisfying but not varied breakfast. At breakfast, the selection of fresh vegetables is very limited, only tomatoes and cucumbers are served. In a southern and hot country like Portugal, there is an expectation of serving a variety of fresh vegetables and fruits.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. I slept very well during my extended stay. The electric water kettle was a great feature, as well as the mini refrigerator. I stayed in the standard room with a wonderful view of the park.

This was a working stay for me. So, the chair at the desk was not conducive to long working hours - it was uncomfortable because the of the height of desk to chair.

The bed was comfortable. Our view was the green park. Helpful staff. Basic breakfast. Good coffee. Near Ramalha station which you can connect to ferry terminal to Lisbon.

2nd night of our stay a group checking in late around midnight was very loud. They let theirs doors open and talking for 20min to 30min which is very annoying.

The value for the money was excellent. The staff was very kind. The bed was comfortable. The room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was brilliant, with hot and cold food. The pastry was delicious. The room was very sound proof. The walls and floor were thick, I believe, because I couldn’t hear the persons in the adjacent rooms walking or talking.

The coffee. It was instant coffee and it was not good at all. I wish there were a ground coffee machine. For a 4 star hotel, I do not think that it will be such a costly investment to have such a coffee machine.

The hotel made a mistake and expected our 12y old girl to be a little kid,but they did everything to make it up. I even received an extra matres for here bed to make it more comfortable after asking it in the middle of the night. Very friendly staff and breakfast is top. Close to Lisbon and still remote.

Good location, near public transportation and shops. Very pleasant location across a nice green area. Super efficient staff. Friendly reception, even the trainee (Filipa?) was very professional and extremely nice. Clean, comfortable, nice sized room and good products. The free bottle of water was a well received detailed, as were the slippers and bath robe.

No complaints. Wish I had more time to use other facilities

Breakfast is good. The no-alcohol policy can be a problem for guests as there are not many restaurants in the surrounding area. There is a supermarket next door and a very pleasant coffee shop a block away for breakfast, lunch and snacks. The room was clean and the beds are comfortable.

Some staff members English was very limited and therefore their understanding was not good.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Reception staff were great.

There was no proper bar. No alcohol was available even in the restaurant. This was not advertised anywhere. Soft drinks in the 'bar' were terrible. It's hard to ruin orange fruit juice or lemonade but they did.
