Very comfortable hotel - the room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchenette is a great addition with tea/coffee making facilities, a small hob, microwave, fridge and toaster. Room was cleaned daily and we had a nice view of the pool. The bar was comfortable and reasonably priced for a hotel bar. Location was good- about a 10 minute walk to the edge of the town centre and also about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The staff were very friendly and professional.

The only negative was that the sauna and steam rooms were not working when we went to use them - not sure if it was because it was the end of the season or if you have to specifically request for them to be turned on at reception.

Really chilled.quiet at night and no large groups.very clean.rooms cleaned daily.i would look at the apartment as studio was a tad small for 3.

Maybe a bit more entertainment or stuff for the kids to do.we found our entertainment away from the hotel with trips to the beach etc, and boat tours.plenty to do if all you want is a quiet hotel to base in

Pestana Alvor Park Hotel was excellent. We had previously stayed at the sister hotel, Pestana Dom João II, but the Alvor Park Hotel was far superior in all respects. The rooms are much larger, more modern and the hotel is much quieter. Unless you're deperate for a beach side property which the Dom João provides, the Alvor Park is a far better place to stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

We had a superior studio which was a good size and clean. The communal areas are lovely with friendly staff and excellent pool area. Great location for Alvor town, supermarkets and beach.

No make up mirror, fairly slow running shower, paintwork could be improved in room. Strange plastic covering on mattress that makes sheets slippery! Air con in entrance area is needed.

Friendly staff, spacious , modern and spotless apartment with super comfy beds and great Wi-Fi. Lovely breakfast buffet and overall a very peaceful and relaxed vibe in the hotel . 10 min easy walk to centre of Alvor with its amazing beach. Alvor also has plenty of great restaurants and a supermarket very close to the hotel .

Indoor pool could of been a little warmer .

Staff were very nice. Very modern and clean place.

Think lovely library could be turned into lovely restaurant and be more functunal. Main bedroom had 2 singles and more luxury, so we (parents) had to sleep on double sofabed in living area. Twas comfortable enough but as the ones paying would have liked the bedroom.

Bathroom a bit small & dark even with lights on. Tiny hairdryer in bathroom, lead not long enough, not sutiable for long hair & no proper hairdryer available to use at reception. lack of USB ports in room.

Clean & well maintained. Pool area wasn’t huge but a nice place to hang out. Staff were lovely & very helpful. Short walk to the beach.

Beds are hard! Very firm mattresses. Not far from Alvor town but it is all uphill on the way back in the evenings! Not the hotels fault obviously but something to bear in mind.

The breakfast is very good,a good selection of hot and cold items and breads,good coffee.The hotel is located in a quiet location about a 10-15 min walk to Alvor and 10-15 min walk to beach boardwalk.We found the hotel always sparkling clean.The staff at the hotel are friendly helpful and informative.

We found the bed a bit firm for us.

Fantastic aparthotel. We travelled with our 11 month old baby and we really couldn't fault it. Very friendly staff, lovely pool, nice brekie & our apartment was cleaned every day without fail. Our apartment had a high chair & travel cot in it when we arrived. Great location, short walk to beach & town centre.
