The staff were absolutely great: very friendly, helpful, professional. The hostel is a stone thrown away from the main touristic places. I would recommend it to friends and family :-) The breakfast was amazing. Loads of choices!

I seriously hope they would put up some curtains on the bunk beds in the name of privacy. It would be a high plus and urgently needed having in place a metal box with our own padlocks to safely store - keep our most valuables goods. Most people are honest however best be safe than sorry :-)

Initially I thought we were miles from anywhere. Should have taken a taxi from the train. Backpack was heavy. Once we arrived and realised just where we were all was good. Not too far from anything, although restaurants are about 500m away. The room was good with a great shower, and breakfast was excellent. They even had gluten free cereal. I left an item behind and discovered that it was missing that evening. Fortunately, we were still Aveiro, and the following morning, I returned. They had the item. Thanks so much.

Should have asked for another pillow. Mine was too small and soft for my liking.

Quiet area. Small dorms. Dorms by gender. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast for the price. Shower gel included. Balanced price.

The wc doesn't seem hygienic. Lack of sanitizer in the toilet seats. Dorms too small to contain 3 bunkbeds. Location is far from the centre. No individual light nor plug by the bed.

Friendly atmosphere of the staff and all the other guests. felt very safe and welcoming and secure. As a retired middle aged couple travelling on public transport this was most important for us. Breakfast was superb. Fatima made the whole experience of breakfast so special. Her home made cakes are delicious Was good to be able to store luggage after checkout and relax in the communal facilities before our following trip at end of afternoon. loved the design of hostel

the staff is very kind. the location is a bit far from the main and tourist center but accessible with a bus tugh i walked it one way to see the city on my way

The person under my bed snores A LOT and in a scary way. I luckily managed to sleep but the person in front of me was not that lucky.

Hostel is really close to University of Aveiro (5min of walking) so thats why I think location is good. Breakfast was good. One of the receptionists was really nice and helpful. You can leave your baggage in hall if you come before check-in or you can leave it after check-out which is really nice.

Rooms are a little bit small and there is no place for all of the baggage in there.

loved the location, only 10 minutes walk to the city centre, nice and quiet. The staff at reception were extremely helpful. The staff really made you feel welcome, for the money it’s worth an amazing hostel.

it’s such a reasonable price, the bed were reasonably comfortable but made a lot of noise every time you tossed and turned.

The breakfast war okay, no vegan options tho except for tomatoes and fruit. Checking out was pretty easy, the check-in was at 17 o’clock but we were allowed to leave our luggage there.

The place is pretty far away from everything. There is no supermarket nearby and the only restaurant is a McDonalds.

Far from the center, hard to find. Breakfast is included in the price, but when leaving earlier there was no possibility to take juice and some croissant, or at least there would be a possibility to make tea. The beds were creaky.
