Location was as good as it’s gets, breakfast was basic but ok for a 3 star hotel, beds very comfortable and room was nice size we had a room on the third floor so didn’t hear the traffic at all, my only complaint would be the noise of the other doors slamming at night but overall a brilliant hotel for the price you cannot complain

Bathrooms need updating but they are still clean

The receptionists, Margarida and Gonçalo, were exceptional. So was the breakfast and cleaning staff. I loved their way of making me feel home. Regina, Luciana and Marta are amazing souls. Professional, gentle and available at all times. The breakfast was good, and the room comfortable. Also the position super central. I loved it! 🌟

Really lovely hotel right in the middle of the action with a bright room that overlooked the town with a glimpse of the sea. I may even head back here again later in the year!

You can hear people in the stairwells and the coridoors; even from the top floor! The hotel needs to shut the doors to stop the sound travelling as much.

Breakfast is basic but always fresh produce, very central location! I personally don’t like getting taxi’s when I’m on a relaxing vacation and this place is perfect it’s so central..

There’s a lot of street noise and music from nearby bars that might bother some people! I personally can switch off and sleep through anything.

Stayed for 3 nights in Aug 2022 (room + breakfast). The hotel is bang on in the centre of Cascais, in an amazing location. It is a nice hotel overall. The staff at the front desk have been ever so helpful, accomodating all our last minute requests: eg we had a wedding to attend and we needed an iron, a hairdryer, shoes polish, etc and the staff accomodated all that in no time. When I causally mentioned I wanted to visit Sintra, the lady at the front desk (Theresa) volunteered to prepare an itinerary for us. Honestly, the staff made our stay there a really lovely experience. Def a 5 stars service.

in fairness, breakfast should have offered more options - it was rather basic - however my son is allergic to dairy and they had soya milk available, so we managed just fine.

We loved the location of the hotel. We had a family room for four, and it was a decent size. Our room had access to a roof terrace and it was great! Breakfast was very nice.

There was a bit of noise from a nearby nightclub.

The location and value for money was spot on. Don't think you could find better for cheaper! The room itself is basic, but when you are spending most of your time outside, thats not a problem. The staff couldn't have been nicer and were really welcoming. There is someone there 24hrs which is great.

The walls are paper thin. You can hear a conversation taking place in the next room. There is a bit of street noise (rubbish collection etc.) going on in the early hours which is a bit annoying, but you'd get that anywhere in such a central location.

The hotel is in a great location near to the beach ,restaurants and local attractions The continental breakfast was very good.The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Very limited paid parking available even though advertised as private parking available. I was lucky enough to score a spot partway through my stay but otherwise it’s paid meter parking on the street

We loved the location. We could walk to everything! Breakfast was great with lots of options. Front desk agents were very friendly and answered our questions. The air conditioning in the rooms was much needed since it was very hot while we visited! Would definitely stay here again.

The aggressive lime green paint in the bathrooms is pretty ugly, not that it really affected our stay, but the bathroom lighting wasn't the best for applying makeup.
