The staff were all very helpful could not be faulted. Breakfast was very good, the room was very good. The cleaner we had was very good (I should have got her name) Location was excellent.

The soundproofing was not very good, we were kept awake one night till 2.30am with music from the Irish pub round the corner. Another night a busker was (not very good) singing till gone midnight, I did complain to reception and they had apparently called the police ( so they obviously had other complaints) she left about 12.30. Also the WiFi was quite poor. You could not get it on the balcony and if you needed to do something important you had to sit in the bathroom to make sure you didn’t lose the signal halfway through.

We spent a fabulous three nights at Hotel Baia. Travelling with family, we booked a sea view suite with balcony. This was located on the first floor and had a beautiful view overlooking the beach/sea. It was also extremely spacious. The only negative about the room, although not the hotel's fault, was that it could be extremely noisy in the morning due to deliveries and refuse collection. Therefore, if you prefer a lie-in, you might want to request one of the rooms at the back of the hotel. The hotel's facilities were excellent - we especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace and pool area. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and the breakfast choice was great - both hot and cold options. The staff were extremely helpful at all times and especially at check-in and check-out. Although we did not have any additional meals at the hotel or in the restaurant, the food did look delicious. The cocktails in the bar area were fab - especially the Cosmopolitans and Mojitos!! I would definitely recommend this hotel without reservation and look forward to staying again at some point in the near future.

Nothing - it was all excellent.

Location, location location is great, central to everything, most importantly the beaches! Marina views from the balcony were stunning. There is no gym but who needs a gym when you can just walk outside and go for runs with amazing views along the beaches or cliffs. The included Breakfast was delicious and for dinner and lunch, lots of food options, and a large supermarket 10 mins away. Close to the train so was able to go to Lisbon for city exploring. Staff was polite and friendly, rooms were spotless.

The noise, I really wanted to sleep with the balcony doors open to hear the beach waves at night but unfortunately because of the amazing location you're subjected to a lot of people, Street and traffic noise. If you close the balcony doors and use the air conditioning it's very quiet and you don't hear a thing. Things outside usually quite down around 12 a.m.

Location is amazing , walkable to everything you need ! Very flat area right on the seafront , with only a slight incline as you walk further back into the town . Hotel staff ( especially front desk and cleaners ) very friendly and helpful . Worth paying a bit more for the seaview rooms with balconies ( especially on the 4 th Floor ... Thank you ❤️ ) .

Virtually NOTHING . Tea and coffee making facilities good in room , + fridge , maybe just provide a small capsule of long life milk ( my wife likes to drink a LOT of tea ☕ ! ) . A tiny bit of upgrading , it should easily be rated as 4 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐ .

It’s very close to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants.

The parking garage is full during the day. When it’s full, even if you’re a guest and you have a “guaranteed” spot, you need to wait behind other non-hotel guest cars to get in. The ticket machine won’t let a car in until another car leaves the garage. I spent 15 minutes waiting behind 3 other cars to get in to the garage, when the receptionist told me there would “always be a spot for us”. What they neglected to tell us is that we’d have to wait to get in. Someone also hit our rental car while it was parked in the garage and didn’t leave a note, so now I have to file an insurance claim.

The location is stunning just across from the beach, lots of bars and restaurants very close by. Our room was newly renovated, with mini fridge, kettle, and cups. bed was very comfortable, the staff were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. Car park attendant was very helpful, and looked after us superbly. Chocolates on pillow, bottles of water supplied in the room. Didn’t want to leave,

Nothing much, only thing I would comment on was no milk pods with the coffee sachets and tea bags in the room, so we purchased a bottle from the supermarket, and kept it in the fridge. Very minor gripe.

It's a beautiful hotel with amazing views of the sea, if you have a sea view. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was looked after very well by the housekeeping staff, especially Clara, who had the most welcoming smile. Breakfast was plentyful and nice. At the restaurant we had two meals during our stay that were very tasty full of flavour. Really enjoyed our stay.

It is only minor, the room interior is starting to look tired we stayed on 1st floor. I think they are refurbishing.

Fabulous view from the room, prime location in Cascais, sunny balcony, lovely rooftop sundeck and pool. Breakfast was very good. Parking was directly below the hotel - a short wait to gain access and only 10€ overnight charge. The hotel is situated right infront of the beach and beside all smart restaurants and sea front walks. Such a beautiful view from the bedroom window and balcony in the mornings.

We will certainly go back to this hotel - but we hope very much they will improve the bed mattresses which are very uncomfortable. There was also a smell of drains in the bedroom/bathroom at night which needs to be resolved.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations. It is right in the middle of the historic centre on the promenade, overlooking the main bay, beach and port. You could not be in a more picturesque or central position. You can easily get Ubers into Lisbon, to Sintra, or to other landmarks. The hotel itself is lovely, tasteful and sparkling clean. The beds were comfortable, and you had everything you could need in the room. The top level bar was the star of the show - with a beautiful view, a cute bar, and an indoor/outdoor pool. Even though it was beautiful and warm when we visited, the top floor would be perfect even in the colder months, due to the indoor pool area. The morning breakfast was really fab, had everything you could possibly want, was always well-stocked and with enough tables and chairs to comfortably seat everyone at peak times. We were taken aback by how lovely, kind and accommodating the staff were. It was my mum's birthday, and they had placed a bottle of sparkling wine in our room as a birthday gift. On another occasion my mum asked whether she could have a robe to go up to the pool, the reception staff explained this was reserved only for suites, but when we returned to our room there were 2 robes and slippers waiting for us. Every question and ask we had, the staff were happy to answer with a smile. You can definitely tell it's a family-owned hotel. I would recommend anyone and everyone to stay here, whatever age and whatever time of year!

Honestly it was all fantastic, the only minor comment we had was that the coffee at breakfast could be improved - but a very minor issue!

Best location ever if you want to be central. The hotel is just in front the beach. There is a indoor swimming pool with an outdoor sunbed area, which is ideal if you arerelaying on weather. Also there is a bar there which makes it it ideal.

The noise. If you book here, be prepared... You can really, really hear on everything, and when sayings everything, you can can hear other guests peeing... Which made uncomfortable even talk in the room .. wake up 6am just because next room had a shower and couldn't sleep after.. it's just impossible... Whaffa thin walls..
