Lovely location with great views. Good selection of restaurants close by. Pool area excellent with sun loungers always available. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would certainly stay here again.

Recurring problems with access card to room not working- on the top floor and irritating having to constantly go to reception when we couldn’t get into our room. Building work taking place across from the hotel which was very noisy from 8.00am to 5.00pm. No notification of this at time of booking.

The hotel is in a perfect spot if you have a car; easy to park, while offering great ocean views, and not conjested, like many close-in hotels might be. Beautiful walking/biking opportunities along the gorgeous coast. Our Oceanview room with balcony was great. Old town Cascais is not a far walk when you want to explore it. While there, we also drove to Cabo do Roca, and Sintra, for wonderful day trips. And numerous great coastal restaurants to enjoy. Wow!

While we were there, the otherwise peaceful surroundings were disrupted with construction activity at the adjacent property, from 8 am pretty much all day during Monday - Friday. Probably not much the hotel could do about it, but it was annoying.

Balcony with a sea view and comfy bed!

Ordered coffee latte in the room and the coffee didn't come! Had to call them 3 times until someone came and sent them but the coffee was cold so had to send them back! They were supposed to come back with the coffee 5 mins later and the coffee didn't show up again! Called reception and they said they will check with the bar! Finally, coffee latte came but the cups was so small! Very disappointed!

Staff very welcoming. Breakfast was great value for €14. Recommend it. Hot and cold breakfasts. Fruit delicious. Lovely pastries. Really enjoyed food. Drinks expensive. Housekeeping excellent. Got us extra water when needed. Loved room interior decor.

Our room was overlooking a building site after spending so much on room. The builders were on site before 8am and when you want sleep in as on holidays you don't expect heavy noise. Very disappointed with this. Told reception who mentioned we could upgrade to sea view which also overlooked a busy road and would cost extra €10 per night One lift was out of order. Hotel was bit further out than expected. Took us 20/25 mins to walk scenic route to Cascais. No tea making facilities in room which I like. Lighting very dim in bedroom.

the hotel is spotless, 20 minutes walk into cascais, the breakfast range was plentiful, staff done an excellent job, friendly and helpful, pool area is well organised and very clean.in a great location close to numerous restaurants.I would return again.

now the sad bit, which is easy to resolve, the service is slow for both a food order and a drink order, the two coffee machine broke on two consecutive morning, yes you could still get coffee from the kitchen, but you had to get a staff member to do this, it could have been better organised by having a dedicated staff member at the counter. in some bedrooms they use a third bed as kinda of a sofa reducing the size of the room, they would be better removing it unless it was required as a bed for a third person.

Even though a 20 min. walk to downtown Cascais, location near the water offered a lovely walk to & from town, rooms were very nice with necessary amenities, staff was friendly & accommodating, lovely grounds, Very Happy our room was upgraded for our 50th anniversary celebration, a lovely gesture! After we arrived @ the Hotel, I’d remembered my Sister praising their Eurostar stay on previous visit to Portugal. When we arrived home a few days ago, I mentioned our stay to my Sis and I was so surprised that they had stayed @ Cascais Eurostar!

Comfortable, modern room with sea view. Marta, the receptionist, was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel's a little far from town centre/the station, but this meant parking on the premises/on the street just outside was easy and free, and UBER is cheap and quick if you don't fancy the 20 minute walk.

My biggest gripe is with Booking.com - had I booked directly with the hotel I'd have got free breakfast included for the same price, which booking.com didn't tell me. I extended my stay after three (hungry) mornings directly with the hotel to take advantage of this. Felt a bit cheated, to be honest.

Just everything I needed during my trip! Exceptional place to stay in Cascais. Modern and fresh room with a great balcony. I enjoyed gym and pool a lot. Breakfast served was standard hotel breakfast with great selection of pastries, coffee, cheese, fruits. I appreciated option of sparkling wine for breakfast. Helpful staff at bar and reception. Also to mention great restaurant food, I enjoyed dinner and lunch. Great shower and cosmetics. Thank you a lot and I definitely will come back 👍

Lovely, well maintained, modern hotel with a nice pool. Great sea view. Quiet location around a 25 min walk from the centre of Cascais and on the coastal cycle path. Staff were very obliging.

The gym was very nice but would have benefited from a dumb bells rack in addition to the treadmill, bikes and cross trainer. More sun loungers and sunshades could be added to the pool area to help with demand in the summer season.
