Even though we were there for just one night, the room was just what we needed -- a bedroom with a bit of extra space. The keys were easy to collect from the hotel front desk, and the staff walked us over to the apartment to show us where to go. The facility was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful when we asked for a recommendation.

The walls were a bit thin -- we heard lots of noise as people entered and exited our hallway, and we heard an unhappy small child at bedtime. Nothing wrong with a crying baby (we've been there), just an illustration of how much we could hear. Because of the way the space had been retrofitted, the bathroom door was right next to the head of the bed, which was a little bit awkward.

Excellent location with walking access to everything we wanted to see (and good for getting stairs workout 😊). Very nice guy at reception. The parking garage.

Checking in at one place (and finding parking) before moving car to the garage across a busy street, to finding the actual building. We managed it but were a little stressed. The layout of the apartment is odd with the bedroom at one end of the place, and the bathroom down a hall, past the sitting area, and next to the kitchen. It’s just something to consider if you’re one who needs the facilities in the middle of the night.

Getting the instructions to the room and parking at Hotel Oslo was easy. Parking was close by, safe and reasonably priced (pay cash at Hotel Oslo). The location is super, right in the central walking district withing a short distance of a number of excellent restaurants.

No elevator meant we had to lug our heavy suitcases up the stairs. The sitting room could be more comfortable, but hey, we were not there to hang out inside! The bed was excellent, the kitchen large and the bathroom adequate.

The hotel staff and housekeeping were super helpful, friendly, and nice. The loft was clean and tidy. Location, location, location

-It is an old building "vintage", so the sound isolation in the hallway between the lofts would make you hear your neighbors when they come in and out. Even if my neighbors were really responsible and not noisy, I still can hear them. - I have a very sensitive nose, so I can smell an old building scent "wood" in the loft. However, it did not bother me. After all, I wasn't bothered by these two things, and I would come back again to the loft.

Excellent location, central but on quiet side street. Great restaurants (especially Italian “Tartuffo”) within a couple minutes walk. Easy, friendly check- in at hotel around the corner. Fantastic, inexpensive (for guests) underground parking garage right in between hotel and accommodation. Laundromat on next street.

Would have been nice if there was some kind of grocery store nearby, but we couldn’t find one.

I stayed in Coimbra as a solo traveller, and I really enjoyed my stay. The room was quite big, so I had plenty of room alone. Would be perfect for a couple. I really liked the location, everything was super close by within walking distance. I felt very safe staying here. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Perfect location, cute decor and well stocked with the kitchenette and good air con. Great housekeeping that as a nice surprise washed our dishes. Nice to have access to the Hotel Oslo rooftop bar - beautiful view of Coimbra at sunset.

Unfortunately on arrival one of the toilet rolls was stained with yellow flecks, and there was an empty alcohol bottle probably from a previous guest tucked in the spare blanket in the closet.

Location was in the city centre. Location was sunny (large French windows), quiet and on a pedestrian side street. Access was with digital key pad. The hotel has a roof top terrace ( available to occupants of the Loft Apartments) with terrific views and on 2 of the 3 nights we stayed, we had drinks as the sun set. Reception staff were very helpful with suggestions on where to go, what to see and where to eat. The outstanding staff service was regarding locating the accommodation (we were in the Loft Apartments) and car parking (underground and€10 per day). They were next to each other and whilst less than 50m from the hotel, would have been a challenge to find the first time. The staff member guided us to the car park and then to the apartment and even helped us carry our bags as he was guiding us. Wi-Fi was excellent.

The bathroom had negligible shelves.

It was a very nice and large place. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was large, although we only stayed one night, so we didn't really use it.

It was quite loud. The sound travels easily from the wood floors and doors slamming from people going in and out.

The house where the apartments are located feels very communal and if anyone else is around in the common areas, there are friendly vibes all around. The bed was comfy, the interior of the room was lovely. Overall we felt very welcomed, especially with the nice touch of a goodbye treat we got the eve before leaving. The keys have to be picked up from the hotel which is over the street and it wasn't much of an issue.

The offered parking under the apartment was SO tiny and absolutely full (it was at the time of the Coldplay concert though so the fullness might not always be the case...) Not much of daylight in the room as the windows are high and tiny.
