Size of the room, nice room, the hotel is nice. The breakfast is good, and the Portuguese speaking not original from Portugal were extremely nicer.

The staff originally from Portugal - a bit rude - rough in the edges. A/C was a challenging - it wouldn't stay ON during the night - sensor thing. And parking is ok, but instructions to get there not okay - the hotel must emphasize the need to go over the sidewalk - all international travelers we spoke to had the same issue. they kept going around via Pingo Doce as they didn't believe that going over the sidewalk is ok, we were that ones telling them on the elevators - they were shocked.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and very pleasant. They have a parking for a fee (7 euros if i recall correctly) but there is also free parking on the weekends in a parking lot outside. The room was huge, spacious, clean (I wasn’t afraid to walk around without shoes or socks!), the beds are extremely comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. The staff was very nice and welcoming, including the waiting staff at the restaurant during breakfast and dinner.

Not the closest to the city center, but there are buses that go from near the hotel, but we chose to walk and it took about 15-20 minutes.

Immaculate rooms and bathrooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Underground car parking easy and cheap at €11 for 24 hours.

Bit far away from sights of Coimbra

Everything was exceptionally clean and updated. The bathroom was large and, again, very clean. Staff members were friendly, efficient and professional. The breakfast buffet had very good variety, and the food was fresh and tasty. The room was quiet, at a temperature that we like, and we enjoyed a very nice sleep.

The location was not bad but nothing stood out to make you want to walk or explore.

The hotel was a bit far of a walk from the main action (that is, if you weren't there as a tourist) but we chose it to avoid some of the reviews mentioning the possibility of noise in the evenings. I don't think this would have been an issue at all. In any case, the hotel was modern and very comfortable. We had an excellent buffet dinner there one evening as well.

Large spacious room. King bed was firm like most other beds I found in Portugal. The hotel lobby had a large feel to it as well. There was a feel of a lot of open space. Good selection of gins st the bar. The staff was very helpful in getting a sense of location and recommendations to visit sites and areas. We were treated to an amazing chocolate treat upon arrival to our room. Well done chef!

Bed was a little firm for my taste. Underground parking available for a fee if 7.50 a day, not that bad really

The breakfast was OK, if warm rather than hot. Overall, a good choice of foods. Nice fruit juice. Staff very helpful. The dinner was excellent. So was the free cake. The gin and tonics in the bar were also outstanding. The bat staff were very good.

The hot part of the breakfast could have been hotter. Difficult to find anything else that could have been better.

No free parking, which is very weird for a proper hotel. Why do you have to pay if hotel already has their own parking , usually when you book a proper hotel (not an airbnb) you should have the parking included in the price you pay as it is included in the hotel amenities.

The room was very clean and spacious. Staff very helpful and friendly. Food at the restaurant and room service were excellent. Parking access was easy and they have chargers available.

Not much, make sure you ask for a room at the back of the hotel as the front faces onto a busy road and can be noisy.

Rooms were nice. Afternoon staff gave me great suggestion on where to park near the University.

Didn't let me know about breakfast. Parking was a little confusing. Staff was impatient with me when I got confused about directions. Location did not have a good selection of dining options. Kind of far away from the major sights.
