We stayed in this hotel previously and liked it very much so when we decided to join friends who were there on a pilgrimage it was our first choice and it certainly didn’t disappoint from our arrival to our departure we found the staff all very friendly and willing to help the receptions were lovely welcoming girls also the restaurant staff were very efficient catering to everyone’s requests the maid service was also very good the location is in a nice pedestrian area near to the shrine we felt this was a very safe area it’s also a short walk from the bus station with good links to various other parts of Portugal in all we enjoyed our stay in this hotel and certainly recommend it xxR

At first, my mother and I were a bit hesitant of this hotel due to the fact that it was a last minute booking and only 45 euros.... When we got to the hotel it was heaven sent!!!!!! The breakfast was great and there were many options to choose from and the food was amazing! The location was PERFECT for what my mother and I wanted to do in the city of Fatima! The main sanctuary and basilica was only 1 block away so we walked there! The room was divine and it even had a little balcony. The room and hotel were perfect!!!! Another great asset was that the parking was close and readily available! 10/10 recommend and will tell all my friends and family for when they want to visit the city of Fatima!!

We have stayed at the Avenida Hotel several times and have never been disappointed. The location is just a few minutes walk from the Sanctuary and Basilica of Our Lady of Fatima which are accessed by a slightly steep hill from the hotel. We stayed bed and breakfast and found a great selection of food. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable and the reception area is a beautiful with large sofas scattered around. The staff are very friendly; particularly the blondish lady on reception (who prepared for us to have a takeaway breakfast due to our very early start) and the gentleman with the long hair (in a bun). We found a lovely little outside sun area, situated behind the bar which was perfect for a glass of wine or coffee. We look forward to our next stay at Hotel Avenida.

The staff, food and service was excellent. First time in but won’t be my last. A lovely location the Church was down the road where I didn't have to travel too far, Hotel was spotless and the staff were just all so approachable, friendly and professional. Will definitely be back and have no hesitation in recommending.

Breakfast were outstanding lots of choice....nearby all religious sites, lady at the desk was very helpful great in English, loan us an adapter, laundry service was excellent and inexpensive. Loan us a wheelchair for my elderly mother. Great property I would return.

The room temperature was always damp and cold at night my elderly mom had a problem with the temperature. They (front desk)control the heat

Breakfast the same every day. I missed vegetables because I am a vegetarian, as a vegan I would have a problem.

The location was great. We were close to the main basilica of Fatima but we were also walking distance from the city's other attractions: the homes of Jacinta, Francisco and Lucia. The staff were also quite helpful. On arrival, the person at the reception explained how to get to the basilica and to the homes of the children who saw the apparition. We also told them that we had to leave before the schedule of the free breakfast. They arranged for a small breakfast at 7am.

It couldn't be helped (given the layout of the room) but the bathroom didn't have a window.

Location and staff friendliness.

Breakfast would be better and healthier with local products instead of bad quality industrial stuff. I would pay a little more to have a better breakfast.

This hotel is wonderful with clean cozy rooms, nice logo towels/ linens and the breakfast was way above average both in variety and quality of the food. Walking distance to everything in Fatima
