contactless check in; very close to metro station. great base to explore Bairro Alto and Chiada. kitchen had basic set up. nice balcony and closet for your clothing.

Excellent location in central Lisbon. Lovely view from the balcony, you could see the trams going up and down the street, you felt very much a part of Lisbon. Very good location for public transport. Lovely café around the corner for breakfast. Very helpful host who gave lots of tips and advice and lent us an umbrella! Lift very useful for the third floor. Lots of space and a fridge.

Difficult to find when you first arrive, important to look out for the text from the host which gives you precise instructions.. Fridge very useful but a kettle would have been nice.

Overall very good experience. It was self check in and I did not once see any staff or other visitors. my one bed room was everything I needed. The place felt very clean.

Only thing I did not like was the fact that there was no toilet paper acailable most of the time. would I have known this in advance I would’ve bought toilet paper.

We stayed with our two boys (7 & 10) and we all liked the place and room. There is a bunk bed and one double bed. In the end we all slept on the double bed, but the bunk beds are also good. The location is ok, not too far from the center. The room was quiet enough for a good sleep. It is a good option for a comfortable stay!

We liked the place for a family stay

The apartment is in the center, very close to everything, near the tram 28 stop. There are restaurants and shops around. Very good location. And the apartment is big enough. We had a big room with a nice terrace. It was quiet and we slept very good at night. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is clean. The owner is very polite, always answers quickly on whatsapp. The check-in is very easy via whatsapp. We enjoyed our stay here.

The place was perfectly placed if you want to go out to eat and have a drink. It was also very accessible just next to a metro station. It’s a very lively neighborhood, so not good if you are looking for a quiet place. The host was flexible with the check in time and other aspects of our stay.

The walls are very thin and you can hear the people in the next room very well.

The location was great. Easy access to the tram and places to eat. Nice view from the room. It has an elevator which starts from the ground level, instead of from the 1st floor, like a lot of places in Europe.

The check in was a little sketchy. The host was very responsive, but it could be a little better. The place is old, and the furniture is old, but the price and location more than makes up for what it lacks.

Everything was great! Gorgeous view from the balcony! The location is top! The room was clean, the owner provided a towel, slippers, and water. There is one shared bathroom for guests, but there were no inconveniences during our stay.

Due to the busy area it can be a bit noisy. There is no air conditioning, but there is a wonderful fan. I was fine with everything)

We agreed that we would arrive at 13 hours or so to drop off luggage but when got there the was no way to get in and didn't have a way to find out what was the problem. Had to get some WiFi in a near by restaurant to access my emails and find out that the owner had changed the plan and the room wouldn't be available until later. Also, had difficulty opening the door with the electronic code provided. Also, the shower head didn't have a holder. Towels could be white and off better quality. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the stay and didn't have problems afterward.

Very clean and sweet room, the owner is super friendly, it's in an amazing location, and the bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in!

The private bathroom isn't in the room but out in the corridor - but maybe I misunderstood when I booked. It was no issue though :) just a heads up
