Location, very comfortable bed, hard mattress, very large bed, good pillows. Nice view from room. I had very good sleep in this hotel.

Definitely breakfast. Very average and below average for 4* Hotel. Quality of ham, chesse, vegetables, bacon very poor. Overburned coffee. I would recommend to not pay for breakfast and rather have it in some bistro around.

Everybody was very forthcoming and nice. The location was beautiful and as central as you can get without paying a extrem premium.

There was a problem with my shower where it didnt work for a day and over the whole trip the water pressure was really not great. Also the bath tub felt dirty for the first few days like it had a film of some sort on it

The breakfast was plentiful. Service at breakfast was excellent. Bar staff were very good We had an 8th floor room with a balcony overlooking the roundabout in front which was excellent. The room was large, the bed was very comfortable

The shower pressure was worse than awful. No pressure at all if you had just flushed the toilet or if anybody used the sink at the same time. Had to run the water for a while before even any hot water would appear, This really needs fixing as lets an otherwise 10 out of 10 room down badly.

Location is handy the metro station is right outside and is walking distance to the main town (15-20minutes)

Could of been shown the hotel facilities when we arrived. We only discovered the rooftop terrace on check out

The property was the perfect location for walking and being able to explore everywhere Lisbon had to offer. Two particular staff members made our stay unfortunately I didn’t get their names but one man was at breakfast full of enthusiasm and cheer the other helped with luggage and couldn’t do more for us on our stay.

The bed was so hard genuinely gave me a bad back, the hotel was quite noisy inside can hear other guests which wasn’t a problem. A few of the receptionists weren’t entirely helpful. Wasn’t able to use the pool in sister hotel. My husband also emailed ahead and ordered a vip package as a surprise but was placed in the incorrect room. We did get it but wasn’t a surprise when I walked in.

Very helpful staff, clean well presented room. Bar welcoming and reasonably priced.

The restaurant was on, our first visit, good, decent sized meals that were very tasty. On our second visit the dishes selected by half our party were decent sized and tasty but the dishes for the other half of our party were quite frankly a disgrace. Tiny - just two deserts spoons of rice and one desert spoon of sauce for each of them does NOT consitute a meal. Strange how staff who speak good English when all is well suddenly speak only their native language when a complaint is made. We would not eat there again.

Hotel location is perfect for tourism in the City, near to a central metro station, many bus stops around and walking distance from core tourist attractions of downtown Lisbon. Rooms are comfortable and modern. Breakfast buffet is very good, although I would appreciate some additional options, like an omelette station, more local pastries (pasteis de nata, queijadas, etc).

The Hotel seems to have undergone a renewal but some areas have still a sort of 80s-90s vibe. Some people may appreciate it, however it makes you think the hotel is a bit of a mix in terms of appearance.

Not something unexpected, but bear in mind that the city center and many attractions are barely in the walking distance. It's a good 20-30 mins walk. It's also in front of a busy road (but noise was not much of a problem for me)

Very well situated near the M. de Pombal square, perfect to start off in Lisbon. Overall it was a nice experience. The room was quaint, and had all the basic amenities. And suffice to say, I would recommend it for anyone looking to find a hotel in an easy to move around location while avoiding the extremely crowded areas of the main touristic areas. Especially the castle area.

Due to its proximity to the M. de Pombal square which seems to be one of the main arteries of the city when it comes to traffic and transportation, it was bound to be fairly loud (although the windows and noise cancellation of the rooms were comfortable enough). Would have been nice to know in advance if the local football club (Benfica) would have some kind of celebration on the square next door (hard to sleep at times).

Great location. Lovely hotel. Breakfast buffet (not included in our package) was fine. Dinner was just okay. Jose (Joseph) was wonderful. He took our bags and was very helpful many times during our three day stay. Front desk staff was helpful when the assigned room wasn't ready when we were taken there and they quickly apologized and gave us another cleaned room.

The shower water temperature changed from cool to normal to dangerously hot and back. Bed wasn't real comfortable but was acceptable. One little scheduling problem was that the lobby bathrooms were all closed at the same time in the morning for cleaning when several of us were ready to leave for tours.
