Very nice location close to Belem, an area with a lot of monuments, restaurants, gardens and the river. The hotel is very nice, and the breakfast is amazing. The room is a bit hot but the A/C works perfectly and quickly refreshes the room. The cleaning and kindness of the staff were great.

No parking place however, parking in the street of the hotel is free of charge. The A/C is a bit noisy, especially if you need to refresh the room during the night. The sound isolation of the room is not the best, you listen to other guests shower for example.

Proximity to Jerónimos monastery, riverfront, shoos, restaurants, museums and nexus of public transportation to other parts of the city.

We paid extra for what Booking.com said was a king bed and that hotel had WiFi. Room we got was incredibly cramped, bed was not king and WiFi didn’t work, even when using smart-tv as hotspot. After a couple of complaints they moved us to another room with a king bed and functional and consistent WiFi. They should have put us there when we checked in.

Breakfast - very good and waitress was excellent, remembering preferences as soon as she saw me. Nice foyer and bar area. I only used the bar area once, but the barman was friendly, helpful and attentive. Room was fine, clean and adequate for my needs. Location - easy uber/taxi ride to the areas I was visiting, although there were also plenty of buses and trains. I felt safe walking out on my own, nice gardens on the opposite side of the road with plenty of crossing points and an underpass . Close to the river.

Very very good location! And the special thing which is really precious is that they have the famous and original “pasteis” for breakfast, from the same place ppl stay in a huge line to get them! This was truly amazing to have🤍

I feel like for the 4* the rooms could be renovated more often, yet the hotel include all facilities which are needed to meet the 4 stars standards

Battery for auto door unlock broke, so we had to collect and hand in a metal key each time, but staff were very helpful in dealing with the problem. Shower door in bathroom very badly designed: unable to establish water temperature without already being in the shower.

Big rooms with big comfy beds. Very nice location, right next to the monastery which is really cool to see on the doorstep as you’re leaving. Really good breakfast with free pastéis de Belém that you would generally have to queue up for hours to get at the shop. Pleasant and attentive staff. All around one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in!

The only unpleasant things are minimal and mentioned by most people already as I’ve seen, which are the carpet floors in the rooms, the Wi-Fi is complicated to access and doesn’t really work, when it does it’s very slow, and there’re no plugs by the bed.

My husband and I stayed there to enjoy the Lisbon area. Everything we needed was within walking distance including public transaportation. We felt we were taken care of. I need ice because I am older and it was always right there. When I come back we will stay again.

They need new carpet but it’s clean.

Great location. Very helpful and professional staff. Breakfast included. Elevator so easy access with stroller. Clean & quiet.

Location was perfect. The hotel was stylish. The breakfast was excellent. The room was a really good size.

When we arrived we had to wait about 10 minutes before anyone appeared at the desk to check us in. The carpet in the room had lots of small marks / stains. The bath still had someone else’s hair in it. The wooden floor close to reception was lifting in places, as much as 4” high over 2 sq. metres - badly needs attention.

This Hotel is in the ideal location, in Belem. Close to the nearest tourist attractions: Jerónimos Monastery, Belem Tower, Padrão dos Descobrimentos and of course the Pastéis de Belém. Once you are in Lisbon you must taste them. The location is also close to public transport: trams and busses. Uber works here perfectly. The Hotel's comfort is also very good. Excellent employees speaking perfect English and very nice breakfast (a lot of fresh fruits and Pasteis de Nata served with coffee).
