1. Very good location. 2. There is always a security personnel in duty at the reception. 3. Excellent water pressure in the bathroom with enough warm water. 4. Good functioning AC in the apartment. 5. Kitchen well equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, pots and pans and everything else. You can cook simple breakfasts or meal easily. 5. Shower gel, shampoo, handwash, dishwashing liquid all provided. 6. Enough big towels were also provided 7. There is a self service washing machine and dryer on the ground floor of the apartment. Very convenient! 8. Pedro the staff was VERY HELPFUL! Really appreciate his help in many things. He always replied to our queries promptly. 9. The beds in both rooms were very comfortable but not the sofa beds in the living room. EXCELLENT LOCATION! Very near to Tram & Train and also an easy point for Bolt or Uber pick up.

1. Not enough bright lights when night time. 2. The extra queen bed for 2 pax was NOT COMFORTABLE at all. We booked for 6 pax in 2 bedroom apartment, so they made a bed out of a sofa bed in the living room but the mattress was uneven and the metal frame around the mattress was higher than the mattress so it was very UNCOMFORTABLE. 3. Rubbish bins were only in the bathroom and kitchen cabinet. Please provide rubbish bins in the rooms as well. 4. The TV remote controller was not working.

The apartment was very clean, a great size and perfect for our city break to Lisbon. It was an amazing location and everything we needed was on our doorstep. Our host Pedro was a godsend! He was so much more than helpful, really kind and showed us all the best places to eat, booked our reservations for us in the best spots and told us about unique historical / cultural places for us to experience and was always available at any time which we really appreciated. Thank you to Pedro for being a huge factor in making our trip to Lisbon so perfect!

Being in the city centre it was a little loud at night as our room was positioned next to a bar so we could hear the noise from outside for one night but the rest of our stay was perfect.

Best location and very nice and spacious apartment! To every best spot in the city, you have it on foot. Time Out Market next to the building, which is perfect spot :)

For someone who likes to get rest and well sleep - a little bit too noisy. In the Time Out Market is a night club and people are very loud until 5am. We have apartment on second floor and it was not easy to sleep.

Comfy, great location, lots of amenities and great and helpful staff. Nuno was very helpful with tips of what to do, visit, where to eat (outside of the normal tourist traps). Lots of restaurants, near timeout market, supermarkets and transportation hub nearby. Despite being close to active nightlife clubs nearby, the noise wasn't hear in the apartment.

Personally, I like to sleep in complete darkness. This beautiful building doesn't have shutters, and the existing blinds are not installed in a way that doesn't block light in the bedroom.

Excellent location (the Cais do Sodre station was key to all our movements in and around the city). The apartment was very clean, cozy and comfy. It was fully equipped and had everything our family could have wanted during our stay. The personnel at the reception (the one in the inner courtyard) were very helpful and informative. The apartment was quiet and had a great view as well.

The one thing that bothered us all the days was that the elevator that served us was getting stuck all the time (luckily never with people in it) and we had to either climb the stairs or use another elevator that involved a bit of walking about in the building.

The unit is large, comfortable, very clean , secured and the building is beautiful. It’s a well renovated historic building, used to be a old main post office. The location is amazing, with a view to the river and next door to the Time Out market, near subway, train station, Tran and boats. Very nice cafes and restaurants, supermarkets and walkable neighborhoods.

Only thing is the kitchen is very compact. The oven/microwave is difficult to use and no traditional coffee maker, but they have a espresso coffee machine working with pods .

Good location with roof top bar and excellent restaurant on site. Everything you need is close by i.e restaurants, bars, train/underground stations. Apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. Continental Breakfast was ample and varied.

There is a school to the rear of the property with very excited, noisy children in the playground in the morning. Arrangements for breakfast delivery was a little odd with the delivery guy letting himself into the apartment in the morning when we were asleep!!!We then asked for it to be left at reception and we’d collect it ourselves which they did.

We (2 adults, 1 5yeats old boy) spent 4 days there. The apartament was very comfortable, spacious and full with usefull inventory such as iron, small coffee machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, tv, dishes for 5 people, fridge. In general everything that we need was provided. Some people complain on breakfasts boxes. Typically the box contained all we needed for the first meal. Things like fruit boxes and pastry were ideal to put in the backpack as a snack during sightseeing. For us it was super convenient and ok. In general we highly recommend this apartment. We will try to sleep there during next visit in Lisbon.

It is true that in the night visitors of the clubs outside are quite loud. For me it was not big issue. My wife used earplugs, as a person who needs absolute silence during the night and it was ok for her. Nevertheless, the proximity to Time Out, Cais de Sodre communication hub and city centre copensates the lodness in the night.

What a fantastic apartment! It was definitely one of the best places I’ve stayed during my visit to six cities in Portugal. The apartment matched the pictures perfectly and had everything I needed for a great vacation. An added bonus was the delicious deluxe breakfast for two! It was clean, spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The functional kitchen was a great feature, allowing me to prepare meals if needed. There was ample closet space and a cozy couch to relax on after a day of exploring. I also felt very secure, which gave me peace of mind. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Lisbon, making it easy to see all the sights! Beatriz and Pedro were wonderful hosts, providing all the information I needed about sightseeing and local restaurants. This place is an excellent value, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon!
