it as clean and decorated in a contemporary style. room was spacious. breakfast served between 8:30a-11a and was hearty. it consisted of roll, croissants, meats, cheese, yogurt with fresh fruit compote and granola. you can requests eggs. coffee and fresh orange juice. very quiet after 1a when the restaurant closes.

the property’s main business is a restaurant that is op n nightly from 8p-1a. the restaurant terrace is right outside the bedrooms. If you are fine with going to bed later it’s not a problem as it is very quiet after the restaurant closes. also be aware that the hotel is located on a steep hill and is not very accessible by car. be prepared to carry your luggage either up or down the step, depending which direction to arrive from.

Superb location near both the center and water activities on the Tagus. Host and staff are very friendly and are extremely helpful. Host did go above and beyond in her efforts to assist with quite unique questions. Absolutely outstanding customer service. Breakfast was one of the best I've had in Lisbon. The bed was very comfy. Will return again.

Nothing. The room is quite sound proof with the window shut. Rooms are next to restaurant and I found it quite convenient.

The room was clean and contemporary, the location was perfect. Our room was quite large with plenty of storage. The air con was ideal. The breakfast was lovely.

The only downside is the terrace is off the bedroom which is lovely for breakfast but not great with the noise from the late diners. People were out there until 12.30 at night and there's only a door between your room and the dining tables. See picture attached Be aware of this before you book.

Very central location. Clean and nice room, very good bed, aircondition and WiFi. Excellent homemade breakfast. Very nice staff. Really nice terrace just outside the room and very good food in the restaurant. Little shops just around the corner and metro is nearby. Bottle of water in the room.

If you travel with someone and you need much toilet privacy it's good to notice that on the otherside of toilet there is door but on the other side there is just shower curtain between the room and toilet. We have been married so many years that it didn't bother us :D

I had a wonderful stay at Santa Bica in Lisbon. The location is ideal, nestled in the charming Bica district near the iconic funicular and close to the city center, making it easy to explore the city. The highlight of my experience was the breakfast—it was delicious, freshly prepared, and served on a lovely terrace, adding a special touch to the mornings. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-decorated, and the staff were warm, accommodating, and attentive. I highly recommend Santa Bica for a delightful and convenient stay in Lisbon!

The bed and shower was great! The restaurant was fantastic! The people working there were very friendly and helpful and we had a wonderful evening. The chef personally checked us in and was helpful and friendly throughout the evening!

It’s on the corner of a very hilly area. Uber will not go in and we had to drag 3 suitcases down several flights of stairs to get to it. I wish the property would have told us in advance and we could have used a taxi. We thought our Uber dropped us off at the wrong area when getting there, as it was at the top of the street where the tram runs. When we tried to get one in the morning we learned from a staff member they won’t show up there.

Very central and extremely nice and helpful staff. Very clean. The view from the terrace down to the Bica cable cars. Cute!

It's a bit weird that the shower and the clear terrace windows (clear)is located right next to the tables of the restaurant. But the terrace was mostly empty and the shower curtain well place that one felt only slightly explosed. Lisbon is extremely slippery after rain but this has nothing to do with this accommudation. Just be warned.

The location is amazing and the staff are amazing as well. The breakfast food and service was top notch. They also offered free luggage storage for the day we left so we could enjoy more sight-seeing without lugging around our stuff. Definitely the breakfast food and service brought this review from a 7 to an 8.

Opened the curtains in the bathroom to see a couple sitting less than a foot away from me at the restaurant. Unsettling at first, but turned out to be a non-issue and very unique experience. The room did smell a bit moldy though (hence the cleanliness rating); maybe they can work on that. The room we had was small without a desk/table or chair, but we made do. If we went back (a big possibility), we'd consider the bigger room.

Staff was so helpful and easy about leaving my bag after check out. The breakfast is great and so lovely to be accommodated for as I am gluten free and vegetarian. I was aware of the room layout and how it joins with the restaurant terrace so that wasn’t a big deal especially as the first night I stayed was a Monday (the restaurant is closed on this day).

The room was just big enough for one large suitcase so if you have more, it might be a squeeze. A little Manual would have been great for additional info on what’s close by etc. Also I didn’t realize that this hotel is on the Santa Bica tram line so as you’re dragging your bag up the hill, there will be many people standing by waiting for the trams to take the 2 minute journey up/down the hill.

From the moment we arrived having the amazing staff come help us with our bags to sitting back, enjoying the food and drinks in the Santa Bica Restaurant, we loved the ambiance and energy of your establishment immensely! Your staff were beyond friendly and introduced us to one of Portugal's treasures, Ginjinha! Our room was incredibly comfortable and waking up to a fresh, home made healthy breakfast, enjoying your court yard was just so pleasant! We were so happy with the location, right next to the iconic trolly and in the heart of all the excitement Lisbon has to offer. We found it was walking distance to pretty much everything we hoped to see. Thank you for the most memorable experience! We will definitely recommend the Santa Bica to all we know and plan to return soon.
