it as clean and decorated in a contemporary style. room was spacious. breakfast served between 8:30a-11a and was hearty. it consisted of roll, croissants, meats, cheese, yogurt with fresh fruit compote and granola. you can requests eggs. coffee and fresh orange juice. very quiet after 1a when the restaurant closes.
the property’s main business is a restaurant that is op n nightly from 8p-1a. the restaurant terrace is right outside the bedrooms. If you are fine with going to bed later it’s not a problem as it is very quiet after the restaurant closes. also be aware that the hotel is located on a steep hill and is not very accessible by car. be prepared to carry your luggage either up or down the step, depending which direction to arrive from.

Superb location near both the center and water activities on the Tagus. Host and staff are very friendly and are extremely helpful. Host did go above and beyond in her efforts to assist with quite unique questions. Absolutely outstanding customer service. Breakfast was one of the best I've had in Lisbon. The bed was very comfy. Will return again.
Nothing. The room is quite sound proof with the window shut. Rooms are next to restaurant and I found it quite convenient.

From the moment we arrived having the amazing staff come help us with our bags to sitting back, enjoying the food and drinks in the Santa Bica Restaurant, we loved the ambiance and energy of your establishment immensely! Your staff were beyond friendly and introduced us to one of Portugal's treasures, Ginjinha! Our room was incredibly comfortable and waking up to a fresh, home made healthy breakfast, enjoying your court yard was just so pleasant! We were so happy with the location, right next to the iconic trolly and in the heart of all the excitement Lisbon has to offer. We found it was walking distance to pretty much everything we hoped to see. Thank you for the most memorable experience! We will definitely recommend the Santa Bica to all we know and plan to return soon.

If you're looking for a cozy and charming hotel in the heart of Lisbon, Santa Bica is definitely worth considering. The rooms are beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, just a short walk from some of the city's best restaurants, bars, and shops. The breakfast is delicious and varied, with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Santa Bica and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Lisbon.

The staff were excellent, especially top lad Lucas, along with Paula who did great breakfasts, Nelson and the blonde haired girl who did a great job taking care of us for an evening meal. The room was very decent with a comfy bed and good bathroom. Along with this we dined twice in the evening and the food was great! The great aspect of Santa Bica is that it is not a vast sized property but someone has thought about what they want to achieve with the property - a hotel and restaurant - and they make it work.
A wobbly door handle (very minor) and people being allowed to smoke in the open-aired restaurant area.

I could not fault the property one bit, from the room, to the location to the breakfast. everything was amazing. the breakfast had a different range for everyone to enjoy, bear in mind it is not a buffet you get giving what they have. the room had everything we needed, I really like how the room was connected to the balcony and we could just walk straight from the room. the location is also perfect you are right in the middle of Lisbon, there is also a few market place around it if you need a few groceries.

The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were second-to-none. Extremely helpful and friendly - thank you! The concept is unusual - you literally are staying at a restaurant and the rooms are right next to the diners ... like right outside your window! Some may find that off putting but I embraced it and enjoyed it and felt the staff went above and beyond. Plus the food was fantastic!

The woman at the front desk was very sweet and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. We had to leave before breakfast so we can't speak to that. Good value for the money.
We had a rental car and were not told that you cannot park the car within many blocks of this B&B. The surrounding area is blocked off for residents. We had to park in a parking garage and walk - w/heavy luggage - up and down extremely steep streets paved w/cobblestones to access this location. We would only recommend this property if you hire transportation to drop you off and pick you up at the door.

It was nice to have breakfast on the terrace. The food was tasy and the whole stuff working there was always nice and really helpful. We would recommend all ower friends to stay at Santa Bica. They also have a restaurant, the food there was the best we had in Lisbon!
It can be a bit louder because the terrace is used by the restaurant at night. If you are sensitive to noise at night you should take your ear plugs with you. With them it was no problem for us to fall asleep early.

Great location, really friendly staff. Bit suprised by the shower room being visible to the bedroom and restaurant but curtains provided privacy. Excellent breakfast and location was great for the beginning of St Anthony celebrations.
Shut your windows before you go out at night as people smoking in the restaurant outside. Can be noisy at night but we stayed out late and slept well.
