The location was really good, with Metro and bus stops nearby. Easy access to the facility and the rooms via codes on the doors (self check in - no keys or cards needed). There were also little markets in the area, so you could grab something to drink or eat.

2 things I didn't like. First of all, unfortunately, it was quite noisy. If you stay at the rooms on the ground floor, you will hear noises such as flushing the toilet from the rooms above, which was really disturbing. And secondly, there was not even a small wardrobe in the room, so you can't get your stuff out of your baggage. If these two issues are solved, the place will totally deserve a 10 or 9.

Great location, easy to access and convenient. We had the bunk bed room which is exactly as shown in the pictures. It has a bathroom, the bed, room for 2 small luggages and 2 big drawers for storage under the bed. The beds were comfy and there's a TV too. If you want to stay for more than 2-3 nights and have a lot of luggage, then this is not the right place, but it's perfect for a couple of nights. Close to the metro too. Both room and bathroom were clean and we had no problems with the keypad. It's a touchscreen that doesn't show the numbers pressed so it's easy to mistakenly press a random number when activating the touch pad without realising and then writing the wrong code. But it beeps every time so it's just a matter of being careful. The information regarding the room and access codes are sent on the check in day. They were sent promptly and the staff I texted for our arrival time seemed very nice.

The rooms are not very soundproof so if you get a noisy guest it might be annoying. A couple of hangers on the door would be nice. We stayed one night so nothing of great concern for us.

I’m not sure what the bad reviews are about because this is a very nice stay. It’s a good walking distance to some main attractions. I have read some reviews about the code but I found it easy. There was an instance where I accidentally put the wrong numbers in but I was able to get in quickly when I called The Twenties and explained what I did. They were very helpful and let me get into the building. I think people should make sure they read the code and instructions - there shouldn’t be any problems if you do that. Also the room was very clean and I had no issues with it. The bed was also very comfortable and the shower was great too! I would stay here again if I am ever back in Lisboa. Thank you for a wonderful stay 💓

Nothing.

The room was outstanding. We were very impressed with the beds, and the bathroom was fantastic. We found that there was a nicely equipped shared kitchen, a patio area, and a sitting room, which was a great surprise. The wifi was very good. Did I mention that awesome bathroom?

There is a set of automatic locks and codes, which is excellent for security, but annoying to use, especially for old technophobes like me. We found it to be a little out of the way; but it's only a short walk to a metro station if that's what you like to do. We walked down to the shopping and tourist districts, which took about half an hour. Although the location is not ideal, it's safe, and there are a lot of Asian and Middle Eastern restaurants that were good value.

- good location, easy to get to / find - good water pressure in the shower - easy to enter with the code at the entrance door and the bedroom door - I got a third floor room so I didn't have to worry about noise coming from people upstairs

- not necessarily something I didn't like, but people should know the stairs are small and might be difficult for those who have large luggage (it's to be expected in these kinds of buildings) - on the first night, after I came back to the room, there was a cockroach on top of my bed. Because everything else was clean, I assume it might have climbed the wall and entered through the window that was partially open. My advice is to not leave the window open

Great place for a brief stay in Lisbon. The rooms were clean, comfortable and easy to access. The staff we encountered was really polite. There are 2 green line metro stations (Anjos, Arroios) within 5 minute walking distance that take you directly to the center (Baixa Chiado) and the train station (Cais do Sodre) in less than 10-15 minutes. There are also some shops and pharmacy nearby.

We stayed for approx. 5 days. The rooms are cleaned every 2-3 days (so once while we were staying there) which we knew in advance. However, they didn't change the towels/bedsheets which might be an issue if you're staying for an extended period of time.

I don't think I've ever seen such a beautifully decorated room for that price. It was really lovely to stay in ! The shower was especially nice and modern. The staff was nice to me when I spoke to them on the phone or by email. The place is a 5 minutes walk from the metro and bus stop.

The code for the door was really hard to get to work, and the alarm started more than once, which, in the middle of the night, made me stressful and anxious of waking up all the neighboring guests (which I think I did)... It happened again the next day. The key card didn't work at all.

Value for money for sure. Easy check in and check out. Next to green metro line. Good neighbourhood. Clean room.

It needs a fresh paint for sure. Also check in should be a little earlier. 3 am is a bit late. Last some lockers should be installed inside the building to leave luggage, even with payment. These suggestions won’t influence the total stay. It’s a really value for money stay if you don’t expect luxury. I would stay again for sure

- nice, spacious, and light room with a private bathroom. - great location in 3-5 minutes of walk to Anjos metro station and a bus stop. - My Auchan is within 3-minute' walk from the apartment - great local restaurant next to the apartment with budget-friendly prices "Restaurante Ideal" - every day they change the towels in a room - reachable by phone in case something comes up - several plugs next to your bed

- no fridge or kettle ( otherwise, it would be a perfect match for a long stay in Lisbon) - you have to climb to the upper floors ( the highest is the 3rd one) by narrow stairs - no wardrobe, just a small 2-department commode for your clothes - no shower shelves for your bathing stuff - some condensate on the windowsill

It was relatively clean. The bed was comfortable.

I found hair on the shower wall and the bed sheets were stained. If you're a light sleeper like me, that's not the place for you. Thin walls and wood floors. Too much noise.
