Located in a safe area, about half hour enjoyable walk from centre - but lots of restaurants etc surrounding it We stayed in a private room - best mattress I've slept on in a long time Shared bathrooms were all clean and there was plenty of them. Showers had boiling hot water which was amazing Receptionist was lovely and let us check in super early - we were coming off a long flight and it was much appreciated The day after we were also able to leave our luggage in storage There is a also a shared kitchen and living room space you can use.

The lift felt a bit dodgy as it's old and slow - otherwise it's a walk up three flights of stairs

The hostel is located in a very good location with easy access to public transport - if you prefer to walk to the city center, it is not a bad street either to do so as it is not extremely hilly. Our room had a nice little balcony, a nice size double bed and it was well decorated. Towels were provided. Bed was comfy and everything was clean. We found it very quiet as well.

Some things could do with a refresh such as the bath tub in the was very old and rusty. Lift wasn't working and the stairs were old and cranky - as the hostel is on the 3rd floor this compromises accessibility for some. A fan or air con in the bedroom would have been nice as it was very hot under a 25 degree day - can't imagine how you would survive the heat during those 35+ degrees days.

Very quiet and well decorated hostel. The kitchen and bathrooms are lovely with beautiful typical Portuguese tiles. I appreciated the staff's kindness and the free coffee in the kitchen. You can also have corn flakes and a piece of cake for breakfast, that was a kind attention. I felt like at home.

The hostel isn't located in the best part of Lisbon but you can easily reach the center on foot. You also have a tram stop ( of the famous Line 28 ) located less than 10 minutes on foot from the hostel.

Nice hostel with big private rooms. It has a cozy feeling. It’s a bit outside the main city, but you can walk there easily. The layout and decor is super cute. Check-in and check-out was easy. They have lots of information for things to do and see in Lisboa.

You can hear everything from the corridor and other rooms at night. The bathroom hand towels were tiny and only changed once a day, so by the end of the day they were dripping wet and not useful to dry hands with. The shower drain was clogged in one of the bathrooms. There was a weird smell in the kitchen.

The dorm is located in a big room with a high ceiling which is perfect as it doesn't feel cramped at all. Bed was comfortable and a towel is included. There is also access to a balcony. Kitchen has everything you need. I think the biggest pro of the hostel was the cleanliness. Everything was cleaned often. Really felt like I was using a private bathroom as it was so clean.

Most people seem to have private rooms. I was alone in my dorm for all three nights which is obviously great for sleep but there weren't that many opportunities to meet other travellers.

This accommodation is great as its location is quite strategic (10 min distance to two different metro stops) and most importantly, it is very clean inside and one has at least 4 bathrooms to chose from (they are shared, however, each of them is made for one individual, so one can easily lock themselves in). The staff is very friendly and they allow you to leave your baggage at the hostel on your day of arrival as well as on your leave day.

The hostel is clean, decorated nicely, comfy with great service. We appreciated the space in our room with the additional furniture beyond just a bed. The shared bathrooms were also spacious and I liked how they were individual bathrooms with all 3 pieces in one room for use. The balcony was nice for airflow and seeing Lisbon! We would come back!

Our room had a unique, odd smell but all the share rooms in the hostel did not.

The room was very comfortable and had a good size for two. The kitchen was well equipped, had a lot of bathrooms with showers - everything always clean. The staff was friendly and super helpful! The location was great, a lot of services around and a 30 minutes walk to the city centre.

The pictures show a big room wiith a lot of tables but that space is not really available, so there's no much extra space to chill besides the kitchen.

It was really clean! Bed were comfortable. I love that it had cereals and coffee for free in the morning!

- AC super loud - Lockers in dorms are small, if you have a big bag that you don’t wanna put in the luggage room, it won’t necessarily fit. Mine of 40L barely fit in and I scratched it, and it’s an expensive bag, so that annoyed me. - Some staff members were rude. Not all of them tho.

Property is in an older building with a lot of character. The place felt homely and there seemed to be plenty of bathrooms to go around. The staff were nice and helpful. They even provided a little something for breakfast each day.

A little far from main tourist area - BUT the metro is a short walk with a couple of stops into centre. Also handy when coming from airport or going to bus station.
