I really liked the hostel! Beds are comfortable and room and bathroom were neat and clean. I even checked-in late at night and Very easy to contact property manager and always resolved the problem even at Midnight. It’s worth to stay i will definitely come back to stay.

There’s nothing I dislike!

Everything was really nice, the room is better than we expected. We also had blankets and clean towels which is an advantage. The staff was really helpful and polite towards us. All the recommendations!

The only thing that was not the greatest was the fact that in one of the bathrooms there was no hot water, but on the other hand there were two bathrooms so we managed to adapt to the circumstances

Everything is super clean and the staff is super nice. They were very accommodating. Plus you get tonnes of amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. This is one of the really underrated hotels out there.

Not allowed to cook. But that’s common in most hotels so not a big issue here.

There was a table and cabinet to put items, room was clean

You need whats app and Portugal sim to call the property but, if you come from China or UK you need to buy a sim number and call to get inside.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hostel is located in a nice district with lots of place to eat, close to the metro and walking distance to city centre and tourist attractions.

I stayed for just one night because my flight was cancelled. I really appreciate the staff arranging something for me in a short amount of time. The place seemed clean.

I wasn’t able to have a good night of sleep with all the noise and the comfort of the bed. Maybe I just had bad luck with upstairs neighbors but they were making an incredible amount of noise in the middle of the night and footsteps/doors of anyone coming by seemed so loud.

I would give the space itself a 7 but I added one point to make it 8 because of the excellent staff: helpful, quick communication, and complete and timely information. It's a basic budget place to stay if you plan on going out for most of the day. Metro stations fairly close by.

Great facilities in the room and great location. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but for the price I would recommend it.

The bed was a budget type one that wasn't very comfortable but not a deal breaker, I still think it was good value

The room is clean and bright, and the Wi-Fi is pretty stable. Having access to a refrigerator and microwave is pretty nice.

Located area is a bit dodgy and messy compare to city center, especially at night.

The location was good & accessible from all over the main tourist attraction. The staff was from India & was very friendly.

The bathrooms were quite small but it is usable; there was warm water in the shower. The floors were made out of wood & makes noise while walking. There was no safe to keep the valuable items in the room but the place felt safe & calm.
