Staff was really friendly, you're 10min of walking from the center, but the area doesn't look so nice. On top of the streets there's a market to buy some stuff. Breakfast was nice and the bed was comfy. There will be renovation of the apartments so I guess it will be new.

It was super cold, we asked for an additional blanket. It has a wooden floor, so all steps in the hallway and stairs are very loud. Windows are not isolating good, so many of cold air entering in the room. In the area can be seen weir people and junkies, but overall nothing bad happened and indeed you're 10min from center.

Great location, we were able to walk all around Porto without using the car. The garage was easy to use, spacious and secure, in any case. Staff were great - our receptionist was extremely helpful and passionate about her country, giving us no end of advice on what to see and do, amongst other things! Thanks for the long chats and friendly face! Having the breakfast room available 24 hours, with water and coffe machine, was really appreciated. Also the laundry with washing and dryer available for free use. The room was clean, modern, spacious, and everything just worked.

Marta and the rest of the staff were so friendly and made us feel really welcome. Location is great, close to Trinidade metro so super easy to explore the city if you don't want to walk a lot. It was hot outside, so we were happy to see the room was fitted with air con. It was super clean, tidy and had a (firm but) comfy bed.

We didnt have a lot of natural light in the room, but it didnt bother us as we were out exploring most of the time and it meant the room remained cool!

I liked a lot the location because it was in a quiet area with a supermarket nearby but only 15 mins walk to the center and 10 mins to the metro so if we were tired, we just hopped on the metro and we were quickly in the center. Then I extremely loved the costumer service, very nice and polite people, they helped us even with washing the clothes.. absolutely impeccable!

The room was a bit small but overall I cannot really pinpoint a negative aspect beside maybe being a bit humid.

The hotel was located close to the city centre. The staff were veery friendly and helpful, especially the staff that welcomed us to the hotel. The whole hotel had a very laid back feeling, really chilled and lovely. The breakfast was simple but exactly what you need to start your day - good pastries, fresh cooked eggs, cheese and ham, great coffee selection, fruit, yoghurt and freshly squeezed orange juice. We loved the bathroom in our room - so spacious with a shower, bath and his and her sinks.

Great location and hospitality from the staff! Very close to public transport and also possible to walk to the centre. Very clean room and spacy as well. The bathroom is quite large and new. The staff responded to messages very fast. Excellent services and very nice breakfast! Water, coffee and tea are served all day which is very helpful.

The rooms were not at all soundproof, you could clearly hear the people talking from the room next door.

Conviniently located in between two train stations. We really liked the location. The inside building is modern and updated. The room was very quiet and sound proofed. We really liked opening the room balcony door to let air in and a view of the neighbourhood. House cleaning came in everyday. The showers were amazing (hot water and water pressure). Bed is firm, comfortable and to our liking. Breakfast was excellent, and we really liked that the coffee and tea bar (some local cakes too) is available 24/7 so we can rest in the dining area and have some time tea after a long day. There is laundry available on the property as well. The staff is super helpful and we really like the maps and recommendations given. Highly recommended!

Not a complaint, worth noting: If you are arriving later in the night, be specific about your arrival time so someone at the front desk is ready and available to let you in the property. We unexpectedly arrived early and had to wait for a 15 minutes for someone to check us in (not the property's fault). The management is very fast to reply and helpful, so this is a plus. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We loved this place and wished to stay longer. In a quiet part of Porto, yet walking distance to all interesting places. Very clean! I am very sensitive about smells, and this was a 5-star experience. The breakfast offered a great variety in a cosy room with historic walls. Freshly squeezed orange juice every morning. The staff was smiling and helpfull. Water, tea and coffee available all day.

Nothing, I want to go back

In an old building, but decor was modern ie; bathroom and bedroom, but keeping the character. Plenty of space in the room. Breakfast was of a high standard. Fresh orange juice great coffee and a good choice from cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, cold meats and cheese, breads and pastries and Freshly cooked eggs. Also tea and coffee and water and pastries were available for guests all day. Reception and all staff very welcoming and helpful. The property is short walk from a metro station and quite close to the main hub of the city, but in a quieter location. Would absolutely recommend this property! Well done.

Nice and clean apartment away from everything- exactly what we were looking for. Very good private beach, very clear and detailed instruction how to get in and out.

Nice kitchen with NO basic stuff for cooking what you always expect to find, such as - salt, pepper, oil… ☹️ it is 10 min drive to the closest store one way to get it…. And 3 Nescafé coffee capsules for 2 people for 3 days as a compliment - it’s my favourite 🤭
